Clementine walks back to the camper with a renewed sense of what she has to do: get Bryan out of that cell. He had looked so lost and frightened; all of his confidence had disappeared. The question is: how is she going to get Bryan out of there?
Should she try and convince John, Jack and Sarah that Bryan is sorry for his actions or does she need to devise a plan to break him out? Perhaps Jeremy, Kenny and Danielle can help, Clementine thinks as she stops by the door of the camper.
Inside the camper
“Do you think that Clementine is going to get over what Bryan has done?” Danielle asks Kenny.
“Clem’s confused at the moment. Heck, we all are. Did you think Bryan would do something like that?” Kenny ponders.
“I don’t think Clementine’s ready to deal with what it means when Bryan betrayed our group with his actions,” Danielle responds.
Outside the camper
Clementine’s heard enough. Just as she is about to go in and confront Danielle, Jeremy calls out to her, “Hey Clem, are you ok?”
“Where did you come from?” Clementine says, startled by Jeremy's sudden appearance.
“I had to cool off. John’s saying that we can’t leave, even if we wanted to,” Jeremy explains solemnly. “We need to talk this over as a group.”
"If you want to have a group discussion, then don't go in the camper, I overheard them talking . And I think they would rather stay then leave." Jeremy takes note of Clementine s words. "Well I already talked to Kenny, I think he'd rather stay then leave also." Clementine stares at Jeremy. "Well I guess it's just us then."
I like this, but remember that Kenny is most likely going to do whatever Clementine does, so really he's in the middle, although say Clementine wasn't there then you're right Kenny would probs stay.
"If you want to have a group discussion, then don't go in the camper, I overheard them talking . And I think they would rather stay then leave… more." Jeremy takes note of Clementine s words. "Well I already talked to Kenny, I think he'd rather stay then leave also." Clementine stares at Jeremy. "Well I guess it's just us then."
"I can probably get Kenny to agree to come with us, he wouldn't want to leave me. Dani tough..." Clem said.
"Hey we can worry about it later, first we should come up with a plan to get Bryan out of there." Jeremy reassured her. Pushing the rough topic off to another time.
"Whatever we do, as soon as it happens these people will be after us, we'll need to be ready, and we can't wait to long or who knows what they'll do to Brian." Clem stated.
"You're really smart Clem." Jeremy told her, a small smile crept up Clem's face.
They parted ways after that, agreeing to meet, and plan later. In the mean time Clem went to the small room she had been given by the seemingly nice group when they had first arrived. It wasn't much, just a bed and a small desk, but it was something. The door had a lock and there were no windows. Only one way out. She decided to check out all the rooms everyone had been given. All of them were small, had one door and no windows. She wondered if this was some sort of plan.
A few hours later it was dinner time. Clem slowly nibbled at her food. It was more then she had ever had at once before since this whole mess started but she didn't feel very hungry. She did eat a bit of her apple before giving up on the idea. She recalled Brian talking about the poor food he received locked in his little cell. She figured he might like some of her's, at least it would be hot...
Clementine makes her way to Bryan's cell. "I hope he likes meatloaf.." Mutters Clementine. She approaches his cell, to find a nearly unconscious Bryan. "Bryan?! What happened to you?" Clementine asked with a scared tone in her voice. "Clem Cough Cough Cough Clementine. Cough these are bad.. Cough bad people. They beat me up, and.-" Bryan coughs up blood. "Don't wait for me.... leave.. be safe..." Clementine begins a soft cry. "No Bryan... I'm not leaving you... me, and Jeremy, we're going to help you escape.. we'll do it tonight!" Clementine says while crying. Bryan looks up. And Clementine sees his black eye, and swollen lips. "I'm not sure if i'll make it that long..." Clementine looks at him. "Bryan, you will... i- i know you will! Be ready tonight.." Clementine says as she sets the plate of meatloaf next to his cell.
