How old would you say Kenny is?
We learned early on in season 1 that Lee is 37.
We also learned that Clementine is 8 at the beginning of season 1 and 9 at it's conclusion.
It seems reasonable to assume that Larry is around his mid to late 60's.
And Chuck to be in his late 50's to early 60's.
But Kenny's age is something of a mystery.
I would guess him to be early to late 40's, or possibly even early 50's.
If I had to be precise, I'd say 45.

According to the wiki, Kenny is/was in his late 30s to early 40s. But judging by his slightly graying hair and significantly wrinkly face, i'd say 40s for sure. It just seems like it.

Some people look older depending on the life they live and how they lived it.
Seeing as though this is the teotwawki, stress levels are constantly high, food, medicine and decent medical care is hard to come by, he could be younger but looks older than he is.

Eh I'm going to go a little high on the estimate and say late 40s or early 50s. He looks older than a lot of 50 year olds I know, and while I know that can be contributed to stress and grief in the apocalypse, some has to be contributed to age. Even in season 1 when he maybe could have passed off as a man in his 30s, Molly still called him "Grandpa". To me that implied that telltale meant him to at least be older than Lee. Having a kid Duck's age just means he had him a little later in life, like mid to late 30s, not that unusual of an age to have a child.
I don't really take the wiki estimate at face value. I only trust the ages as specified in the game or staff, like Clementine, Lee, Luke, and Sam.
He also knows how to be a dad you know. After all, he coaches little league
