Episodes normally release around 2 weeks after being rated, Batman episode 4 was rated on November 3rd which makes the 15th or 22nd the most likely release date.
The season pass disc is normally a separate rating from episode 1 (most likely because they need to produce discs with ratings printed on them) and A New Frontier's episode 1 hasn't been rated yet, once it does get rated then i would expect A New Frontier to release around 2 weeks after that so hopefully it gets rated within the next two weeks.
Come to think of it, NZ rated the Season Pass disc before Batman 4. I think this means we'll get Batman late November/early December, and si… morence Telltale doesn't put out two new episodes in a single week, that means we might definitely get New Frontier within the next few weeks, assuming that neither Batman releases first nor Walking Dead gets delayed.

But then they made it a cliffhanger which forced us all to wait 8 months for it. When you dangle a carrot in front of someone so long there comes a point where they wont chase it anymore and wont care for it. To the point that when they actually receive the carrot, there is no excitement because all of it was drained. Like "eh, I guess its good." That's how I felt with the S7 premiere. Heh, that reminded me of Bill from TLOU. It had been 20 years but he still managed to be overweight. You'd think they would lose the weight from malnutrition and extreme physical activity or just not survived. Let's just say they're lucky.

It's technically both, I guess. The Season Pass disc only comes with Episode one installed and you download the rest of the episodes.
