Definitely worth my time and money.
My time? Of course. My time is meaningless. Was it worth my care and emotional investment in it? Honestly, not really.
I'm indifferent...It was good but it felt rushed and had some bad plot holes...Still I think it was good.
100% worth it i enjoyed more than most of the AAA games that came out this year that costed me $100
This pretty much sums up how I feel.
yup. again its not perfect, no game is, it had flaws and had shit that was noticeable and made you questioned it, but S1 was flawed too idk where in the fuck ppl got the idea that S1 was flawless. i love both games, which i count as one, people just.. are just dumb, im not saying the people that pointed out the flaws, cuz i can see them, but those people make it seem like the whole thing was awful. or they make it as it ruined something bigger like their lifes, well idk what to say to them just ignore them and at times remind them that if they dont like it stop playing it,simple. but back to the original question, yes it was worth everything. i hope they do improve it though and they dont do some of the shit they did this season too ( christa disappearing forever really TT cmon, sigh, im not going to start. ohh and bromid 1 second life.)
The walking dead season 2 was 100% worth it.... I love season 2.... im always repeat season 2 over and over again
It wasn't worth the wait and the hype.
Well considering it was only $25 and not $60 like any normal game, i'd say it's worth it. Now aside from money, let's talk about the hype. I agree with the comment above. (Mainly because Season 1 was so damn good). I still enjoyed this Season however.
Eh, kinda. I enjoyed Clementine's character arc, but by-God was the rest a waste.
bump
I enjoyed it so I'm inclined to say yes, I had a lot of problems with it though, as in there were a lot of things I didn't like but yeah it was worth playing at least.
Yeah I enjoyed it, Still had flaws like season 1 which I'd hoped they'd improve on but there was still good there
I'm one of the few that enjoyed playing Season 2 more than season 1.
I think the pacing was "much" better and everything was a "lot" more polished. The conversations flowed a lot more realistically and while I adore Lee as a character, playing from Clem's POV was just more interesting for me.
I'm Indifferent because Season 1 was a million times better.
I'll put it like this:
I hope Telltale fully focuses on both TftB and GoT for now and just leave TWD be until those are done.
It was ok, but I honestly think I only invested so much emotions and time in it because of the waiting periods.
Episode 5 was awesome, though. Best TWD Episode so far.
sorry wrong post was for something els LOL but in my opinion I kinda think... EP5 was overatted
I think it had a good pacing, the dialogue wasn't redundant, there was a good build-up to the final choice, there were happy moments (campfire) and sad moments (Wellington ending, Lee dream).
Also, there were shocking moments that I didn't expect at all (Luke's death, Mike betrays us, Arvo shoots Clem). Mike was my man, my gravatar and then that what a mofo.
All in all this Episode saved Season 2 for me. I found the Wellington ending to be sadder than Lee's death.
.... Oke now I gave this episode a 8 or a 7 out of 10 first it was a 6
Yes majority is currently winning.
Of course way better than anything else I do. I enjoyed season 2 more than season 1..
Of course, I had a blast with Season 2.
I dont know why so many people dont like Season 2. Sure Season 1 was alot better but I still really liked Season 2 alot
Okay... yeah, Season 1 was better, but Season 2 was still friggin awesome! Except not so much episode three... let's just pretend that didn't happen...
In Harms Way had good ideas, but at times it was awkward and weird. It was great the first time I played it, but it had almost no replay value because of some of the weird storyline bits.
I agreed with everything up until episode 3, I love In Harms Way, Pierre Shorette should write more episodes for TWD.
Your comment disappeared. That's understandable, but I still enjoy playing it, especially since you get the gruesome death of Carver at the end, and I still consider it one of the best episodes of the series, but everyone has different opinions.
My comments have been disappearing for some reason? But yeah, some parts are good, but how the story was put out was sort of awkward, or well, different than how it was for the average twdg episode.
It was worth it because I don't have to invest much of time and skill to play, but any emotional investment with the characters did not happen for me outside of episode 1 (Omid, dog bite, stitches) and Luke's death in episode 5.
I take it you went with Nick, and Alvin got killed in episode 2.
Until he gives a shit, he shouldn't write anymore TWD episodes.
Season 2 was just as good as Season 1. Sure it had its flaws but so did Season 1. I think games had a LOT of replay value and they are both very memorable experiences.
Season 2 was really fucking good. Season 1 was good too, they are different goods. They are both masterpieces.
It was worth it
What do you mean, "until he gives a shit." Did you play No Going Back, which he co-wrote, or play The Wolf Among Us, in which he wrote the first episode. All of those are great episodes.
Season 2 was like having a boyfriend, and not the pork and run kind. We had some really good times together, with candlelit dinners, horseback rides in the countryside and some yummy picnics at the beach during a pretty sunset. Despite all our ups and down, we stuck together strong. It was wuv!

And then, and THEN, that mean scumbag decided to go ice fishing without me, and left me playing bingo with his estranged mother-in-law for the whole weekend.Three months on, and he's still in the dog house.
Was it worth it? Yes and no, but there were good memories I can't go denying that.
He co-wrote Episode 5, which really was an okayish episode, but that wasn't all him, and yes I agree that Faith was a great episode and that he is good writer, but when it comes TWD, he doesn't really care all that much, In Harm's Way just has this boring, business as usual vibe when it comes to writing and the fact that Pierre was just sort of giving people what they expected in a Walking Dead episode and unlike Faith, didn't really to have any good character moments, bottom line, I don't think Pierre gave a shit about TWD and just wrote In Harm's Way because Telltale told him to, which is why the episode isn't character driven and is just Clementine going from one place to another and not really growing as a character., and why it doesn't feel very complete or have any depth, at least for me.
I enjoyed the fact that my favorite game was getting a sequel, but the story and characters certainly weren't worth it.
weeellll. i'd give it a strong 6/10. but no, not really worth it.
Oookay misses overly attached girlfriend, we'd better lay off the coffee...
