Vote is closed and Lenlie will leave with Sigira.
So for your information my studying for this spring ends 26th and this is my last week … moreof reading before the exam so I will definitely not be doing any writing this week. However, after the exam next Tuesday I'll have much more time for writing - at least after I'm done with the hangover I'm going to have Wednesday.
edit: Lenlie leaves with Sigira, not Maya -__-
Rambton took a deep breath as he felt the freezing wind in his face. They had walked the whole day through these forests. The Haunted Forest, Rambton had been surrounded by it for weeks now.
“We are getting close.” Ariyana Caswell said with her wise and calm voice. “Probably one or two more days.” Rambton let out a sigh. Here he was, the One-eyed crow, traveling through endless forests with wildlings. And the worst thing was that he knew that one day he would be a wildling too. That day was not yet, he still remembered his long days at Castle Black, and his days as a bastard in the North. And he also remembered what he had done… That was something he would always remember, even if he didn’t want to. He shook his head and sat down into a moss-covered rock.
“Hey, One-eyed crow! We’ll keep moving as long as it gets dark!” Hrenhild shouted as she saw Rambton sitting down. Hrenhild was an ugly and bloodthirsty wildling bitch on her early forties, always shouting.
“Oh, I don’t mind, just keep going. I’ve had enough of your ugly face anyway.” Rambton answered with a lazy tone. Hrenhild took out her axe and started to move towards Rambton, and Rambton instantly stood up and took out his sword. A savage bitch would not kill me.
“You weakling crow fuck! I’ll kill you and cut your cock off!” The woman brawled with her voice that was almost as raspy as Ramsay Derran’s. Ariyana and the other wildlings, Skadol and Lynessa, had walked behind Hrenhild. Ariyana had her usual calm face, but she did also have a little frustration in her eyes as she looked at Rambton. Skadol was a warrior in his mid-twenties, a cruel and sadistic man, probably worse than Hrenhild. Lynessa was just a young witty and pretty girl, probably the most decent of Rambton’s traveling companions.
“Calm down Hrenhild.” Ariyana sighed. “Rambton is right, we have walked enough, let’s sleep here tonight.” Hrenhild kept staring at Rambton with fury in her eyes. Rambton hadn’t been the best swordsman in Castle Black, but he was sure he could take this old woman down if he had to. Skadol would be the harder one to kill.
“And why the fuck do you defend the crow?” Skadol asked Ariyana with an unnerving look on his eyes. “Is it your southerner’s blood? Have you been sucking the cock of the One-eyed crow?” Rambton could see the anger behind the calmness of Ariyana as she turned to Skadol.
“You should know I’m a dangerous one to anger, Skadol.”
Skadol just let out a laugh and walked away. “What an asshole.” Lynessa said with an amused tone. “Alright, I guess we should all get some sleep then.” She continued with a carefree tone.
“I still want to cut the crow’s COCK OFF!” Hrenhild shouted, still holding her axe high and looking at Rambton. And Rambton still had his sword up, ready to defend himself.
“Oh for fuck’s sake, Hrenhild!” Ariyana shouted surprising the old woman. “Let’s just all rest now, we’ll wake up early, keep walking and we might just find our king tomorrow.”
“I don’t have a king.” Rambton said quietly with a sly grin on his face, but he didn’t say anything more as Ariyana gave him a glare. Hrenhild finally put down her axe, muttered something, and walked away to Skadol. Rambton gave a smile to Ariyana, but she didn’t answer with one.
“Those two hate you, you understand that, right? If you want to stay alive then watch your fucking tongue, bastard.” Ariyana’s words were cold as ice and there was no sympathy in her eyes. There it was again, bastard. Rambton’s smile faded and he looked at Ariyana, trying to keep his anger hidden.
“You like to call me bastard, don’t you? Perhaps I’ll make a true bastard’s deed and kill you right there, you certainly wouldn’t be the first one.” He kept his voice down but made sure that Ariyana knew he was serious. But Ariyana wasn’t afraid of him, it was easy to see. That girl truly is more dangerous than Hrenhild and Skadol combined.
“It would do you good to accept what you are.” The beautiful and dangerous lady said calmly before finding herself a place to lay down. Rambton sat down again, looking at these wildlings with his one eye. Bastard or not, I’m better than any of these savages. Lynessa walked to Rambton and sat next to him. Surprising the man, Lynessa tapped Rambton gently on his shoulder.
“She may seem a little harsh at times, but she only wants our best.” She said with a sweet tone.
“Our?” Rambton looked at Lynessa with a questioning look on his eye.
“Everyone she sees as her friend.” Lynessa answered with a smile.
“And why the hells would she see me as her friend?” Rambton asked making the sweet girl chuckle.
“I think you haven’t given her, or any of us, a reason not to trust you.” Lynessa said still smiling. “Other than being a bad, bad crow of course.” She continued with a playful tone and now it was Rambton’s turn to chuckle. “Anyway, it’s time for us all to get some sleep.”
“Are you sure nobody should stay awake to guard?” Rambton asked. It was the same thing every night and Rambton thought it was dangerous.
“Has anything happened so far when nobody has guarded?” Lynessa asked with a smirk on her face.
“Maybe we have just been lucky.” Rambton insisted, but the wildling girl just smiled.
“Ariyana’s dreams keep us safe One-eyed crow, don’t worry.” She said calmly and turned away. I guess I have to trust them.
-
Rambton dreamed of running away, a beast of forest was running behind him, getting closer and closer, and as he turned his head the beast struck him… And his eye opened…
…He saw Skadol right above him, looking at him… Then he saw the dagger in Skadol’s right hand. Instinctively Rambton kicked right between Skadol’s legs making the man scream in agony. Rambton rolled away, grabbed his sword and stood up. Skadol had taken his axe and tried to swing it to Rambton, but he managed to deflect the slash away from him and delivered a punch to Skadol’s face sending the wilding to the ground.
“Rambton, behind you!” He heard the voice of Lynessa and turned seeing Hrenhild rushing to him with axe in her right hand, screaming like a madman. Without having time to think Rambton rushed against Hrenhild, tackling the old woman to the ground, but the impact made him fall to the ground as well. As he got up to his feet again he saw Lynessa keeping Skadol on the ground few feet away from them. He turned his head and saw Hrenhild trying to grab her axe. Quickly Rambton took a step closer, kicked the axe out of the reach of Hrenhild and put the edge of his sword to the throat of the wildling woman.
“You fucking savage bitch… You fucking… You… You got any last words, bitch?” Rambton could feel his heart beating of anger and excitement.
“Kill me crow… And they’ll hunt you down and make you scream like the pig you are.” Hrenhild said quietly with her raspy voice, looking at Rambton with hatred in her eyes.
I think killing her might cause huge trouble for him and he shouldn't risk that. But by knocking her out he hopefully sends a message that nobody shall fuck with him, but that he is also capable of showing mercy. Perhaps he can earn the Free Folks respect in time.

