I'm curious so I'd ask you to locate that exact definition for me at a reputable source beyond wikipedia except you're just back on Kenny and that really is what almost every thread comes back to for you. The names on your list don't matter a damn, you just want to this to be a Kenny thread. Again. You're like a little girl in love, you just can't get him out of your mind.
The antagonists may also represent a major threat or obstacle to the main character by their very existence, without necessarily deliberately targeting him or her.
Thats Kenny to me.
Out of every ending, the only one that implies any sort of sense of safety is a Kenny ending. So no, he wasn't. Your Clementine missed out. And you don't understand the role of an antagonist.
The ending is irrelevant, because we dont know that Wellington exists for sure, when we make the decision. Realistically looking at the situation, going to north was suicidal and they shouldnt have survived. They had no supplies, no proper clothing for the cold and a shitty diesel car which was crashed. Searching Wellington was suicidal and Kenny knew it, but he only cared about AJ and was willing to risk anyone to get him to safety. Wellington was his last chance to do something good.
He also ignores Clementine's opinion about north (if you said Wellington is just a story) and forces her to go there after she passes out. To me, this sounds like someone trying to get me killed over a stupid story.

Again, this is only confirming your lack of understanding of the term. Kenny was right, just as Christa was right. Your interpretation of the situation at a single given moment and suspicion that he was not right is not what makes someone an antagonist. The role in the whole story is what makes an antagonist. And he's not one.
The issue here isn't Kenny, as much as you want to make it and everything else about Kenny. The issue here is what an antagonist is. So rather than feed your Kenny addiction and me becoming an enabler, if you want to take this further how about we use someone else as an example?

And do you know why? Because this is the most biased and childish community i've met for awhile...
He is a threat to my Clementine, simply by being around her. He puts her in danger, ignores her opinions and gets her friends killed with his reckless and indifferent behaviour. If thats not antagonist, then nothing is.

You talk about biased and state on occasion that you're objective and yet your Kenny obsession makes you far from it. When you say he's a threat to your Clementine... you know he's not real, right? And no, that's not actually an antagonist.

Where's the Kenny option?
I'm only half-joking. Depending on your perception of his role in the series, he could very much be a villain. Certainly an antagonist.
St johns everyone else was either not really much of a threat, we didnt know them, or were just a bland asshole. I actually hated, feared and understood the st johns, they were well done villans
I'm with you, man.
I can't go as far as to say that Carver wasn't a villain, but he was definitely a sympathetic and relatable one. "Sick… more and twisted murderer, plain and simple" is a really harsh way to describe a guy who was totally sane and genuinely trying to do essentially what he thought best for the people around him as well as himself.
David Burcowiecz or John Wayne Gacy fit the description of "sick and twisted murderer, plain and simple.' Bill Carver was just a pretty normal guy, an asshole probably ...but not steeped in unfathomable evil, who got in way over his head in a tough situation and let his baser nature got the best of him.

I can understand why they'd do it but I don't I could have ever been OK with it, besides I knew they were lying when they said the "We only do it to people that were going to die anyway" because of the trap in which Mr. Parker gets caught at the beginning of the episode, it's there when you open the barn, and even if it was true I don't think I could have ever accepted it, I probably would have reacted like Lee does if you choose to be direct.
I wouldnt have had any problems with St. Johns, if they didnt kill Mark. If they actually only ate people who were going to die no matter what, then it would have been fine by me. I would have walked away obviously. Not a big fan of cannibalism.
from a lot of your other posts. it seems like you really dont like kenny, and kenny haterspeople are just as bad as the hardcore kenny fans who spam shit. i will admit he is one of my favs but not to the point where ill admit someone else is wrong in a matter of opinion. I think of jane as an antagonist and not kenny because jane literally tricked him into a fight so she could have a reason to kill him. Kenny isnt really an antagonist since (my) clementine wanted to stick with him. Again its allll opinion and its cool you arent the kind of person i thought you were
Well unlike you, i care more about survival of Clementine and im ready to do more to ensure it. Its true that i dont like Kenny, but the reasons why i dont want him around Clementine are solely based on the fact that i see him as a threat to Clementine's survival. He puts her in unnecessary danger and his anger issues is a huge risk to Clementine. And the fact that his only reason to live is AJ, aint good either.

True but Nate killed those old people "and took their stuff" it depends on your point of view but I would say Arvo has done more damage then Nate has done (so far, NATE CONFIRMED FOR SEASON 3)
How is Carver winning? The St. Johns pulled Clem's hair and took Duck away from Kenny. Two things we can both agree are death sentences for said characters.
List of names your lousy poll is missing.
Mike, Arvo, Troy, Kenny, Jane, Bonnie, sam, Winston, Buricko, Vitali, Natasha, AJ and the list goes on. Pretty much any character can be seen as villain.
Actually it's his sanity that makes him a bad guy. He doesn't have an excuse.
* He threw Reggie off a roof because he wasn't clipping f… moreast enough.
* He nearly beat Kenny to death with the butt-end of a two-way radio.
* He nearly tortured Alvin to death.
If the road to hell is paved with good intentions then Carver must have his own private highway to hell... AC/DC style...

I don't consider Nate a villian.

EVIL LEEEEEEEEEEEEE is the best Evil Guy.

A kid? I wish. Just another thing you're wrong about. Truth is, my age is KENNY.
Who does say this?
Kenny is a hero!
Jane,Troy and Carver needed to be put down.
The Stanger gets my vote, for reasons I needn't mention.
Cannibalism is a pretty fucked up thing.
Actually it's his sanity that makes him a bad guy. He doesn't have an excuse.

Carver was amoral. He was just a pure survivalist with very little idealism motivating his actions.
None of this is blatantly a terrible thing, it just means that their sense of "right and wrong" is nil.
That's an opinion, not a fact.
I can understand why they'd do it but I don't I could have ever been OK with it, besides I knew they were lying when they said the "We only do it to people that were going to die anyway" because of the trap in which Mr. Parker gets caught at the beginning of the episode, it's there when you open the barn, and even if it was true I don't think I could have ever accepted it, I probably would have reacted like Lee does if you choose to be direct.
wheres jane?
If kenny was an antagonist jane might as well be too
If Nate is counted s a Villan I think Arvo should be, Well it depends if you mean Villan, or Antagonist since there's a difference...
Obviously.
at least you acknowlage it
Why wouldnt i?

Jane and Arvo. I voted Carver on the poll, though.
Carver was awesome, and was on of my favorite characters of the season.
And I don't consider Nate a villain, just a crazy, but occasionally a funny guy.
Nate never hurt anybody. Arvo shot Clementine,
True but Nate killed those old people "and took their stuff" it depends on your point of view but I would say Arvo has done more damage then Nate has done (so far, NATE CONFIRMED FOR SEASON 3)

Carver was an awesome villain IMO. Especially in A House Divided.
I agree (Zykelator). A better poll would be who do you see as a villain (choose as many as you like) for everyone from Season 1 or 2 or both.
He tortured Alvin to death because, Alvin killed one of this friends when they were escaping.
Where do you look for character confirmed for season 3.I am curious.
He didn't kill them. All you heard were gunshots, stop assuming things.
