I got bored, this is probably late, but oh well, and I'm sorry if this has been done before. Feel free to confess your thoughts on the game and/or tv show, I'll start.

Video Game(s):

  • I prefer playing as Lee over Clementine.
  • Although I do hope she is the protag of S3, but I have my doubts.
  • I screamed when I found out Michonne was getting her own mini series, I really hope this is 10× better than 'Survival Instinct' (probably is going to be)
  • I cringe every time in ep1 where Clem has to stich her arm up.
  • I thought S1 was better than S2
  • I actually don't hate Bonnie, I don't even know why I just don't. Even though I wanted Vince to join Clem's group.
  • I actually didn't mind that whole Luke/Jane thing O̶n̶l̶y̶ ̶b̶e̶c̶a̶u̶s̶e̶ ̶I̶ ̶c̶a̶n̶ ̶m̶o̶d̶e̶l̶ ̶s̶w̶a̶p̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶m̶ ̶w̶i̶t̶h̶ ̶a̶n̶y̶ ̶t̶t̶ ̶c̶h̶a̶r̶a̶c̶t̶e̶r̶ ̶I̶ ̶l̶i̶k̶e̶ ̶(̶ ̶̶͡~̶ ̶̶͜ʖ̶ ̶̶͡°̶)̶

TV Show:

  • To me, I find the spin off boring, I can understand why it's slow but I just can't get into it.
  • The Carl Poppa video is the reason why I don't hate Carl.
  • Michonne is bae, no one can tell me otherwise.
  • If I see one more "Beth is alive" theory I will eat my own hand!
  • I don't care for Daryl... I'm going to get killed for this aren't I?
  • Noah's death was painful to watch... too painful.

    1. No Going Back is my least favorite episode in Season 2.
    2. I actually liked playing as Clementine
    3. Rebecca, Sarah, Pete, and Nick were my favorite cabin survivors
    4. I hated Carlos, and could care less about Luke
    5. I would've preferred if leaving with Mike and Bonnie was in option in NGB
    6. I was most excited for Amid The Ruins in the beginning of the season (that slide could've been ICONIC)
    7. I lowkey would've loved if we had the option to stick around with Carver
    8. I dislike the fact that Kenny returned
    9. I'm against any characters returning in later seasons
    10. I prefer season 2 Clem rather than season 1 Clem
    11. I would've liked if we had the option to play as Clem without her hat.
    12. I think Sam the dog should've stuck around longer, and become our little companion

    TV Show

    1. I don't actually hate anyone on the current TV show except for Deanna. She needs to die.
    2. I hate Daryl with a passion.
    3. Aaron and Eric are the cutest human beings I have ever seen.
    4. Merle was honestly the best character Next to Shane imho
    5. I loved Shane.
    6. I believe Judith is Shane's child, but I believe Rick is a better father.
    7. In my honest opinion, Fear The Walking Dead is LEAPS AND BOUNDS better than The original series.

    Video Games

    1. I feel like Jane is Clem's best bet at survival.
    2. I once did a Silent playthrough of TWD season 1. I felt like an awful person afterwards.
    3. I think Kenny sucks, Though I find his leadership skills great.
    4. My Lee had a personality very similar to Jane's.
    5. I hate Clementine as a character. She should remain a sidekick, and not an Ellie type character. Even though I hate TLOU, Ellie's the only one that can fit that bill.
    6. I want Season 3 to focus on Lilly, Jane, Christa and Clem. No one else.
    7. When Luke died, I felt like the universe was finally in balance.

    Game:

    1. I prefer playing as Clementine than as Lee. Both are great characters and PC's, but I just enjoyed Clementine more.
    2. I hate when people say S1 Clem and S2 Clem, Clem is Clem, end of discussion.
    3. No Going Back is my favorite episode from Season 2.
    4. In Harms Way is an underrated episode and gets a lot of unnecessary shit.
    5. Starved for Help, while a good episode, is a little overrated.
    6. Kenny vs. Jane was better than Kenny vs. Luke, and is the hardest choice I've ever had to make in a Telltale game.
    7. Season 2 is almost as good as Season 1 and I enjoy playing both games whenever I go back and play.
    8. Carver is one of my favorite villains from all of TWD series, 2nd only to Negan.
    9. I preferred S2 over TWAU, and would gladly take S3 of TWD over a S2 of TWAU.
    10. Nick Breckon is one of the best writers currently at Telltale and am glad that he is returning for Season 3.

