Is Anyone Else Overly Excited for This New Season to Come Out?
I honestly can't wait until we get more information. I guess that when you've waited for something for two years, and when it comes down to being a month away, you get super pumped. Does anybody know when it could possibly be released? I know Amazon says the disc copies will come out Nov. 15, but the downloads begin before that. Is it possible we could get it Nov. 1st? That would be amazing.

not really. i was way more excited when season 2 was suppose to come out.
Well, I'm really excited, possibly he most excited I've been for a game in quite a while. (Even though I am yet to finish Season 2)
Although I am a little worried, for two reasons.
1. It's not going to live up to the hype (But I'm sure it will..) and
2. I don't have a PS4 yet. (I will NOT get the PS3 version, because their Batman game looks like **** on it and this probably will too. and my computer probably won't run it too well, I'll get it on my Tablet if I have to)
Season 3 Waiting Thread
What are you talking about? I'm not looking forward for it.
You c-can't coax the excitement out of me, nu...nu nu nu.
By god I'm going to punch somebody if the release date gets moved to 2017.
Excitement is great, also I think it may not be released that early since they said they're hoping to release it in November. Which has me a tiny bit worried xD
I'm extremely excited. I love the characters that Telltale has created in this game, and I can't wait to see how they continue their development. I'm also super hyped for the introduction of Javier and practically everything that this iteration will bring to the table.
I'm excited/worried as hell. I can't wait for Telltale to continue one of my favorite video game series, but I know Clem's gonna get hurt and that sucks.
Extremely! I just really hope Kenny/Jane aren't just killed off during a flashback. I'd like for them to have SOME impact on the season. Telltale went out of their way to bring Kenny back for Season 2, only to be killed in a flashback by the ones that stuck with him? Damn that'd suck. But I have faith in them that they'll re-affirm my love of this game even greater than Season 2!
It'seems very exciting to think about. Two years we have waited and it's finally here!!!
I share the same fear. After season 1 and 2, Clem is like my child, and it will ache me to no end knowing this could possibly be her end.
I hope to everything holy they don't do that, and I highly doubt they would. We probably only see them in the flashbacks, and maybe Jane/Kenny are taken hostage by the Capricorn Farm group; it would be a perfect reason for Clem to strike vengeance.
Me as well. I won't give up hope though
I think Job said in the recent interview that "Look more in November" so hopefully that has some significance.
If that were to happen I would go into infinite hibernation
There's no such thing!
I hope we get the official trailer this month though xD
I completely dread season three. Which is just the other side of the coin. So i guess I greatly anticipate season three and hope my fears turn out to be for naught.
Short answer yes......Long answer yes but......Kirkman has given more input in this one. Its been confirmed that we will meet comic characters in this one. And the game is very inline time wise to the comic. So much so that they may use the game as a transfer medium for some TTG characters into the comic! That's a rumor, not a fact. Here's hoping who ever Clem and Javi meet they get along. And if they don't and the worst happens I hope to see Rick and Co help us in the aftermath. Though that would likely be in the books.
I am worried for the season. I want it to be good but sadly i've not enjoyed any telltale games that much since season 1 to be honest. Season 2 had a great story but lacked a lot of things that made season 1 good.
What I want to do in my excitement:

What I actually do to not seem crazy:

Yup, big time.
Not really. I'll buy the game because ill be interested in how the story goes, but i've never had that same excitement as i did waiting for the episodes of season 1 of the walking dead.
Too me, Telltales The Walking Dead Season One is the perfect game to me. It was so good, that i think i was on such a big high that i lost that feeling playing the other games. I remember playing episode by episode of season one and then the wait for the next one i was thinking about the game all the time. Then i got disappointed a bit with season two, i didnt feel that feeling of excitement waiting for the next episode. And i havent felt that although im a bit excited for the Batman series.
Interested but not jumping out of my pants.
More so because now we have to playable characters, i prefer just one.
I've been super hyped for almost 2 years but now that it's almost here i'm kinda not bothered anymore. I'm just waiting for a proper trailer to remind me why i love this series so much.
Eh...
I'll buy it once it drops, but I'm not exactly tweaking for it.
'm optimistic! I don't think I would have been if I hadn't played Tales from the Borderlands which taught me three things:
So as long as they take what they have learned from Tales and apply it to what seems to be an already planned-out story (which is a good sign) and an updated engine, I'm excited to see what the result could be.
Wait...there is a new season? Zomg!!! Yeah...I am excited.
What about underly excited?
I'm optimistic because of Gared Tuttle, nephew to Duncan Tuttle, Castellan of Ironrath. He convinced me that Telltale can ace at making characters with a ton of potential appear bland and emotionless.
I liked Ethan
He convinced me that Telltale is really good at getting people all choked up
get it
all choked up
because of the thing
the thing that happened
Mira convinced me that my favorite storylines in video games with multiple protagonists are the ones that are entirely separate from the overall plot and do not influence it in any way!
Asher taught me how to say "my uncle" as "may uncool!"
Can I say that you're the best when it comes to structuring comments in a way that it enhances the joke? It looks like somebody is trying too hard, which is clearly intentional, and that just makes it better!
My reaction to a third season of The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series
... Please tell me no one else was in the room...
Hahaha I had the same reaction lol Acheive what's up man? Like I said before we always reply to each other lmao
It exists... but it sucks!
Not that excited. Just a little.
Nope! No one else!
What if someone did the alone ending option?
Good...
I'm glad no one else was in the room when I saw that new screenshot...
SO EXCITED!!! ...Sorry, I had to do that.
I AM SO EXCCCIIIITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!
I really don't care. I have pretty much given up playing video games, because they will NEVER bring you what you want out of life.
