On a scale 1-7 bananas, how hyped are you?
OK, so let me tell you a little story.
I was playing TTG games a lot, but after playing Life is strange last year, it was hard for me to go back and finish Tales from Borderlands or GoT series. Even Michone series didnt rise my interest.
But somehow, S3 of TWD did. I guess there's too much history one has from two previous seasons. Maybe if Clem wouldnt be main character, the hype wouldnt be there for me. But in the end I'm glad it is.
So I leave this here, and grow your own hype pls.. and keep that hair short.

10+ is how hyped I am!
I'm hyped on a banana tree level.
I really am.
I think around 4? I'm most excited about the 2 protagonists thing.
On an unrelated note, you should totally finish TftB.
999999999+1 level
The biggest release of the year in my book.
Probably a 6
I'm hyped, but there isn't that much info to go off of just yet
The only thing I'm slightly worried about is how the endings/choices will play into it
The way they talk about it makes it seem like it could go both ways. They mention it being a new entry point for people, which makes we worry about how much the choices play into things, but at the same time, them talking about trying to figure out ways to get the save data for players of the previous seasons and what such give me some confidence that they're trying to make a push towards choice impact.
And correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they said similar things about S2 before it came out, claiming that there was a buffer between S1 and S2 so that new players could jump into S2 without explicitly needing to play S1. Of course, they weren't as focused on that as they were for S3, especially given the fact that they aren't outright calling it S3 and all that. I dunno, maybe it's nothing to worry about, but I don't blame people for being a bit hesitant about it. The only reason I'm worried is because I want to see Telltale really push themselves. I want to see them really work on making choices matter more, to integrate the previous games more heavily into S3. I don't want them falling back down the same holes they've been trying to crawl out of, you know what I mean?
As for 2 playable characters, I have no real worries here. Tales did a great job with it, and despite the somewhat middling reception of GoT, I thought it also handled multiple PCs pretty nicely as well. Rodrik, Asher and Gared all felt pretty fleshed out. The only character that fell a bit short was Mira in terms of development and screen time, especially in the back-half of the season, but other than that, I thought they were handled well. You might have noticed I left out Ethan, but considering he was only around for a short time, so it's a bit hard to judge him the same as the others. But from the little we saw of him, yeah, he was handled well enough. So they're pretty much going 3 for 2 in GoT, which is a pretty good score. And it's obviously simpler with only two characters instead of five, especially when one of them has the benefit of already being an established character, so they don't have to worry too much about establishing both characters at the same time. That gives them more time to focus on Javier as a character, while simultaneously giving Clementine her time to shine as well. They could give Javier and Clementine a 60-40 split on development/screen time, and it'd even out quite nicely, since Clem's already established like I said.
1-7 bananas? Nah, I have a banana garden with banana flowers, banana bushes, banana trees and signs that says "hyped" with obviously pictures of bananas on it.
I am the god of bananas when it comes to hype
One.
There's no reason to be more excited. Clip was very short, we knew Clem will be back and she'll be little older. She kills her 23456 zombie. Her new friend is prettier than Luke (survival of the prettiest). Idea with marks can be good or dumb - we don't know. Graphic is okay, I don't see major changes. Missing finger is striking.
Yup
i am 4 banana hyped
5-7 I can wait I guess.. But I REALLY want it to be released VERY very soon.
6.
I'm looking forward to the new season, but I'm not sure if I'm hyped yet.
7 freakin bannanas. It's all I can think about. Work isn't going to be so productive today.
7.
Clem is literally the only thing keeping me alive at this point.
I give it....
3.5
Good - a new walking dead game by telltale is always a good thing and is always good to look forward to
Bad - teen clementine. I just hope she isn't the player character. She works better as a secondary role and I'm not sure what to expect from a teenage version. I mean if she's 11 and can take down male walkers, what could a teenage version do ?
All of the bananas.
She's still a player character, so is the new character (Javier) that was also seen in the trailer.
6 bananas
Really, how come?
6 cuz CLEMENTINE CLEMENTINE CLEMENTINE CLEMENTINE
Five and a half bananas, but more because I am excited to see how Wellington and Howe's are doing, slightly more than because of Clementine's story.
7 peeled bananas, and I say peeled because as much as I'm excited, I'm very scared about the fate of some certain people.
[Slips on banana peel]
3 or 4.
Do their names start with K and J?
And M, B and A, and probably E too.
1000 bannas
So this is like tales of the borderlands kind of thing where you play as two characters through out he season.
1 banana.

I'm so hyped I've become the banana.
Seems like it yes.
I'm not sure really. I guess LiS hit another tone or maybe I related to it more, or maybe the game was just better overall than TTG ones. Can't really put my finger on it.
I suppose, Life is Strange never personally really dug into me as much as Telltale did but I could see it doing it to others.
Glad to hear ppl dont forget how and when to get hyped.
Atomic Banana!
Maybe 2, at most.