    Show:

    1. Daryl is a good character, but overrated.
    2. Carol is my favorite character from the TV show, I'll be devastated if she dies.
    3. Rick looks better with the beard.
    4. The TV Governor was better than the comic Governor.
    5. Season 5 was the best season of the show.
    6. Carl sucks.
    7. Scott Gimple is a better showrunner than Glen Mazzerra.
    8. Andrea sucks. I hate what the show did to one of the comic's best characters.

    Comics:

    1. Negan is the best character in the comics and the best villain in TWD.
    2. I loved Carl during the war with Negan arc, but hate what he has become now.

    Now, I would definitely buy those. I'd love to read TWDG as a book with that idea in mind, or just a book in general. I like reading the novelized versions of things.

    That's dependent on opinion I suppose. Max shows more emotion facing school drama as an adult where Clementine is monotone and blank as a child facing a ZA it's a pretty rough comparison

    TWDG:

    1. I liked Season 1 better than 2.
    2. However I enjoyed Kenny's role more in Season 2.
    3. I wish we could get a playable Kenny.
    4. Kenny is my favorite character of all the TWD universe, followed by Clem, Lee and Daryl.
    5. I never cared for Christa at all, I always found her obnoxious.
    6. I wish we could've left AJ in Wellington and leave with Kenny, just the two of us.
    7. My favorite episodes are No Time Left from S1 and In Harm's Way from S2.
    8. I love TWD much more than TWAU (many many people seem to like TWAU more)
    9. I think Kenny is as great as a father figure and guardian for Clem as Lee was (please, it's just my opinion, respect it)
    10. This game series has been the best one I played in my entire gaming life alongside The Last of Us, Kingdom Hearts and Resident Evil.

    TWD Show:

    1. I hate Sasha so much, more than Gabriel or even Nicholas.
    2. Carol is probably the character which evolution I liked the most. Totally awesome.
    3. I'm really looking forward to the No Way Out story arc and Something to Fear arc.
    4. My favorite episode to date is Too Far Gone, but might change it to "the one" episode from the No Way Out arc.
    5. My favorite characters are Daryl, Rick, Michonne, Carol, Abraham, Aaron, and pretty soon probably Paul "Jesus" Monroe.
    6. I love Alexandria, I just hate it's inhabitants.
    7. I don't like that Enid girl for Carl, too weird.
    8. The spin-off started great, and has gone downhill since then. I loved the first two episodes, the third I feel indifferent and totally hated the fourth. The fifth was okay. Looking forward to the Season finale though.
    9. My favorite characters from the spin-off are Nick, Tobias and Daniel.
    10. Alicia is obnoxious, Chris looks angry all the time and seems a bit of a douche, Madison and Travis need to wake up.

    1. I Liked clementine in season 2

    2. Thought long road ahead dragged on for too long

    3. i wasn't going too buy episode two of season one way back in 2012 but there was nothing else out and that one got me hooked

    4. I Think that clementine should have some sort of flaws in season 3. maybe she starts to get really stressed or something like that. she seemed abit too perfect in S2 even tho i did like her as i've said

    5. i genuinely thought clem died when she got shot

    6. is crying at the end of season 1 even a confession? i think we all did

    7. Season 2 best episode for me is All that remains OR No Going back

    8. Season 1 Best episode is Starved for help Or No time left

    What is it realistic? She acts like that because swimming is hard. How do you expect a girl of 11 whose parents have died, including Lee, behave? She is mature for her age and very smart girl, she was brought up well. It is no longer realistic, the adults in the game, sent the little girl to carry out dangerous tasks. Clementine realistic in my opinion. A smart girl, good, practical, brave ... and look like an emotion (because of what happened to her before, when she was only 8 years old! Her parents were killed)

    Great thread.
    Game:

    • Christa is the best 'secondary' character without a doubt. My hopes are she is the protagonist of Season 3.
    • Screw Jane.
    • I hope AJ reminds Clementine of Lee as he grows. She now looks over him, as he looked over her.

