Sometimes, Telltale will release the episode at midnight in their timezone (PDT) for people who purchased the episode directly from their Store. It's possible they might do so tonight, but it's not always a guarantee they will do that each time.

It's not a guarantee! Sometimes they don't release it until the morning PST so it might not be worth it for east coasters to stay up.
Another uneventful episode. I guess Telltale is either going to have a bloodbath at the end or continue the story of the same characters in S2.