A knock comes from outside the door at the camper. "Hello- oh it's you again." Says Kenny, when an unfamiliar man walks into the camper. "Who's this?" Asks Danielle. " I thought you showed us everyone yesterday."... "Kenny now says. "He's new, that's what he told me at least" Danielle looks at the man, then back at Kenny. "What's he doing here?"... "I'll tell you, but you have to keep it a secret." Danielle nods, and Kenny continues. "He has managed to make an amazing tasting drink, even in the Apocalypse. It tastes just like Kool-aid. Except with less sugar. The man already has a pitches full of the red liquid. He begins to pour it into two cups. "You want some?" He asks Danielle. She accepts it, and her and Kenny both begin to drink. "This is good... REALLY GOOD!" Says Danielle. "Better than Kool-aid if you ask me." The man laughs and slowly leaves the camper.
Jack approaches the camper, right when the man leaves. "Hey Kenny who was that? I haven't seen him before, normally I address all the newbies." Kenny starts to act strange, and begins to laugh uncontrollably. "His name? Laugh his name is... Kirkmin, yeah that's his name. Jack looks over at Danielle. "is he okay?" Danielle has a blank look on her face, and for some reason cannot hear Jack. "What the hell is wrong with you guys?" Jack looks at the two similar cups beside the two. And sees a red liquid similar to the one the man was carrying. "Whoever the fuck that is,is he drugging you?"
Angry at the couple for not telling him about the strange man that had visited them with some weird substance, Jack storms out of the camper. As he makes his way to his dad's cabin, he turns down all the people asking him for help. There's no time to lose, these new people are proving to be nothing but trouble. When he finally reaches the biggest cabin, he opens the door. The fact that it's unlocked leaves Jack wondering, as his father has been paranoid ever since the new group came in, always locking his door.

He slowly moves into the poorly lit house, with his loud footsteps emitting a faint echo through the living room. ''Dad!'', Jack shouts. His calls are left unresponsive, so he decides to check John's office. He pushes the door open, not knowing what to expect. ''Dad, I just wanted...'' Jack starts breathing heavily. His dad lays quietly in his large office chair. Puddles of blood surround his seemingly lifeless body. A big meat cleaver has pierced his skull. Jack starts gagging. Tears flow from his eyes as he stumbles onto the floor, throwing up what little content was left. ''Dad...''

(Keep the music going.)
Another shiver runs down his aching spine. His hands are shaking and his feet are numb. Bryan won't survive long, not in here, not like this. He grasps for his bed, carefully pulling himself back on his feet. He starts to perform more body-warming exercises, but the pain is unbearable, piercing his feet with every step. How long has he been here now? The tiny gap in his wall has been his only shard of hope in a world of pain and suffering, but keeping count felt nearly impossible. What could have been a week feels like ages. An involuntary scream of pain leaves Bryan's mouth, worried that he might have alerted the guards, he curls up in his bed, acting to be asleep. Wait untill tonight. That's what Clementine had told him. It would be a miracle if he could survive for that long, but he knows he has to do it.

Bryan takes one last breath before succumbing to sleep.
Inside Jack and John’s house.
Jack looks over to his dead father and can’t believe it’s over. They had been through so much and this community was a testament to their survival instincts. Out of the corner of his eye Jack sees something move in the shadows near the office door.
“Don’t move, Jack,” a deep, menacing tone called out.
“Why did you… How did you know my name?” Jack manages through his sobbing.
“I know all about this community, Jack. We’ve been invited. I thought it only right that our entrance should be spectacular.” The figure moves into view after speaking and Jack can just about make out his face. He’s a middle-aged man but beyond that it’s too dark to see his face. He looks to be dressed in army gear.
Puzzled by what the man is saying, Jack asks, “Invited? I don’t understand.”
“No, you don’t understand. A member of your community felt the same way about a week ago and contacted us from the radio room. We were sweeping through the area looking for settlements and with a stroke of luck, the message made it through,” the man explained.
“Why did you kill my dad?”
“Leaders of any community we find are silenced and a new chain of command is installed. We’re here to help, Jack. Do you want to help your community?”
Jack’s heard enough. “You’ve killed my dad and now you want me to help you. What kind of sick fuck are you?”
