  • When Waller first makes an appearnce in the gallery, where you can hear her say 'Get Fernandez on it.'

Fernandez is later found dead in Riddler's hideout. I know it's pretty obvious, but I like that it was still pretty subtle.

  • Damn it, you beat me to it.

S2 E1: When you are in the batcave, and walk up to the batmobile, and Bruce will click a button that makes the engine sound. You can do this

  • Holy shit. This must be the greatest detail of Season 1.

In episode 1 when Bruce's guest are leaving you can spot Oswald taking a peek inside the room Bruce and Falcone are in. Sheds further more light on some of the dialogue in the park. EDIT: Found a gif of it on tumblr as well

    1. If you are being quiet when Tiffany says 'You look...' she is going to say 'You look out of it.'
    2. You can actually leave the Riddler file on the desk, then Avesta will look at the file with narrowed eyes, but not commenting anything about it.

I'm going to update this if I find anything more cool! Also, I ain't going to spam this thread up that way.

    EDIT:

    1. (If you choose to go to Eli) I don't knownif this works if you chose to hang Falcone out of the building, but if you impale him, Waller will be impressed-ish that you could do that, and she doesn't doubt that you could do the same to Eli.

From a playthrough I saw, I believe for Falcone if you hung him, she says dangling a sixty year old man off a high rise was effective, but then says that "you could have gone further" in a kind of deeper tone.

This may be a bit of a stretch but there's a slight chance that the woman from the casino is actually Harley due to the fact that she appears for all but 5 seconds in the episode (kinda random) and at a time when the Riddler makes his reappearance. She could've been watching him for the Joker.

Also worth mentioning is that Riddler's cane is added to the trophies along with the Oswald/Harvey/Vicki/Selina stuff after you beat the first episode.

  • They'll probably add that option next episode. I imagine anyway.

  • A: What Metallica said. Where'd you hear that?
B: I don't think I want a villain in one season have the same voice as the one from a previous season. Sure she can change her voice, but it'd be weird knowing that she's playing another prominent-ish villain.

There's actually a bit of substance to this theory.

Firstly, let's keep in mind that this woman—who Bruce doesn't know—heads to him and attempts to make conversation as soon as he is inside the room. This isn't indicative of anything just yet, but it raises some questions.

While Riddler interrupts Mori's roulette game, and all the guests are instinctively focusing on just that, Batman looks to the side and spots Eli entering the room.

Bruce looks at entering ally of Riddler.

This woman immediately steps between Bruce and Eli, as if she did not notice that a man in suit is threatening Mori with a scythe. She is specifically stretching out her neck so as to prevent Batman from taking a glance at whatever's happening.

Woman says, "Is—something wrong? You seem distracted.

She will further distract Bruce by asking him if he's okay, which is when the player gets these three dialogue options.

[Go away] [Come with me] [(Lie) Meet me outside]

By the end of the episode, Amanda Waller presents Batman with some of Harleen Quinzel's information.

    4

She says little about her, but particularly remarks that "she's very elusive" and that she knows to keep her head down, unlike Riddler.

    5

And here you can see the two's faces side by side. Harleen is missing eyebrows because I crappily removed her glasses for a better facial structure comparison. Her nose, mouth, skin tone and neck marks all look the same.

    • You don't need to take John's card when he shows it to you. If you wait 10-15 seconds, he simply balls it up and gets frustrated that he must have gotten it wrong.
    • When choosing a song to put on in the Batcave, if you stay silent Alfred recommends you put on Classical music, as it's a favourite of his. Bruce then proceeds to put in on the record player.
    • Despite not promising a favor, and not going for the phone in the previous season.. John mentions this but says: "You'd still be in there if it wasn't for me. Technically, you do owe me one."
    • You don't need to push the "Shut Him Up" QTE when advancing towards Riddler in the end.