Well I kinda thought there was not much interest anymore - from myself or the readers - so I stopped writing. I haven't really thought about continuing... And since this is(/was) interactive I doubt this would work after such a long break, not impossible of course.

Haha Okay, I'll get back to writing, but for me to do this properly I think you might have to wait another week before I can bring a new part - tbh I wasn't really happy with the level of my writing before (mostly because english not being my native holds me back a little) so I want to bring my A game this time.
IMHO you were always one of the better writers on this forum. And take all the time you need, we've already been waiting for over a month. Can't wait for the new part

Not having English as your first language may be a little problem (my own experience haha), but it's nothing too terrible and I hope that you'll still come back

It certainly is a challenge, especially since my own language Finnish isn't even a relative language with English. I've always enjoyed writing but doing it English is sometimes frustrating when I know I could do everything better with my own language - But I'm very glad that I've done good enough job so that at least some people here have clearly enjoyed this story!

Thanks for your honest opinion, I'm aware this is no masterpiece story, but just some fun for GoT fans or anyone on this forum. About you being glad about me not working for tt I must remind that writing this story is not a job for me - just something I do on my free time for fun.
Of course you could also give some constructive critisism instead of just calling it crap - I'm eager to hear if you have some advices to give on my writing. Btw, have you ever tried writing an interactive story? It's actually quite hard

