Carlos has several plaid shirts, Sarah's bushy hair presumably gets very sweaty, Clem's hat STILL has blood on it, virtually every male character aside from Arvo hasn't shaved. Not to mention only Clem & Bonnie got to "wash their clothes" (by plunging into a fatally-cold river).
I guess every character's sense of smell has shut down ever since the whole rotting corpse thing. Particularly Clem - it's not dwelled upon, obviously, but in the very first episode of Season 1 a zombie attacks her right before she gets to use the bathroom.

Me too, but then you could argue it's to save costs, because otherwise they have to design and create new clothes for the characters to keep wearing all the time. Even in The Last of Us with the time skips, Joel and Ellie wear the same jeans, and only have their shirts and coats changed.
Kind of bothers me how they wear the same clothes most of the time. There are plenty of clothes stores, I'm tired of looking at Lee's plain blue shirt for four episodes. (Ayy at least he wore that jacket in EP2)

I know what you mean. But there have been times where the cast did need to go. However through the entirety of 201 it looked like Clem never got to use the bathroom. And when she finally finds the toilet... she doesn't use it. Poor little thing! If you need to pee USE DAH TOILET!

Generally the assumption is that the characters take care of such things off-screen.
I did mention some did go to the bathroom.
I was just explaining how Clem didn't went to the bathroom for like most of the episode.
