That picture shows the menu before episode 1 was started. That means there's nothing to rewind yet. And if there's nothing to rewind, then there's no rewind button.

True enough, but the TWD and Batman menus are so similar that I doubt a "real" rewind option makes a comeback with TWD (entire episode rewind that sometimes cleans all your choices does not count).

Could Javier be ambidextrous? In the first trailer he was holding the shotgun with his left hand. In the new trailer he held his weapons in his right. Maybe TTG decided to change it last minute.
I loved the first two episodes of Batman, but after episode 3 my interest started to go downhill. Episode 5 is probably the worst of all for so many reasons that I will not list because this isn't a Batman forum. Lol. But hey, that's just me. It seems most people liked it so, shrugs.

I don't think they are too spoilery, but some of them seem to reveal some potential plot points.
I just realized - I think the reason for their new menu design is that they are trying to evoke a Netflix type of feel:
