Episode 3 is now out on Steam, if the auto update doesn't start restart Steam and it should trigger the update.

Where exactly do you go in steam to download it? Sorry this is my first game playing on PC with realtime episode releases.
Today is march 28, but why I still can't download the eps 3. It still says " coming soon"????????? Is there anyone who have played the game?
It downloads from within the Steam app, make sure no games are running as it could block the update.

Try completely exiting (right click and click exit in the task bar) and the relaunching Steam to see if that works.
