I'd rather have a direct adaptation game series based on Robert Kirkman's The Walking Dead comic book series than The Walking Dead: Michonne 3 Episode Miniseries.

Come on everybody. The game will most likely be good just like the other Walking Dead games. I'm not even that familiar with the comics, but still am interested.
It's cool. But I really had my hopes up for somewhat of an untold story from one of the characters that were in the game.

What happened with Kenny after he was lost to the herd?
What about Clem and Christa's story during those 16 months?
Hell. Even Carver's rise to power would have been more interesting in my opinion.
I'll hold off my judgement for now, but I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't a little disappointed after all the hype.

Yeah... honestly, I still don't know what to think about it. I like comics, Michonne and TWD overall but I was hoping for some original characters and maybe cameo of the comics characters, not playing as one of them. Eh, I guess we'll see if this will be good or bad thing. Still kind of disappointed that DLC won't be related to either Season 2 or 3 in any way.
Is it safe to say we will play as Michone, or could Telltale surprise us? Michonne is cool but she can't die and we already know some of her… more background. I just hope the guys at Telltale will manage to keep us in suspense and create some other memorable characthers beside Michonne.

I'm not gonna lie, I wasn't expecting this, why Michonne? I'm not fond of her, she's ok, but only that. I think her story can't give us more that what we've already seen in the tv show. But... anyway i'm still looking forward to see what's this about.
Main problem I'm already seeing with the mini series is how Michonne's guaranteed plot armor is going to dampen tension and concern for her wellbeing, since she'll never canonically die. Why fear for her safety if she's not going to die no matter what choice we make (that is if Telltale still uses the choice formula in this game)?
I think the supporting cast are going to have to step up their game if the mini-series is going to work, since they're the ones that will make or break the game.

Look at it this way, at least we get more TWD stuff while we wait for season 3, and also season 6 of the show.