“You’ll do as I say,” the man says as he raises the weapon he’d been holding by his side, “because if you don’t, I’ll kill every single member of this community and it will be all your fault.”
“What…what do I have to do?”
“You’ll announce over the speaker system that all members of the community are to congregate in the dinner hall. Tell them not to panic and that any members of the community that they see passed out should be ignored as there has been an outbreak of food poisoning.”
“What have you done to our people? Who told you we were here?”
The man opens the door and gestures for one of his men to bring someone in the room. Jack looks up and his heart breaks. Any resolve he had remaining vanishes.
“I’m so sorry, Jack” Sarah sniffles. “I was escaping the night you found me with Bryan. I had radioed for help and I couldn’t believe it when someone responded.” Sarah breaks down crying but continues between her sobs. “They said they had food, medical supplies and other people. I was desperate that night. It was all over for me so I told them where I was and they said they’d pick me up. Then the incident with Bryan happened. He knew about my past and I had to make sure he didn’t tell you what I had done to my sister. I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry for everything.”
Jack cannot believe what he is hearing. They’ve thrown an innocent man in jail. His girlfriend has destroyed the community his father worked so tirelessly to build. He had no choice and no fight left in him so when the man ordered him to the radio room, he complied.
At the fence near the group’s camper
Clementine wondered why Jeremy wasn’t here. He’d said to meet at the fence near Kenny and Danielle’s camper about two hours after dinner. She’d seen what a bad way Bryan was in and that's all she had thought about when in her small room. They had to act now, so where was Jeremy?
“Clem, sssssh, Clem,” Jeremy held his finger to his mouth before Clem could respond. “We have to be quiet,” he whispers. “This whole place is going to shit. Um, sorry ‘bout that Clem,” Clem shrugs, it’s not like she hasn’t heard a swear before, “but we need to get Bryan, Kenny and Danielle and get the hell out of here. I‘ve seen Mary and James passed out on my way here. Something’s going on.”
“Have you got the guns.”
“Yes, here you go. The keys for the prison cell are in Jack and John’s house. We should go there first.”
Clem takes a final deep breath before following Jeremy as he sneaks by the fence towards the main part of the community. She has a feeling a lot is going to have changed by the time this night is over and she’s not going to like it.
Further to the discussion on the other thread, we could try and do a summary in the next few days or week. The last summary was on page 26 so we have about 20 pages to do. If anyone wants to do part of the summary, comment here and we'll split the summary between us. That way the quality should be better, it remains fun and no-one has a very large summary to do. Let me know your thoughts below.

OK, change of plan: I'll better backup the story so far, maybe you could split pages 26-49 among us. Episode 5 starts on page 41, so episode 4 is 15 pages long, most of the comments are arguments and discussions, though.

Sounds good. We can wait until everyone that wants to help with the summary has commented and then we can split the pages between us. I think with even just three of us it should be manageable. If we have a good summary, it should encourage people to join and hopefully read the back story.
Some of the characters all of you have created are a joy to write with and I hope we can work together to make episode 5 go out with a bang.

Tavia lies to Clementine and Danielle that she had been a prisoner and had managed to escape.
Clementine doesn’t buy the lie but they have little choice but to follow Tavia as she claims to know the area.
At the car
Jeremy and Dave are reunited. Gus wants to leave the area but Pascucci tries to explain the girls are missing.
Kenny panics and shouts at Jeremy, demanding to know where Clementine and Danielle are.
Pascucci attempts to calm the situation and reasons that the girls are most probably in the woods.
Dave is tired and cold so he doesn’t want to go in the woods. This enrages Kenny who is struggling to come to terms with the recent loss of Charlie and is worried about Clementine and Danielle.
Kenny punches Dave in the jaw before Pascucci restrains him.
Pascucci takes leadership of the situation and says he and Dave will search for the girls in the woods and that Kenny, Jeremy and Gus should stay with the car and Jeremy and Gus should find clothes.
