The group sits quietly around the slowly shrinking campfire. Dark clouds start to bundle up above the mountains. It soon starts to snow and the group decides it's best to take shelter within the warmth of Melody's wooden cabin. She quietly closes the door and takes off her boots.
''It's been so long since I've seen a friendly group like yours'.'', She looks at Kenny while pointing at Clementine and Danielle, ''You even have kids.''
Melody grabs a bottle of water from one of the bags of food and takes a sip, before offering the bottle to Clementine. She gladly accepts it and shares some with Danielle.
''You folks must be very tired. I always get sleepy from long rides.'', Melody remarks, ''There's three bedrooms. One for me, and two for you all.''
Kenny looks at Melody with a surprised face. He picks up a bag with food and stores the content in one of the cabinets.
''Are you saying... We can stay here?'', Kenny says.
''For as long as you like. It's been very lonely around here lately, I could use some people around me for a change.
Clementine overhears the conversation. Happiness fills her mind once again. A place to stay, a place to call home. The thought alone makes her smile. She thinks about what her mother always used to say, Home is your own little heaven on earth. Her mother was quite a religious person. Clementine and her parents always used to go to church on Sundays. She liked the colorful windows and beautiful statues, so Clem didn't mind.
''Can we stay here forever?'', Clementine had turned to Melody and Kenny.
The two looked at each other, Kenny looked hopeful and Melody had a big smile on her face.
''Yes.'', Melody finally replied, ''You can stay here forever.''

Somebody tried to fix it temporarily with a blanket but it didn't last long. As Danielle prepares her sleeping bag next to her Clem feels a little uncomfortable with the hasty approach. She is older than me....
"Melody is very nice." whispers Dani after a while and Clementine responds: "Yes, she is...". When she almost falls asleep Danielle begins to sob

A second car - how great is that? The property is hidden in the forest which is good as it's hard to find - doesn't attract to many.. walkers, people, cannibals, bandits... or whatever.". says Pascucci, being about to unpack their luggage out of the trunk of the jeep. Kenny prevents him from doing so: "Wait a minute... I am still not sure. I mean.. Melody is a very nice and generous lady and Clementine wants to stay. But this place isn't safe...". Pascucci sighs "Oh Kenny... Not again... When is this going to stop...". "Wait a sec - I didn't say we should leave. But have you seen the condition? There's a campfire in the middle of the living room! Not to mention the many holes in the roof and the snow inside the building. And there is a chimney - which we can't use because it's filled with snow...". Jeremy crosses his arms, saying. "She is a lady who used to be all by herself the last couple of months. This isn't even her house, most likely. She claimed you were rapists, wasn't she. I cannot even imagine what must have happened to her before to say something like this. She found a safe shelter in this cabin and it helped her to keep the danger away from her. Don't blame her, please. She opened up to us and this is way better than Tavia's prison. So: I say let's just fix the damages and make this place our home...". Both Kenny and Pascucci look at him with their mouth open. After a few seconds Kenny finally speaks "Alright, boy... I agree. Just a question: Do you like her....?". Jeremy turns his eyes to the left, watching into the windows, seeing her talking to Gus and the kids. "Yes, I do. Who doesn't?".
"Are you japanese?" Dani asks Mel. "Me? No. No, I am not Asian. My mother is icelandic. I descend from the Inuit...." She starts to teacht he girls and they listen patiently. After a few sentences Gus takes over the word, proving his intelligence and knowledge about the culture. Clem smiles: I've missed these kinds of conversations very much.

You guys did a lot of stuff while I was gone (sorry family business), I MISSED DOING JEREMY'S BACK STORY . Ah well time to catch up and get back into this.
Kenny randomly losses his legs because a tree fell down, all because Clem made a swing? That's just... no.
And Kenny's reaction is just to quickly say "Fine cut it off before i die A..whole." What do you mean with that "A..whole" anyways? But his reaction never the less is just a "whatever" type of deal.
I liked everything until the tree fell down, good idea with the swing though.

