I hate when people blame a fictional characters death on the writers. Going by that logic no one should ever had died and it is all Telltale… more fault
On the other hand:
If Telltale made more hubs to let us talk to the people, this problem is solved. The people can die (someday) ... but the players also have more time with it and build a better relationship. Also a death would be more tragic when you have a better relationship to a person.
But currently Telltale is like:
New person > dead in the next scene almost without any talk.
Telltale: "COME ON, PLAYER! CRY! THIS IS A SAD SCENE! Someone die, you must cry."
That doesn't mean they couldn't be friends later on or even have a friendly rival type thing going on. Kenny and Lee could have started out friendly enough and then hate each other throughout the game.
Well it should have been Sarah. So much potential, good character development, an actual mental disorder providing an actual challenge for survival and somebody who's been through just as much as Clem. Hmmm... I wonder what happened to her, Telltale?

Maybe I'm mistaken but wasn't she making fun of Sarah and not Clem? She doesn't say anything rude towards Clem in particular besides asking Shel who she is.

Her hat kills everyone, it's just matter of a few episodes. Those strong-willed fight well and might survive to the season finale, but nothing can stop THE HAT.
No urban powers will save you, no godlike beards, no camouflage. Only AJ is blessed, as he is the chosen one and his divine name is Apple Juice.
...how is it not the fault of the writers who wrote the death of a character? They literally are the reason the characters exist, and anything that happens to said characters is their decision, lmfao

Have you all forgotten about the death curse?

I agree about jane, but I mean someone who is actually loyal to her and NOT pregnant or something xD And about Ava... well, i doubt that she is a nice person and so a possible friend of Clem. She already looks so suspiciously evil...

Sarah is not a good friend to have in a zombie apocalypse, admittedly, I saved her in the trailer, but as a favor towards the cabin crew.
Sarah also had not been through as much as Clem, its the polar opposite, Sarah was sheltered her whole life.
I would like for a game, where you play as Clem, but youre on your own on the road, but along the way you meet up with other groups, like Prescott, or New Frontier, and you have to decide whether to trust people or no, and then maybe pick up some people along the way, but I have always felt like Clem was the loner type, ever since season 2, she never really seemed to fit in with the cabin group, she was a proper survivor, most of the people in the cabin crew were wimps

I agree, and it's precisely why I felt nothing when Mariana was killed off since I only knew her for approximately ten-fifteen minutes in total.
I didn't even flinch, I just saw get shot down in cold blood and I then said to myself "well, that happened".
Even the burial scene in the next episode didn't have the impact it should have had for me.
Agreed
Until he dies too.

SHE'S EVIL JAVI DON'T TRUST HER RUN JAVI RUN
Her best friend is in her heart.
And mind.
Not in the screen
Stop it, you should be thinking of Clementine not Javi
Should have been Becca from 400 days.
I think you forgot that Becca made fun of her in Season 2. What a bitch.

God damn it I love that dancing pumpkin man.
This is quite comical since we know this will end the same way.
She might think she was like her

I would like a hardcore badass girl character for Clementime as best friend
That's sexist.
Maaan what's up with the gif it's fucking creepy as hell.
I LOVE IT
Well jane was along that line although not in her age range and we saw what happened there. Perhaps Ava could be that bad ass friend until she dies.
/s pls dnt get mad

We are talking in context of the story in the context of the story Badger killed Mari so stfu trying to be smart
I don't know but MM sang that and she was an icon.
We're her best friend. Like how Ernest used to talk to the TV and say Verne. We're Verne.

Let's be a little nicer than that, please. Thanks!
Ok sorry