    • If you feel the need to have a change of colour, You can manually change your Bat Tech Colour in the Extras menu. (The options are still Blue/Red/Yellow/Purple.. there are no new additions, unfortunately)

  • Yeah, I also noticed the way she seems to cover up Bruce's view when Eli is there

    Not sure on these two.

(at first when the message came up I thought it meant at anytime you could just pause and go to the batcave, so you could awakrdly just go "brb Riddler gotta go to the Batcave my guy")

Huh. I stole the claw but only have the glasses.
Edit: no wait, I gave it back to her. Never mind.

Edit 2: Maybe the goggles are there if you chose Harvey instead of her? Doesn't she get hit if you don't defend her, and her goggles break?
And maybe the cat poster is there if you left on good terms with her?

  • I kinda doubt this because that whole scene felt more like it was to symbolize the "playboy" part of Batman, and seeing that The Pact doesnt know who Batman is yet, wouldnt make sense for her to be a distraction to Bruce.

Also she acted way to sane, so unless Telltale's version of Harley is going to be someone who is sane but just does bad things, Im gonna say its not Harley.

  • I like that third point you made.

So I guess that proves that owning and playing the first season not only improves your experience story-wise, but choice-wise too.
Helps tailor the game more to what you do. That choice wasn't featured in the choice generator, but importing a save changes that decision to match your file. It unlocked a "hidden path" I'd say, instead of randomizing it. Cool!

Looking at the scene with this theory in mind, I thought this could be Harley acting and looking poised to blend in with the people at the casino floor. The fact that Waller says she's elusive, as I see it, implies that she's constantly undercover in public.

and seeing that The Pact doesnt know who Batman is yet, wouldnt make sense for her to be a distraction to Bruce.

I must've totally missed this, but who is The Pact?

  • Episode 2 is called the Pact, which appears to be a group of villians, we can assume the Pact had Ridder and Harley, aswell as Bane (based on the ep 2 title card) and possibly Hugo Strange (again title card) and then another possibly Deadshot? Deadshot is more based on how Riddler was killed.

You can interact with the batmobile over and over again

The trophy shelf has various different items that will appear, depending on choices made in the first season

    • If you stole Selina's claw from her apartment, it will appear.

    • If you got a postcard from Selina, it shows up.

    • Not sure what specifically makes her goggles show up, but they can either be there or not.

    • If Harvey was burned, his facemask will show up. If you saved him, his coin will appear instead.

    • Oswald's mask will always show up, but the second item depends on whether or not you went after him in episode 4. Either his fancy monocle will appear, or the gauntlet from the episode 4 fight.

    • If you interacted with Vicki's doll down in the torture chamber, it will appear. Otherwise, her broken Lady Arkham mask will appear instead. Her broken staff will always be there.

    Another unrelated but neat detail

    • Wayne manor will appear either fully intact, or undergoing construction/renovation depending on if Harvey burned it in episode 4.
  • Sorry if this has been mentioned, but I thought it is cool that the villain's face is obscured in the Episode slide and gets revealed when you finish the episode.

  • Holy moly, I think you might be right! I found her a bit suspicious.

  • People can say what they want about Game of Thrones but that game didn't have that many bugs and none of them affect our choices.

Yeah... I wasn't so lucky, from episode 2 onwards, the game kept crashing on my PS3 and even now that I have it on my PS4, it still changed my choices around a bit, the only time it never seemed to have a problem was when I was connected to the internet but then again, it was the same trouble episodes (3 and onward).

My experience with Batman on PS4 has been allot better, although it did seem to have a bug considering certain choices and oh gosh, the alley scene where Bruce remembers his parents' murder was extremely buggy, gave me a dark screen and crashed the game, plus I saw weird shadows all over the screen, could barely see young Bruce's face.

Gosh this is unfortunate...I like this game but there are really a lot of bugs holding it back. People can say what they want about Game of

I feel sorry for bringing this up again but Iman is a persian name given to women of royal lineage.

I won't insult your intelligence by name dropping a certain woman well known in the Batman universe.
