yeah George. i would prefer season 2 TWAU that ANY dlc. but lets be honest. its time. there will be no season 2 the wolf is dead Got and other shit is just more money. wolf have a "small" base fan so we are doomed
I'll be honest, as someone who doesn't watch the show, I'm worried that telltale's gonna pull another GOT and make it so that only fans of the show can appreciate it. I would've rather had another 400 days type thing if that's the case.
It's a Season 2 DLC, and will presumably have the same gameplay that every Telltale title since Walking Dead: Season 1 has had (with the exception of Poker Night 2).

I'm pretty uninterested in this. Michonne is an insanely weak and uninteresting character... In the comics, anyways. In the show, she's fucking great. Unfortunately, this is comic Michonne. Her main character trait is the sword. Very little else makes her at all interesting.

400 Days didn't really tie in with season 2. In fact, there were more consequences of Season 1 decisions present in 400 days than 400 days consequences in season 2. That argument is pretty moot.

That's true. Perhaps characters from Season 2 can show up. After all, Michonne did spend a long time sailing up and down the East coast. Maybe characters introduced here show up in Season 3 in a similar sense to Bonnie.
Oh, yeah, I can definitely see how the games themselves can be dull. However, the world has always had some mysticism. Some unexplored angles. General potential oozed from the world. Potential that TTG used to make that fantastic game.
Michonne, however, has pretty much been paper thin in her entire comic appearance, and is an uninteresting character. She also seems to be the focus of the game, from what we know so far. What with the game being named after her, and all.

The worst part is that we already know the outcome of this adventure. We know her state of mind coming out of it, and we know what's going to happen to her next. There's little good themes to be explored here that couldn't be better explored in the comic.

I've read the comics I think #139 was the last one I read part of it was about Michonne's return but I have lost interest in it. I am more of a book reader and a hater of zombie stuff. The Walking Dead is the only zombie related thing I like and more and more it is just the game.

The announcement said that you would need to have played at least Ep.1 of Season 2, so, what i'm hoping for is that Michonne and Christa happen accross one another and help each other heal from their losses (both women have lost children and lovers, i think), and maybe even look for Clem. Other things too obviously, but this is what i'm really hoping for.
I think it would be great to see some of what happened to Christa, even if she only sticks around for 1 of the 3 episodes. It would really tie the Michonne comic timeline in with whats been happening in the telltale timeline with Clem. And if they did it right, it could set up Season 3 with Clem, and have her and a more stable Christa meet up again somehow. With a new baby for Christa to care for.
This is very interesting. Because, for the first time, instead of playing as original character of the game, we get the opportunity to play … moreas one of the characters from the comic series. I'm excited to see what this 3-episode mini series is about, and if it will connect with Clementine's story.
It does u see 1 issue she went off as a loner and ezekiel said she left or something so im guessing she gets the machete sometime in episode 1 of the mini-series they're gonna do

As much as I looove the pits, I can't see were I questioned his right to have his own opinion. What did I say?
Is it a DLC for TWD S2 or just another game made by TT? Will it ghave the same gameplay? Choose dialogues and decisions?
No, thanks. Never liked Michonne. Too Kill Bill-ish.

Ok ok..
if it is DLC, then will tie in with the main story in season 3 right?
otherwise it would surely be released separately.
This should be great.

Michonne is cool, much better then clem.

Difference is, Borderlands always had a semi-interesting world, if you cared to look. This is just TWD focusing on one of its weakest characters.
it did tie in with season 2 , whether the consequences had a lot of effect or not is a different matter, but it did tie in.
In the TV show. Not in the comics.

I did try and play Borderlands 1 & 2 They just did not hold my interest and I quit after an hour or so on each so I don't know much Borderlands lore.

I always felt she was boring but I am willing to see what they do they usually surprise me.

do you dislike her in the tv show only? or do you read the comics too because she is better in the comics
she left it in alexandria this is comic michonne not tv michonne
Then why this is gonna be about Michonne? Because she will never meet Clementine
I haven't read the comics or seen the show, but she seems like a cool character. I'm interested.

You know, just when I thought Telltale's Walking Dead mojo couldn't get any worse, they go and pull something like this.....
It'll be cool to see her use the sword though... unless it's just a useless prop like Luke's weapon was.
Haha, I love Dumb and Dumber. The new one was pretty good.
Its the comic verison where she uses a machete instead.
atleast they gave us something to wait for S3...
It's definitely not as bad as everyone made out!
I haven't seen the new one, but the first Dumb and Dumber movie was legendary.

michonne has always used a katana in the comics
Listen telltale is following comic logic when michonne left she left her katana and such back at alexandria so props to telltale for following details
Do you know why she left? I'm not caught up on the comic stuff.
No i guess michonne is more a loner type of person and just wanted some alone time but im not sure have not read the comics in ages
Ok, thanks for getting back to me. I may have to go buy some comics now...
hmmm well i dont remember here ever using a machete and ive read all the issues, what issues does it show her using a machete?
