Wait...let me get this straight. You hate two guys over the internet for expressing their opinions of a fictional man in a videogame over a man that attempted genocide against the jews and several other cultures and caused the deadliest military conflict in history that killed tens of millions...

    Please seek help.

  • I really doubt he did, all through the episode he was saying things like; 'girl like Jane could learn a thing or two about respect' and 'Go on inside I don't like leaving (AJ) with that girl'. So yeah, he didn't really like her and the feeling was mutal I guess so I doubt Kenny would think of her as family if he didn't like her.

Maybe deep down he did but you know, anger is allot easier shown than love.

I honestly can't see any reason to hate Kenny in the beginning. He's a pretty stand-up guy throughout the first episode, it's only towards the end of episode 2 that the ugly side of him starts showing.

"There's Kenny to be a devil."

"How do you feel about Larry now asshole?"

"What who's done for me? You mean all the nothing Kenny did?"

"Yeah, Lee had a fire in him. Not like you. You have an anti-fire, you have a water in you."

And my favorite, "Kenny's got a big fat murderboner."

  • It definitely felt forced, I remember in episode 3 - after Jane tells them about covering themselves in walker guts and Kenny says 'where'd she come from!' In sort of an impressed way. When episode 5 rolled around and there was this rivalry between the two it seemed very forced, I get that Kenny could have been mad at Jane for leaving but if he got mad at her for that then why wasn't he mad at Bonnie for selling them out in episode 3? I don't know it just really felt out of place. I think if they made it Luke vs Kenny then it would have been better since they had been building up to this whole conflict between the two and deciding who you will side with ect...

This man lost his wife, his son and his girlfriend Sarita!

He had to go through many things and in the end he sacrifices himself for Clementine and AJ.

Shame on you, you Kenny hater!

This bitch Jane needs only Clementine, because she knows she can't survive alone.

I would better stay with Kenny, as with Jane this bitch.

This. I wouldn't care if they made a few jabs here and there, but there is such a thing as going overboard.

No one would bat an eye if it was any other character.

That's a pretty bold statement to make. This would still bother me, at least, if it was a different character. I had to stop watching the playthrough Video Games Awesome did because they wouldn't stop bashing Duck. I don't care who you dislike or why, even if you're just doing it for shits and giggles, trying to rip on them for that long will get annoying real fast.

In spite of how I feel, they shouldn't have felt compelled to apologize.

  • Not sure if he meant it in that line of dialogue, but I'd like to think that Kenny thinks Clementine is his family. Just with so few people left in the world that he can count on and actually knows their past, Kenny would consider Clementine an important person to him just like Lee. Granted you (the player) can feel completely different about him, but it won't change how Kenny feels about Clementine, because Telltale actually made characters with their own view points and opinions.

  • More of a family member than she is with Jane i can tell you that much.

Different people have different senses of humor. Like I said, I felt it was too much, regardless of who they were joking about. I'm not butthurt at all. Someone dislikes a character I'm fond of? So what? It's how much they push it that I'm referring to.

  • Same felt it was too much, but not butthurt. I still watch these fellas, because they can be quite funny.

  • Oh, absolutely. It sucks that they apologized for an entire walkthrough simply because they took very biased and hardline stances against characters unlike PewDiePie that have very little in the way of interesting commentary while playing season 2 (other than apparently suggesting "raping Clementine.")

If people didn't like the constant shit they talked about Kenny, there are well over a dozen well-known let's players that they could've watched to make them more comfortable. It'll never cease to amazing me why so many Kenny fans feel Kenny's obligated to have people constantly licking his heel, if someone hates him (as I do) then what's that hurting? I could see how redundant it would be, but people are fooling themselves if they think let's plays aren't redundant in the first place.

They had funny content in both seasons, and the hatred for Kenny was a HUGE part of that.

    No. Seamus isn't a dick.

  • So because he had a different opinion, he was a dick?

I don't know his exact opinion but some people just don't some people...I don't know what to think about Kenny, In episode one I thought he was fine but in Ep.2 he was unpleasant and as time went on even more I hated the guy but it was more dislike then hate.
