Kenny's death in season 3 is so laughable I don't even consider it canon. That and lukes journey to become a mermaid are the most insulting.
Nothing else made me cry.
My first big one was Carley. It wasnt sadness, but pure shock and anger. I still feel that way. In my opinion, her death was the worst scene of the entire series, and not in a good way. Duck and Katjaa hit me pretty hard. Lee had me bawling for days. In Season 2, I found the death of Pete really sad. He was a great guy.
Lee is pretty much the standard answer I think. Jane's hit me hard, but that might be because of how insulting the whole flashback ordeal was. Same goes for Kenny, really.
Katjaa and Duck's were pretty brutal to deal with, and I was pretty choked up for Luke and Ben's, too.
Geez. No wonder they call this game Depression Simulator...
Luke was definitely the most emotional for me. I just knew with the way Telltale had been carrying S2 that his death was inevitable, but I didn't want to believe it.
I would say Omid, but his death left me more shocked than anything. Spent the rest of ATR trying to fathom how he just came and went like that.

No other death in the game has made me as upset as Lee's death. Even now I get upset when I think about it.
