You'll be able to play at 10 AM Pacific Time (If I recall correctly).
The people in Australia you're referring to most likely got to play at midnight because they bought the game on consoles.

In my timezone the game will unlock at 6am. There is no way I can stay awake that long, but if I go to sleep I'll wake up way later than that.

sadly we (i'm from the Uk) have to wait 17 hours until its around morning time for them because they are in America.. thats 5pm for me
