  • But how would you have loyalists if you shoot everyone that gets near you

    where would they come from

Hey, it's all good, I'd shoot me. But don't worry, you wouldn't be able to get near me in the apocalypse: I would have hundreds of loyalists protecting me and tearing across America, killing anything that moves or breaths.

  • I guess neighbors, family, and friends before the apocalypse. Obviously I would recruite lone survivors early on in the apocalypse, but I would give them a choice: join or die. And if they choose death, it wouldn't be a shot to the head (can't waste bullets) it would be a slow and painful death; parts of them might be fed to walkers and the other part burned, etc. That's how I would get loyalists. After I have enough, no one we see lives.

No, but her being a human is in question and the female gender is a human attribute.

  • What if you eventually kill every other living person on the planet

will you just be like "well shit, there's no one left to shoot, let's just shoot each other"

like, what's the long term plan here

Remind me to never get remotely close to you in a Zombie Apocalypse.

Because I feel like being even a few miles away from you would be certain death.

  • You know, ironically, this method of surviving-- killing literally everything and showing no mercy-- is probably the surest way to get yourself killed

You'll just make everyone hate you and eventually get killed one way or another

  • Everytime I hear/see someone talk about how they'd be the biggest "badass" in an apocalyptic situation makes me think that they'd probably one of the first people to go :P

Person: Yeah a zombie apocalypse! I can kill anyone I want! Finally I can be the tyrant I've always wanted to be!

Runs and trips on rock then cracks neck on street curb

Judging by some of the Clem fanatics on here. I think that Telltale should consider these ideas for Season 3.

One, Clementine needs to be louder, angrier, and have access to a time machine. Two, whenever Clem's not onscreen, all the other characters should be asking "Where's Clementine"?

  • Yup. Exactly.

I'd say the best way to survive in an Walking Dead-type situation would be to surround yourself with people you trust.

The loyalist plan, while decent enough on paper, wouldn't really work, because eventually they'd get tired of being forced to do your bidding, and you'd probably get murdered in your sleep.

Hold on, let me fix that for you.

Two, remove literally every other character and focus solely on Clementine

  • Hah, man it's been a while since I've watched the Simpsons. Poor Poochie, Itchy and Scratchys creators tried so hard to force him into the series, but the audience just wasn't having it :(

  • I can't wait for tomorrow because I'm gonna pre-order the damn out of A New Frontier.

  • I also haven't preordered yet. I will do it either tomorrow or the day after.

  • Clem: Look, AJ, it's our new friend, Javi!

AJ: What's that name again? I forgot.

    Javier:

    The name's Javi G
    And I rock the telly.
    I'm half-D Luna
    And a third Bautista.
    I'm the baseball hippie
    From Mexico City.
    I'm a rappin' player,
    You're the fool I pity.

AJ: Ooh, Javi is one outrageous dude.

Clem: He's totally in my face.

  • I will look into A New Frontier, too!

I was disappointed by the initial statement that the episodes are an hour and a quarter long each, but my excitement for the season—and especially for Capricorn Farm—has not decreased. I know Telltale is working hard at implementing data from previous seasons to change Clementine and her segments, and I am also interested on meeting Javier!

Did you notice that all it took to prevent a potential argument was letting you know that I recognize that you were being more reasonable? We do need to be tactful if we don't want the forum on fire.

Learn and grow my friend. I trust Telltale, sometimes they can do wrong and there can be considerable improvements but they've shown me they can do good, I'm at least willing to give something a chance or more view before going more into it.

  • I waited for a while, mostly to see if the price would lower any further than the -10% on steam, but I assumed it won't happen if it hasn't yet.

I also haven't preordered yet. I will do it either tomorrow or the day after.

  • Okay, Thanks.

Not a single Telltale game has.

  • Why would it honestly?

I did everything you did and did it again for my alone playthrough.

It felt even better the second time.

Exactly. I have no regrets and would do it all over if given the chance. Now, in S3, if AJ is really damn annoying, I'll happily let him die

  • Beats me, sales don't always happen for a reason buddy. If anything, nothing is lost by holding off.

  • A lot of people said something about how the credits were located, I have a feeling the intro is Javier in the house and they ominously show up as we see what's wrong

According to lots, the "intro for the episodes was amazing." Really looking foward to this... "intro".