Kenny stands guard outside the car while Jeremy and Gus struggle for warmth in the car.
In the forest
Clementine is now very suspicious of Tavia since she seems to know the area so well.
Pascucci and Dave attempt to save Tavia and the girls from a group of walkers.
Dave recognises Tavia and attacks her. Tavia shoots Dave in the head as Jeremy, Clementine and Danielle look on in shock and confusion.
Clementine shoots at Tavia but misses. Tavia escapes and warns them she will deal with them if they meet again. She can be heard speaking to a man from her community as she escapes.
Pascucci carries Danielle away and asks Clementine to run ahead and warn the others.
At the car
Kenny hears a shot but feels the others are fine. He and Gus go to get Gus’ trailer so that they can all escape when the others return.
Jeremy is left in the area so the others can meet up with them and he searches for clothes.
Clem returns and explains that they have to leave immediately. Pascucci and Danielle return as Kenny and Gus return with the trailer. Jeremy wants to know where Dave is.
Pascucci, Danielle and Clementine indicate that Dave is dead. Jeremy collapses. Gus, Pascucci and Kenny attach the trailer and they leave the area.
Clementine reflects on all the people she has lost along the way and falls asleep in the trailer.
In the car
Jeremy is upset at losing Dave and regrets Pascucci and the girls not killing Tavia. Pascucci and Kenny shout at him and remind Jeremy that they lost Charlie and Jeremy apologises.
A crash interrupts them; the trailer has come loose.
Pascucci takes lead of the situation as Kenny points out they are not alone – there is a flickering light in the woods and tyre tracks in the snow.
Gus and Pascucci encounter a woman in the woods, she doesn’t believe they are good people.
Clementine enters the scene and the woman is happy to see a child has survived. She invites the group to eat with her at the campfire.
At the campfire
Melody introduces herself to the group; she was an elementary school teacher and reveals she has lost people dear to her.
The group reflects on the people they have lost.
Clementine tells the group her story and reflects on the beginning of the outbreak with her babysitter Sandra.
Kenny explains to Melody how he, Pascucci and Clementine came to be there, losing Charlie as they saved the others.
Gus tells his story: he was a straight A student and Mummy’s boy. He lost his parents. A man named Aaron helped him before they were captured by Tavia’s group.
Jeremy tells his story: he and Dave had been together from the start. Dave’s mother was infected and Dave’s brother was killed by her. They went for help but the hospital had been overrun. They decided to head north before Tavia got them.
In the wooden cabin
Melody invites the group to stay, saying they can stay as long as they like. There are three bedrooms. Clementine is happy for the first time in a long time.
Clementine and Danielle share a bedroom. They wake up in the morning to the smell of Melody making breakfast.
Gus and Melody discuss a book as Clementine and Danielle eat breakfast.
Outside the cabin
Kenny, Pascucci and Jeremy examine the cabin and surroundings. They are delighted they have a shed, a small river nearby, a repair workshop with tools and a second car.
Pascucci is happy the place is hidden away in the forest. Kenny is unconvinced due to damage in the property. Jeremy says Kenny is wrong and they should stay. He says that he has a crush on Melody.
A few weeks passes
Life is about as good as it can be in the circumstances. Melody and Gus are teaching Clementine and Danielle. Pascucci and Jeremy have been making repairs to the cabin.
Clementine had been making a swing and shows it to Danielle as she has finished it. The girls hear something and go to investigate.
A teenage boy, red-haired woman and a woman in her 60s find the girls. The girls lie and say they are alone. The group of three are then killed by a mysterious figure. Clem finds a green piece of fabric from the mysterious stranger as Danielle runs away.
At the cabin
Danielle is in a panic but manages to tell Pascucci and Kenny what happened. Jeremy goes with Pascucci and Kenny to find Clementine.
They come upon the scene but can’t find Clementine until Pascucci spots her by the creek.
I failed to get to page 34 but I worked hard and there was a lot of material. The stranger, who wanted to catch a rabbit comes across Clem and Danielle. He witnesses them being threatened by three persons from his hidden point in the treetops.
