Its been 6 YEARS SINCE THE VIRUS CAME OUT! THE ZAMBIES ARE CRUMBLING AND DECAYING! Its time to kill the rest of them and try and experience life again!
It's not so simple as that. Even with walker numbers declining over the years to a point where their decay may make them no longer such a serious threat to humans, mankind themselves will always be a problem, more so in that world. You may not have so much to worry about with walker herds, but bandits, cannibals and such are still going to be a problem. It could take centuries for things to get back to anywhere how they our for us, if they were lucky.
And what about the unknown cause that makes a person reanimate after they die? Will that always be there causing a problem or will it eventually stop of it's own accord allowing mankind a better chance to rebuild? Or worse, could it end up evolving like some virus and we get running zombies everywhere, or people turning just from catching a simple cold or, animals getting it and becoming carriers to where you can't eat meat? Or what if it gets into the water supply and they're at risk from that!? T_T what if it's like Day of the Triffids and all the plants start getting up and walking around everywhere and eating people!?
Oh my goodness that would look AMAZING! It would be so badass if they did that ^-^ You guys may think im crazy for sayin this but i think th… moreis is more than just any old video game.... playing TWD has been a emotional rollercoaster for me....it is really like i have had this bond with everyone in it....especially clementine....ive felt like i was OBLIGATED to keep her safe...yes...ive done things im not proud in front of her...but she will be more determined and strong. Many people are worried about S3 not being good...but im not worried...i feel like this series is going to be about hope....thinking that they have gone though enough loss and heartbreak....and wanting to make a new world...to rebuild...to love again without the feeling of them being eaten or shoot at....Seeing Clem grow from a small defenseless naive little girl to a one finger-less independent strong mother-fuckin BADASS TEENAGER!!!!!!!! Originally, I was planning for the Episode 1 Release Date thread to be posted around late September or early October.
However, given that… more we have some new info on the Disc having a possible/placeholder date of releasing on November 15th, I think another mod or I might make the Episode 1 Waiting Thread sometime in the next few weeks.
Possible dates that the thread could be made on include the 13th (alongside Minecraft Ep 8 and Batman's mobile release), the 20th (alongside Batman Ep 2), or the 27th (the end of the month, and super close to when I was wanting to move over to the new thread anyways).
I'm not sure if they are even going to show up it might be like Christa's baby or her disappearance it might not be explained although they said Javier will talk about clementines past a lot maybe he will explain what happened to them I'm not sure Kenny/Jane will be with Clem till she's a teenager.

You know, I was thinking about what the box art for S3 would be after seeing that amazon listing. And I just had an idea.
Anyone remember… more the box art for the GOTY edition of the game?
They should totally make S3's box art mirror it, like they did with the S3 concept art. Javier in the background, but no longer standing in a protective pose over Clementine like Lee is, showcasing them as more or less being equals. And the most important part, a grown Clementine at the forefront, no longer cowering in fear, but standing tall and determined.
Not only would it look cool and serve as a unique callback to S1, but it would make for a good cover design overall; features both lead characters, gives an idea of what the game entails, and all that jazz.
What I'm saying is: Telltale please shamelessly steal this idea from me you won't regret it

They've been slow to trickle out news in order to get people hyped (like how they only just confirmed AJ being in Season 3 back a few months ago). I imagine they are doing the same with news on Kenny/Jane in order to draw out hype while also waiting to show how your Season 2 ending will affect New Frontier.

I'm 99.9% sure that Christa miscarried following the trauma at the rest stop in "All That Remains". I could be wrong, but I really really doubt it.
They probably decided not to show it or mention it in dialogue because it's a very sensitive subject to some people (meaing that they won't bring it up in Season 3 either). Or, because they thought it was obvious enough without showing or telling.

I don't think Christa teaching Clem how to do stitches had anything to do with the pregnancy, though. Christa seemed intent on teaching Clem how to survive on her own, and knowing how to treat a wound would probably be a pretty important part of that in a post-apocalyptic world.

No, just that when I said "Kenny plus Jane", I should've worded it to be "Jane plus Kenny", as Jane's the first name within the mix.
People die when you play as an edgelord, though, and you wouldn't want supporting characters from the flashbacks to die.