Clem and Danielle ran past the swing and down the hill into a field with tall grass. "Dani, Lets go back It's probably nothing" Clem was about to nudge Danielle's shoulder before she grabbed her and pulled her down into the grass. "What are you doing?!" Clem exclaimed.
Danielle whispered "There's some people in the field, I think they're coming this way" Clem's eyes widened. She didn't want this, not now. Everything was beginning to feel good again. Before she good say anything she heard voices.
"I never said that!" A girl's voice called out. She sounded young, about Jeremy's age. "C'mon Ivy, you sooo did" That was a teenage boy. "Okay okay okay, I might of said she was rude but that it!"
"You called her a class A bitch, I remember!" They both giggled. Dani looked at Clem. They both were thinking the same thing, these people didn't sound dangerous but they knew they had to be careful. Suddenly a third voice appeared. "Will you two shut up, monsters could be roaming, and this house looks suspicious" It was a woman, but an old one, late 60s. Her voice was very horse and gravely. Clem could hear them getting closer.
"Yeah whatever, she deserved-" Before the girl could finish she screamed and fell over. Clem felt a body fall on her side. She rolled over and came face to face with a red head with freckled features. She stared in disbelief at Clem and Dani. She screamed. An old woman grabbed her and picked her up. "Shut it" She spat. Then she looked at Clem and Dani. Ivy and the boy examined them behind the old woman.
"And who might you two be?" She questioned.

Just my opinion: This story arc sounds interesting but doesn't really support our rule of character developement as we now have WAY too many of them. We barely know Jeremy, Gus, Melody and Danielle and now we gotta deal with 3 other persons, not too mention how full the house is.

The way you did the lines to switch scenes he means, layout is basically how the e.g site looks like.

I just read this and I liked it, though I don't get the last part. Clementine mentions she heard something the night they arrived at the cabin. I remember Dan was sobbing, and Dan cuts Clem off before she can say it out loud. Though, in the next sentences it sounds like it was another noise Clem was talking about. Anyway, I wonder Clementine mentions it a few weeks later. Might I ask what your intention was with this paragraph? What did you mean?
I notice someone keeps deleting comments in this thread. I am not sure yet, if it is a glitch due to the changes of this forum or a moderator. Just saying.... I am afraid our thread could be gone everyday :-S

quick question, Have you guys done anything with lee yet?
Clem and Danielle ran past the swing and down the hill into a field with tall grass. "Dani, Lets go back It's probably nothing" Clem was about to nudge Danielle's shoulder before she grabbed her and pulled her down into the grass. "What are you doing?!" Clem exclaimed.
Danielle whispered "There's some people in the field, I think they're coming this way" Clem's eyes widened. She didn't want this, not now. Everything was beginning to feel good again. Before she good say anything she heard voices.
"I never said that!" A girl's voice called out. She sounded young, about Jeremy's age. "C'mon Ivy, you sooo did" That was a teenage boy. "Okay okay okay, I might of said she was rude but that it!"
"You called her a class A bitch, I remember!" They both giggled. Dani looked at Clem. They both were thinking the same thing, these people didn't sound dangerous but they knew they had to be careful. Suddenly a third voice appeared. "Will you two shut up, monsters could be roaming, and this house looks suspicious" It was a woman, but an old one, late 60s. Her voice was very horse and gravely. Clem could hear them getting closer.
"Yeah whatever, she deserved-" Before the girl could finish she screamed and fell over. Clem felt a body fall on her side. She rolled over and came face to face with a red head with freckled features. She stared in disbelief at Clem and Dani. She screamed. An old woman grabbed her and picked her up. "Shut it" She spat. Then she looked at Clem and Dani. Ivy and the boy examined them behind the old woman.
"And who might you two be?" She questioned.

Yeah but I was asking if anyone had made a story arc for if you left lee behind.
As of now, we're going with Clem shooting Lee (no, not Lee shooting Clem x3) as that was what another person said way back, besides, shooting Lee is the majority choice.
My intentions were to show that Danielle is hiding something. Clementine was going to mention her sobbing the weeks before.
It was the same noise that they heard. We still don't know what it is. Sorry for the confusion

I know I risk my comment to get lost but I say it anyways:
Just my opinion: This story arc sounds interesting but doesn't really support our rule of character developement as we now have WAY too many of them. We barely know Jeremy, Gus, Melody and Danielle and now we gotta deal with 3 other persons, not too mention how full the house is.

Yeah, until the glitch is fixed, it's best if we put the story on a hold for a while just to be safe.