He helps the girls by killing the three attackers with his bow and arrows.
Danielle flees but Clementine looks straight at him, which impresses him. He flees and accidently looses a piece of cloth.
In the cabin
Kenny notices Clem holding a piece of green cloth, though he refrains from asking her about it
Then he accidently stumbles, revealing a hidden stash under a plank, filled with comic books and a diary
Another day, in the cabin
Melody's provisions are nearly gone and Kenny and Pascucci wanna go hunting. They want Gus to join them but he looks for excuses, saying he's the intellectual type rather than a hunter, but he's being forced by them and the three leave the cabin.
Danielle reads a comic and Jeremy reads a book at the table, where Clem's hair gets cut by Melody. Clementine tells Melody it's best to cut her hair, too, like Lee taught her and Melody approves.
While Clem cuts Melody's hair she tells her about Lee and what a great caretaker he was – Melody is very moved by her words.
When Clem joins Danielle reading comics Melody confronts Jeremy with his weird behaviour towards her. She asks why he keeps ignoring her and claims that he hates her.
Jeremy finally confesses his love to her. Melody then walks out to the river, to think about it.
He wants to follow her, though Clem prevents him from doing so. Instead she joins Melody at the river, who surprisingly tells Clem that she and Gus have been a couple all the time.
When Melody goes back into the cabin Clem stays outside as she noticed something's doesn't feel right. After a while she gets back inside.
Stranger
The stranger, who had been spying on the group is fascinated by Clementine and her smartness, that she seems to always almost catch him. He struggles with himself whether to talk to her or not.
Hunting trip
Kenny, Pascucci and Gus are in the woods, seperated. Kenny shoots down a deer when a strange bandit approaches.
The attacker demands the deer and Kenny agrees, though the bandit breaks his promise and shoots Kenny.
Pascucci and Gus hear the gunshots and come to help wounded Kenny.
At the cabin
Gus orders Melody to get the medical supplies. Kenny is in a rage as he's getting medical help by Jeremy, swearing that he's going to get that bandit.
Turns out, that the bullet hit his chest but missed every vital organ, even the lungs.
They finally managed to get rid of the bullet and Kenny got sutured.
Clem, worried that a group of bandits might come after them steps to the window, seeing the green-coated stranger putting down a deer in their front yard and disappearing in the woods.
Stranger
He observes Pascucci and Jeremy dragging the deer into the house as he is thinking about the necessity of killing the bandit that stole the deer from Clem's group. „The girls must be protected“.
In the cabin
The group enjoys deer meat for dinner and Kenny stumbles, though he assures Clem that he feels just fine.
Clem notices Melody and Gus look at each other deeply in love and Kenny confirms it to her.
Danielle reveals that she used to be a veggie. Clem eventually makes her eat the meat by saying „Just thank that deer“, and so she does.
A week later
All the books have been read, so Kenny started to carve a wooden box for Clementine.
Melody and Gus being in love annoys the entire group.
Out in the woods
Jeremy, Clem and Pascucci head to Jeremy's favorite place by the river for fishing.
On their walk Jeremy reminds Melody telling him that she was interested in him in the beginning, but he ignored her so she and Gus
welded together.
As they reach the place at the river Pascucci goes hunting for a deer while Jeremy and Clem stay there, casting for fishes.
Clem confesses Jeremy how annoyed she is by Melody's and Gus's behaviour.
Jeremy takes Melody under his wings and confesses that he's in love with her.
Later on Clem wants to be useful and Jeremy gives her the task to dig for worms.
While digging Clem notices a shadow and initially says: „Wait! I know you“.
Moments later the secret protector shows himself, handing Clem a basket full of medical supplies and he disappears unnoticeably.
Stranger
* He is relieved that the encounter went very well and he's relieved that Clem smiled at him.
Jeremy and Clem
A storm is coming and they return to the cabin with the fishes they've caught.
Stranger
The stormy rain and thunder overpowers him and he trips, wounding his leg
When he stumbles upon the clearance by the cabin he gets surrounded by wolves
At the cabin
Jeremy, Pascucci and Clem return just in time.
