Yeah, it's just consoles. Windows and Mac releases are handled by Steam, GOG.com, and the Telltale store. Steam and Telltale are in Pacific Daylight Time, and GOG.com updates usually by Eastern Daylight Time, even though they're based in Poland. Releases usually go live around the middle of the day in the time zone that the store follows.
If you're in the UK and you use Steam, it'll most likely be released at around 6pm UK time. That's what happens with every episode.
Just in case anybody was wondering and/or confused about that specifically.

Russian Playstation Store update says that the episode will be available on 31 March, which is typical for telltale even if they say that the episode comes out on all platforms in a single day. Although it also says that Minecraft Story mode Episode 5 comes out on 31 March when it is already out in the store. Guess telltale is messing with us. AGAIN

Twenty Minutes UK time until it can be uploaded onto the PS4 PSnetwork. Then it's probably tomorrow. Last time they uploaded the episode at midnight so I could play it Tuesday morning.

6 PM BST is 10 AM PDT and 1 PM EDT, there are sometimes delays with the release but the epsiode should hopefully release from those times.
