How Could Lilly Have Fit Into This Season?
I personally think that in Episode 4, the bandits who ambushed Clem and Christa in Episode 1 should be revealed to be lead by Lilly in Episode 4 and are residing at Parker's Run.

She wouldn't fit. Too improbable. They already brought Kenny back, bringing back more would not work out well.
Lilly is Jane. Lilly wants Kenny dead because he killed her father. Oh wait. Lilly is Jane. >:(

I know this might be heresy, but I would have pefererred it if Lilly was the one that came back instead of Kenny. Well, I might as well tie myself to a cross and light it on fire myself. It would save the forum members all the trouble of doing it themselves.

they should have just made jane lilly instead it would have made much more sense plus jane's model is actually a modified model version of lilly's model
I personally hope that we never see her again. Maybe as a walker in some side story or something would be fine, but her showing up anywhere near Clem is so improbable that it would break the immersion.
I don't know how she could fit into season 2, but in season 3, we could see her as the leader of some random group.
Should could have been part of Carver's group. The 400 Days people were already there so it really wouldn't seem any less unlikely and it seems like the kind of place she'd fit in.
Lilly should have been at the Wellington ending. Likely, she would have let Clementine and AJ in, but not Kenny for the obvious reasons.
Lilly was better than Jane, she cared about Clementine/Lee determinant if you try to save her father.
Lilly should have come back instead of Kenny, would have been better than just a rehash
They should've swapped Kenny (the evil boat tyrant) for Lilly (the RV roadside reaper).
That would have been interesting. Especially considering Clem would know things about Lilly that no one in the cabin group would know. Like a reversal of Lee's situation, you'd be the only person who knows this person's past, expect it's actually personal because Clem was there when it happened.
Replace Kenny with Lilly and instead of repeating Kenny's arc they could've just made Lilly trying to make up for her past actions.
To be fair, I thought that it was more probable than Kenny showing up and look what we got.

Yeah, true enough. In Ep1's "Next Time" scenes when she said "I thought you were dead" I assumed that Lilly would be back.

I want her to return in Season 3. It would be really cool to see her as the leader of Wellington, considering that her place in a group is always the leader.