The group asks Clem about the medical supplies and she reveals the stranger gave it to her, the one who rescued them and brought back the deer.
Stranger
He succeeds in shooting them down, though one of them bit his leg pretty bad, so he has no choice but to seek shelter.
At the Cabin
Pascucci goes to bed while Danielle, Clem and Jeremy observe the lightning strike through the window.
Then they hear the gunshots. Clem and Jeremy discuss whether to go out for help or not – Clem finally convinces Jeremy.
Stranger
His gunshots attracted walkers and the group comes for help at the last moment, before he eventually passes.
At the cabin:
The stranger wakes up and punches Jeremy who was about to deal with the wounded leg.
The goup tells him they want to help and that he got bitten – he assures it was the work of wolves, not „ghosts“ (his name for the walkers)
Gus mistrusts him and wants him to leave, when Clem and Danielle convince them to return him the favor since he's been helping out.
The group eventually votes to help him.
2 hours later
Kenny is about to leave the cabin, leaving behind the carved box for Clem with a note next to it.
The hooded stranger catches him secretly sneaking out and he tries to convince him to stay, though Kenny wants to go after the bandits. The stranger eventually lets him go.
The next morning
Clem wakes up early while everyone else is still sleeping except of the stranger.
Clem notices he has lots of weapons, knifes, guns and a bow on him.
They talk. She finds out he isn't very talkative and that he considers the group to be good people, especially Clem.
He finally reveals his name: it's Bryan. He used to be a night-time security guard in The Marsh House, Savannah, where he met his girlfriend. What happened to her isn't revealed at that time.
Clem wonders where Kenny is, when Bryan tells her he is gone and left a note for her. Kenny charged Bryan with being the caretaker for her while he's gone.
Kenny, in the woods
He's been walking through the muddy ground for hours, intending to go after the bandits.
He eventually stumbles upon a settlement nearby an open field, surrounded by large vehicles and guards on walls.
At the cabin
Pascucci is worried about Kenny's absence. „Don't come after me.“ are the words Kenny wrote in his note.
Gus doesn't care about Kenny but about his hunger.
Pascucci and Gus have a serious argument about Gus being needless to the group, „not being a real man“.
Melody intervenes and Gus spits bad words at her. The situation gets out of control when he eventually leaves the cabin.
Melody wants to go after him but Pascucci holds her back.
She and Jeremy leave the cabin to get fresh air and to catch fishes.
Danielle tells Clem that Bryan scares her. Clem assures her that he's a good guy.
Kenny
He wakes up in a hallway with an aching leg.
An axed-wielding man who had caused it was shot in the head by Kenny's new friend Jack.
Turns out the bandits settlement is a group of good survivalist, just like Kenny's group.
When they found out about Kenny's group having children they warmed up to him.
The camp was stuck in a conflict between the groups of Jack's father and that of a hard-headed woman named Sarah.
The fact that Sarah was against letting him stay in their settlement and that she reminds him of Lilly are the reasons for Kenny to hate her.
Kenny's leg is bleeding.
Jack and him are escaping from a bunch of walkers, climbing out a window and reaching the car.
He passes and wakes up in the new settlement. Turns out his bleeding leg is not just a random injury – it's a walker bite.
At the river
Melody and Jeremy ave been talking and giggling a lot.
When they are about to leave Melody puts her hand on his, telling him that she has enjoyed the time with him and that she likes him.
The intimate moment gets interrupted by the river flooded with blood.
Jeremy reacts fast, ordering Melody to run home and alerting the others to stay in the cabin – he'll be right behind her.
While packing the bags he sees a walker body floating on the water. Then something bangs in Jeremy's head and he passes.
In the cabin
Melody arrives and takes notice of Gus being still gone, as well as Pascucci. Bryans tells her that he went after Kenny.
30 minutes later Melody is nervous as Jeremy's still missing and Bryan accompanies her finding him.
