I think the only way in which a Clementine death would be acceptable would be in some kind of sacrifice. Any other death feels anti-climactic.
If you want to go full tragic masochism and were fine with dealing with death threats for the rest of your life, you could have her commit suicide. Even the thought of her death in that way breaks me.
Ok. You HAVE to kill her. Melissa doesnt want to voice Clem anymore, and no one can fill in. If you let Clem live, fans will be annoyed that she isnt making any appearances. You will be fired if you make her live.

To answer your question: I wouldn't kill her, she's just someone I wouldn't want to die and it would put a bad sentiment every time I see her in season 1 if I knew she was going to actually die in a later one.
Nope, I personally love Clementine, probably a bit too much. However, I find this question interesting as it is pretty hard.

Itd be hilarious if they overdone it completely. Like she gets cut in half and starts screaming while walkers feed on her and you zoom in on her bloody body.
After what happened with Kenny and Jane, I wouldn't be surprised if this actually happened.

Such loss would be great character development for her. It would symbolize the loss of her memories before the outbreak
Public execution game of thrones style for carelessly killing another fake bullet guy. Or other community member.
Or lost to a herd during a war of sorts between settlements. As gun fire and fighting would draw in walkers she'd want to help fight but could be distracted by the war to watch out for the incoming herd. It's too late for her to notice the second dangerous threat and thus gets torn apart.
She's kind of a tough and experienced survivor now. but not Daryl Dixon nor Michonne level tough and experienced.
Or just have bugs Bunny drop a ACME piano on to her saying "eh what's up D-cap."
I'd kill her off-screen like Christa and then cut to a zombified Kenny flippin the bird.
Bonus points for if she's teaching AJ to walk when it happens the same way Kenny was teaching Clem to drive.

I don't know, if they kill Clementine off they should end the series all together, but I'd prefer her to be surviving even on the last season. Just give Clem a break Telltale, she's been fighting the undead since 8 years old :^).

I was making fun of over the top Clem lovers and Gabe haters. As I've stated before, I adore Clemmie.
I'm one of those Gabe haters honestly, I just detest his personality and he hasn't shown us that he's worthy of being a main character, I was liking Mariana as she reminded me of Clementine, but Gabe, complete opposite of Clem essentially. Gabe along with his family (Javier excluded) doesn't act like they've been in this apocalypse for 5 years, I think they should've made us like them a bit more, but so far I haven't been inclined to support them, I'd much prefer supporting Clementine regardless knowing her from season 1.

The whole season will be about her and her story, she won't be caught in someone elses problem like season 2 or 3. I think she should die for someone honestly, maybe AJ? Or a lover down the line if telltale brings her into full adult hood. I think a lover would be cool, seeing how she never experienced it outside the apocalypse. It has to have a meaning though, like her whole life people have been dieing for her and risking their life to protect her ever since she was a kid. So she decides to do the one thing everyones been doing for her and she's tired of people dieng for her
Yes! That would be really cool actually and I definitely see her being really upset from losing it. I've also been thinking maybe she should get a "scar". Like maybe at the end of clems story she losses a leg or something but lives
I would let AJ become a New Frontier super soldier and then he'll grow up and have a final showdown with Clem and he kills her kinda in a kylo ren and Han Solo scene
For a second there, I thought you were about to make a Skyrim/ElderScrolls reference.
For me it would be similar to Lee like Clementine has to go through a big heard of walkers like Lee then she has the final show down with David kills him but gets shot in the stomach and says her final goodbye to Aj and the fans and then goes and be with Lee
People sent the devs of No Man's Sky death threats for it being delayed only a month longer. Doesn't surprise me.
