There was the trailer to this horror film called Grace I saw last year, on this woman who's baby girl died in the womb after an accident, but she carried it until full term and delivered it and by some miracle it came back to life, yet all the baby wanted to drink was blood.
You could easily imagine something like that happening in a ZA where a mother or father or both parents just lose it and do what they can to keep their walker baby alive, even if it means killing animals or people to drain blood from them, or grounding up body parts into mush to feed the infant too. Plus it'd be kinda tragic too in what people would do for love

Something that I implied in a fic I wrote a while back might qualify.
Get some walkers in a low place, or you yourself be in a high place. Have somebody with you. We'll call that somebody "Bob," for the purposes of this demonstration.
Slowly lower Bob down to the walkers feet first, and keep lowering him as they eat him from the legs up as you keep lowering Bob slowly into the pit. Perhaps pull him out after a certain point so that he, still living, can lie next to you and bleed/succumb to the infection as he so chooses.
Eh, not the best, but it's kinda gruesome, I guess.
-Some Dude who starts to develop necrophiliac complex due to strong lust and lack of women. He tries to have sex with a walker when away from his group and gets the full on infection. When he gets back to the group he doesn't want to tell anyone what he just did, he ends up turning and biting one of the group members.
-Some Crazy leader in a community chops off a bunch of walker heads and throws them into a pit. The leader uses the pit as a form of execution for people in the community that defy him. Although the walker heads are cut off they still chomp like in the TV show. People that defy the leader of the community are thrown into the pit fully nude with hands and legs bound. They are chomped to death by walker mouths as they struggle to squirm away from and pull off the constantly biting walker heads. They eventually turn from being bit on by the walker heads and are pulled out only to have they're head cut off and added to the pit of walker heads.

Actually good torture scene, because it's climactic, has to do with the plot and is 'discomforting' rather than just gross out like Hostel.

Have someone slit someone else's throat open. Make this second person a 6 years old. Make the killer murder the 6-years-old in front of a loved one. Make the loved one a child. Make the killer force the child to say and accept that they were right, and then hug them. I did it for a book scene, but you can use it anyways. It doesn't sound too terrible, but in my context it's fucking disturbing.