Before they leave Bryan tells Clem to take care of Danielle and the cabin, as he knows she's a good shot. Danielle's insulted.
Jeremy
He wakes up by the river with Gus standing above him with a giant branch in his hand.
Gus is furious as he thinks Jeremy was trying to pinch his girlfirend. He threatens to kill him and Jeremy can't trust his eyes.

Clementine, and Jeremy, make their way to Jack, and Johns house. "Shhh." Jeremy says. "I'll go in first, i'll signal to you when I know it's safe." Clementine nods, as Jeremy tugs on the door, expecting it to be locked, but it isn't. He opens it slowly, and enters the home. He then signals back to Clementine.
Clementine begins to walk faster then she should. "Slow down." Jeremy said. Jeremy catches up to her, and stops her, as she was approaching a office room. "There's a guy over there. He looks dead-" He stops whispering as he sees Jack, and a stranger coming their direction. "SHIT!" He whispers. He nudges Clementine to follow him, quickly. They find themselves in a closet. When they hear a message, over a loud speaker.
"Hello everybody, i don't want to alarm you, but we have been experiencing a food poisoning problem, so if you happen to see anybody passed out, or acting strange do not be alarmed. I repeat to not be alarmed. We are having a mandatory meeting at the dining hall. That is mandatory, if you do not attend the consequences are dire."
Clementine looks out the small crack of the closet to see Jack making the message through a microphone, with a man pointing a gun at him, telling Jack what to say. As Jack and Kirkmin leave the house, Clem, and Jeremy exit the closet, and walk into the office room.
They go into the office room to see a dead John with an ax in his head."What happened? How did John die?" Asks Clementine... Jeremy responds. "I may be wrong, but I think it has something to do with that guy forcing Jack to make that message." They try to ignore the body, and come across a set of keys. "Take em' all, could come in handy later." They each grab the 3 keys that are labeled Jail. And grab keys that label; Medical supply room, gun room, and storage room. They make their way out of Jack and Johns house and step outside.
They see nearly 15 people laying outside Jacks house. "Oh my god..." Whispers Clementine. They sneak around every corner and made their way to the community jail. They go inside and find Bryan sleeping. "Bryan, Bryan wake up." Whispers Clementine. She says it again. "Bryan wake up!" Her voice begins to get louder each time she says it. "Bryan wake up! Wake up! Wake up!" Jeremy interrupts. "Clem, i don't think he's going to-." His voice is now interrupted by groaning coming from Bryan's cell. "Gruhh... Cluu... tiee..." Jeremy looks at Bryan then back at Clementine. "I-I'm sorry..." He says. When all of a sudden. "Cl...Clem.. don't... don't.. don't.. eat the food.." Bryan barley mumbles. Clementine looks at him. "I-i won't." Bryan begins to speak more clearly. "The food you gave me.... you got lucky... you didn't eat much.. of it. It really does bad things... to you."
Clementine begins to cry. "This is all my fault. I shouldn't have given it to you." She is interrupted by Bryan. "Not your fault... come back for me... not know.. later..." His voice is trailed off, when the voice of guards interrupts him. "I saw them come in here!" Bryan looks up at Clementine. "Leave.. now!"

I'm back! Yup, after like, four pages? Anyways, now i'm back and i really feel like this Episode is at a much better state now than at the start of it.
Not sure if i should write, i think i might just wait for @That_1_Guy to write first.
Nice that we also got a newcomer finally, @Snufkin_P is one awesome writer.

Further to the discussion on the other thread, we could try and do a summary in the next few days or week. The last summary was on page 26 so … morewe have about 20 pages to do. If anyone wants to do part of the summary, comment here and we'll split the summary between us. That way the quality should be better, it remains fun and no-one has a very large summary to do. Let me know your thoughts below.
