Theories on Eleanor in episode 3?

Do you think this episode will be about the group finding her?

  • I hope she is ok and doesn't betray us.

I'm not sure about Eleanor. Something about her doesn't seems right.

We'll probably just find her locked up in a room somewhere.

But... I can't shake off this weird gut feeling that she's gonna die in Episode 4.

  • She's a doctor. They die.

Doctors usually die in episode 3 (Katja and Carlos)

  • She's too nice, and most people aren't this nice in TWD. I don't trus her, I didn't like the way she left Kate alone in the car, or how she was flirting with Javi, or how she inmediately offered him and Clem (two people she barely knew, one of them being a murderer) to take them to the junkjard. I said it when the first picture of her came out as a joke, but I think she may be an antagonist.

  • Exactly how was Carlos developed? He had a daughter...and his medical knowledge seemed suspect at best. Now Kat...she was developed well.

  • I have a gut feeling that she can either die in episode 3 or episode 4 (Determinant).

  • seemed suspect at best.

  • Carlos:

    • Very protective of Sarah
    • Distrustful
    • Calm and collected even in tense situations
    • Logical thinker, rather than emotional
    • family oriented
    • firm when making decisions
Etc. just off the top of my head

    Eleanor:

    • "nice"
    • ...
  • Spoiler alert. She was a spy for the New Frontier.

And Conrad will die as he is determinate.

I think telltale gave up on developing characters at this point because there s little to no character development in New frontier up until now and we re already halfway thought the season. If you ask me telltale got lazy and split the supposed extremely big episode 1 which was 2 hours long just because they got lazy.

  • Considering the same thing happens no matter who you take to the junkyard, I've kind of let that slide since it's absolutely pointless.

While there's been something semi-fishy about her, I can't suspect that she would be NF. I figure she's been with Tripp, who would've seen the branding.

  • You think that's how the New Frontier captured Francine?

    Eleanor:

    • Was a emergency medical technician.

    • Compassionate; sympathetic.

    • Naive; trusting.

    • Peacemaker.

    • Was in a failed relationship with Tripp.

    • Considered Eli to be attractive.

    • Flirted with Javier on several occasions.

    • Potential rivalry with Kate.

    • Upset if you didn't accept her help during the night and also rode back with her to Prescott to help Kate.

    • Skeptical over Clementine.

    • Has a fucking sniper rifle.

    • Knows how to ride a horse.

She is as decent of a character as Carlos and Katjaa.

How do we know they had sex? I though she said they were together for a short period of time but she never said anything about sleeping with him.

When did she seem upset? It seems whether you took Tripp or her, she acts the same way when you talk to her. I would of imagined she's more upset she has to deal with Kate than if you went with her

  • I won't be surprised if she dies in Episode 3 because she is a doctor just like Carlos and Katjaa who both died in the third episodes.

  • Same.

Call it a gut feeling, but I don't trust her the slightest.

Eleanor said that they "sorta used to be a thing," that it lasted "for like five minutes," and that "it fizzled out fast." Perhaps I misinterpreted it, but I understood that they had been romantically interested on each other for a while, then had sex for some minutes, and that was the end of their romantic relationship. I'm aware the case might be another, though I settled with this since I haven't seen anyone else comment on their relationship.

  • Vernon and Jonas didn't die in the third episode!

However, neither of them were group members since the first episode.

  • Jonas can die and Vernon is just a one time character.

But not in the third episode.

Vernon is just a one time character.

    I acknowledged that above!

Yes he does. In Episode 3 What We Deserve.

That was my mistake. I couldn't recall that scene.

I feel like she's gonna turn out to be a complete snake!

  • Yeah, I guess anything could of happened while they were together, I just assumed she was being sarcastic when she said "five minutes" and meant the relationship itself didn't last long. For some reason in my mind. she doesn't seem like the kind of person who goes that fast in a relationship because she's so sweet. But then again she is pretty naive so..

  • Oh, that sounds about right! I will follow that interpretation instead and say that they were in a relationship for a little while.

Eleanor did go all-out flirting with Javi, though!

  • I don't trust her one bit.

She had absolutely no reason to help a stranger whatsoever other than we're "dashing" (depends on your choice). She can help you find your family, sure, but when she turns up "missing" after "looking for help," I completely lost trust in her. She just seems too fishy.

Also, I picked up on a little foreshadowing.

1.) Eleanor was driving the New Frontier's car.

2.) On the driver's side door, there's a New Frontier brand painted on. Eleanor is on this side.

  • Fuck, Coo! You're making me distrust her now!

  • She was driving the NF car because they killed the NF that attacked Prescott for it and it was the closet ride they could find.

  • My pleasure. :)
