If you kissed Kate (determinant) or even flirted with her, then there'll be larger issues with David. Speaking of which, David is gonna wanna be with his wife after so long (not in the sexual manner, mind you. But I wouldn't put it past him) and I doubt that Kate is ever gonna be with Javi.