Clementine glances at the silver key laying in the palm of her hand. She tries to push it into the lock, but her small hands are shaking too much. In a moment of pure panic, she flinches, dropping the key on the concrete floor. ''They're coming.'', Jeremy whispers before pulling the little girl away from the door and behind a crate. He puts his hand on her mouth, in an effort to keep her silent. They both hold their breaths as the guards run past their hiding place. Clementine gasps for air when she is sure the three heavily armed men aren't coming back. She wiggles her way out of Jeremy's grasp and hurries over to Bryan's prison cell. As she hastily picks up the key Jeremy walks over, tightly gripping his hand around a pistol. ''Hurry up, Clem.'' When she finally manages to open the lock Jeremy pulls the heavy door open. Clementine rushes into the cell and kneels down next to her naked friend. ''Bryan... Are you there?'', her voice starts cracking. She carefully touches his starved-out body. His lips are cold. His body isn't moving.
Jeremy pushes her out of the way and rolls the skinny body on its back. His bones are visible, sticking out at places. ''Oh my god...'', she mutters. ''It's going to be alright, he's still got a heartbeat.'', Jeremy comforts her. He takes off his thick winter coat and carefully lays it on top of his passed-out friend. ''We need to carry him somewhere safe.'', Jeremy looks around him, ''We also have to find Ken and Dani. Who knows what happened to them...''

On an unrelated note, I found this image. It immediately reminded me of this thread, and the friends I have made on here.
Ever since I've started writing on this thread, I've been getting more and more interested in the practice of writing, drawing and generally, creating a story. I can proudly say that I have been here since page 1. I have seen so many people come and go, but in the end, we have formed an amazing group of even-minded creative individuals. I love this thread and everyone on it, and I wish it could carry on forever.
So, Thank you, for everyone's contributions, support, love and even arguments so far.
(Sorry for the sudden burst of melo-dramaticness but I just wanted to get this off my chest.)
Comments
Me too, the story is taking a very interesting and original turn.
(Listen to this from 00:26 :
)
''Dad...''
- Prison cell -
(Keep the music going.)
''For Clementine...''
I just refreshed the page as I wanted to write, you go first, I'll write later this day
I'll try not to take too long, : )
No please, take your time
Well, I did, but I actually don't have that much time ; )
Now I'm going to draw, hopefully one of the new characters.

I got time today and I can do episode 4, if you don't have a problem with it. I'll just go check how many pages, brb
I agree, sounds like a plan. Working on the backup right now.
Edit: Done with the backup. I can help you with the summary
Just read it and what can I say: In the beginning I was a bit worried that episode 5 might be a little tame but things are getting very tense now and I like it
I'm going to do a summary of pages 26-34 here and then would like if people commented on whether they are satisfied with it or not. If you are not, please add suggestions for how to improve it. I will post a new comment as soon as I am finished. I know I said I would wait but I want to start it now if that's ok with everybody.

EPISODE 4: ''Before the Storm'' (page 30-35)
Flashback (strangers point of view)
Stranger
Stranger
Stranger
At the Cabin
Pascucci goes to bed while Danielle, Clem and Jeremy observe the lightning strike through the window.
Then they hear the gunshots. Clem and Jeremy discuss whether to go out for help or not – Clem finally convinces Jeremy.
Stranger
"Leave.. now!"
Edit: Managed to get to page 35.
I'm sorry, something else came up, and now I've got a bad case of writer's block. Someone else should write.
Thanks asshole, i spit juice all over my keyboard because i lol'd too hard.
Someone go! I'm very anxious.
I can't, got some friends at my place and I'm still a bit exhausted from making backups/summaries
Alright, someone else should go
I've got a good idea now, so is it too much for me to ask everyone to wait till tomorrow when I have the time to write? I am off to bed in a few minutes...
I don't mind. Frankly said I have no idea how to continue
I'm back! Yup, after like, four pages? Anyways, now i'm back and i really feel like this Episode is at a much better state now than at the start of it.
Not sure if i should write, i think i might just wait for @That_1_Guy to write first.
Nice that we also got a newcomer finally, @Snufkin_P is one awesome writer
.
I was wondering where you'd been.
Welcome back!
We need some support over here. Anyone? Please?

There you go, I hope this'll get the story back on it's feet again.