Robett
It had been two days since the Lord Commander had left with Edric Mormont, George Rivers, Howard McDonald, Khort, Jaremy Brownbarrow, Victor and Wulfric Ironsteed. Maester Jon and the First Builder Jorrel were in charge now at Castle Black. On these two days Robett had felt something weird, the castle was calm but he could hear suspicious whispering in the yard and in the halls, it made him feel unsafe. Of course Robett had asked if he could join the mission with Jack, he was his squire after all, but the commander had just said that Robett wasn’t ready for this mission. So now I’m stuck here, alone with all these murderers.
Robett sat alone at the common hall, looking at the other tables. He saw Devyn, Small Marsh, Mul Strad, Bryan, Dickon and few others on one of the tables, loudly laughing about something. On another table he saw Ramsay Derran with Gareth Oaketh - another ranger on his early twenties, a tall man with brown hair and a goatee. Gareth was clearly trying to make Ramsay laugh with his sarcastic jokes, but Derran’s face stayed dead serious as he took another sip from his mug. At the table of the officers Maester Jon had a smile on his face, but there was something else in his eyes. Sadness? Fear? And Jorrel sat next to Jon, silently eating his food with a stern look on his bearded face.
As Robett turned his look away from the officers he saw Dani Evans walking towards him with a decisive look on his face. Dani was 18 years old skinny boy from the builders. Robett didn’t know much about Dani, he only knew that Dani was a volunteer and that he was quite temperamental.
“Why?” Dani asked with a strict tone on his high voice, intensively staring at Robett with his blue eyes. For a moment Robett just sat there with a baffled expression on his face.
“Wha… What?” Robbet stuttered with confusion, making Dani frown.
“Why didn’t the Jolly Jack take me with him? You are his steward, tell me!” Dani’s voice was still strict and commanding but Robett could also see sadness in his eyes. “I told him many times… I need to go… I must…”
“Lord Commander only took rangers with him. The best of them. You… You are a builder.” Robett tried to explain as gently as he could, but Dani just let out a frustrated sigh.
“I know I’m not a ranger!” He shouted, drawing attention from the tables close by. “But why does that matter? Jack lost his favorite boy to the Haunted Forest and goes after him, but I… I lost my…” Dani stopped talking and turned his look on the table.
“You lost… what, Dani?” Robett asked with a quiet voice. As Dani turned his head up again Robett could see a single tear running down his cheek.
“Never mind.” Dani murmured and hurried away while Robett stayed at the table with a confused look on his face. Before Robett could even think about anything someone else sat down where Dani had just been. Cruz.
“Um, don’t you eat with Dom?” Robett asked from this boy who looked like a girl.
“Dom already ate… And we’re not really friends with Dom. We just both happen to be Maester Jon’s stewards.” Cruz said with his soft voice.
“Oh… Okay.” Robett answered awkwardly, trying to keep his look away from Cruz.
“You are the closest thing to a friend I have here… We were both at the capital when Great Spring Sickness killed more than half the city. I’ll never forget the screams.” Cruz said, his voice clearly shaken up. Robett understood him, he could never forget that either.
“I hid in a basement most of the time… We were both very lucky.” Robett said, now looking to the beautiful golden eyes of Cruz. He had only once before talked to him on his time at the Wall and they hadn’t really been friends at King’s Landing either. I shouldn’t be talking with him.
“Are you sure? I’m not sure if I consider myself lucky to be here.” Cruz answered with barely hearable voice. “I was happy with my life there…”
“You were a…” Robett started, but Cruz cut him off.
“I was a wench. And you were a pickpocket, right? You were called Weasel, I remember that.” Cruz said with a shy smile.
“Well, I still am… But that name means nothing here…” Robett stopped talking as he saw Mul Strad walking behind Cruz. Mul looked at them, clearly amused of what he saw.
“Am I interrupting something?” He asked with a voice that revealed he was drunk - again. “Weasel and a boy whore! Hah! Oh, I think you’re so cute together, little cocksuckers!” Robett could see Cruz blushing as he stood up from the chair, leaving his food nearly untouched at the table.
“I need to go.” Cruz muttered and quickly walked away from the common hall. Again Robett stayed at the table with a baffled look on his face.
“Oh, I’m so sorry.” Strad said with a mocking tone. “Looks like your girlfriend left you all alone, and it’s all my fault! How can you ever forgive me?” Before Robett could say anything Devyn and Small Marsh had walked next to Mul.
“Mul, I hope you don’t mind if I have a private talk with our little Weasel.” Devyn said with a quiet and intimidating tone. Mul looked at Devyn and a disturbing grin flashed on his face. Oh no, this isn’t good.
“Oh, no problem Devyn, he is all yours.” Mul said quietly and tapped Devyn on the shoulder before leaving. Robett’s heart started to beat faster. He quickly glanced at the table of the officers to make sure that Jon and Jorrel were still there. Devyn can’t hurt me here. Devyn sat calmly right next to Robett.
“Jack is not here to protect you.” Devyn whispered to his ear. “Edric is not here to protect you, George is not here to protect you, or Jaremy, or anyone who could do it. Soon you are going to lick my boots, Weasel. Unless you prefer to die. I’m going to be the king of this place.” After these words Devyn stood up and casually walked out of the hall with Small Marsh close behind him. As Robett was calming down from the fright he started to think about what he just heard. ‘I’m going to be the king of this place’. Was Devyn just being an asshole or was he really planning something? And what can I do about it?

I think that exams are not good for your health :P
Oh for fuck's sake xD
I just caught up with the story after a long time of not reading anything.
The Maya pic was awesome.
Thanks!
Rambton

[Kill Hrenhild] [Knock her out] [Let her go]
[Knock her out]
I think killing her might cause huge trouble for him and he shouldn't risk that. But by knocking her out he hopefully sends a message that nobody shall fuck with him, but that he is also capable of showing mercy. Perhaps he can earn the Free Folks respect in time.
[Let her go] Being merciful? Why not?
Awesome part!
[Knock her out]

Alright, vote closed! Rambton will knock out Hrenhild.
And next part will be Robett pov and should come in a couple of days.
[Knock her out]
I'm surprised we couldn't ask Lynessa her opinion on the matter.
Good point, well I'd say Rambton is too much on adrenaline rush to start asking :P
Will this story be continued?
I'm interested because story was good so far, it would be pitty to stop right now
Well I kinda thought there was not much interest anymore - from myself or the readers - so I stopped writing. I haven't really thought about continuing... And since this is(/was) interactive I doubt this would work after such a long break, not impossible of course.
I would love for you to continue the story.
Yes, please continue.
Yeah I hope you still continue!
We've been eagerly awaiting the next part for over a month. Don't be GRRM with his books. XD
[removed]
We love you too
Sorry, I've to post a Polandball comic if you state what language you speak/where you came from.
It's actually quite hard
i WANT THIS TO CONTINUE
It will
Here comes the first part after the break. It's pretty short, but I didn't feel there was need to make it any longer than this.¨