    TV Show:

    • My top two favourite episodes are 'The Grove' and 'Self Help', neither feature Rick or Daryl.
    • Season 5 is the best Season so far, not because it's the latest. I found it very atmospheric and loved the character development.
    • People who signed the 'Bring Beth Back' petition are retarded (childish insult but completely necessary).
    • I liked Dawn and can somewhat agree with her motivations (I did not see her as an antagonist at all), although I did like Beth also and was sad to see her go.
    • Lori and Andrea were excellent characters and the hate people have for them confuses me.
    • The soundtrack (both official and features) is underrated.

She shouldn't be like that, and the fact that she just acts full badass 100% of is not because her life has been changed, No, that's bullshit. Sarita, Carlos and Nick were realistic characters. They acted as if they KNEW what was going on, but they were still scared, uneducated, and not hardened. And those are fucking adults. Clementine is not hardened. She's poorly written, and an awful character. Stop being such a Clementine Fangirl/Fanboy, and realize that it's just my opinion, and my opinion is that even though I hate Clementine's character, I still care for her.

    Well, I don't really watch the show a lot so I'm just going to leave my confessions about the game. Anyways:

    • I liked S1 more than S2.
    • I'm glad that Kenny has returned.
    • I hate Jane cause she made Kenny mad on purpose and because she left AJ into a car.
    • Episode 5 of TWD:S2 is my favorite episode in the entire season.
    • I wish Kenny could let Arvo to drown in the frozen lake when they were heading to the house.
    • Kenny, Clem and Lee are my favorite characters.
    • For me, Luke's death was the lamest death in the entire game.
    • I like Duck. Although he was kinda annoying but he's just a kid.

    This is a confession thread, people are allowed to be open about their opinions

    I don't see what's the harm they are doing by talking about their opinion. If they don't like Clementine, they do not like her.

    The only harm this is doing is to my feed with the arguments.

    TV Series:

    -I really enjoyed Season 1 and Season 4.

    -Despite how much I enjoyed the episode with Rick's group being let into Alexandria and trying to adapt, the sinister 'then we'll just take it for ourselves' at the end was a buzzkill for me.

    -I think Rick, Carl and Michonne make a sweet family.

    -I wish more episodes were like the one [I forgot the name] where the group is on the road, and stayed in a barn and had to hold the door closed from the dead in a storm, I liked the pacing of the episode and how it took a different beat.

    -Daryl and Beth burning down that shack/house thing and giving it the middle finger is one of my favorite feel good moments.

    -I got sick of the group constantly finding ways to go out of Alexandria just to kill zombies, because hey, gotta have zombies every episode.

    -I really wanted the Governor to turn over a new leaf when he was with that family.

    -The cliche love interests for Rick and Carl in Season 5, I cannot stand.

    -Glenn wearing Luke styled clothing like in Season 5 was one of the most beautiful outfits I have ever seen in the series. Glenn's attractive factor went up by 30%

    -I think even for The Walking Dead standards, some of the deaths in Season 5 are really stupid.

    -Abraham porking his girlfriend in the library gave me cataracts.

    Game:

    [Season 1]

    -I really like Season 1.

    -I wish that woman who killed herself in the first episode hadn't been bitten, and could've been part of the main Season 1 cast.

    -I swear Kenny looks like Captain Hook with that mustache.

    -I hate the train puzzle.

    -After all this time, I still don't know where that last battery is for the radio.

    -I wished the St Johns hadn't looked so menacing. I knew they were bad within 3 seconds of them stepping onto the scene.

    -The ending made me feel sad for weeks, the good kinda sad.

    -I wish Lee could've made it out of Savannah and died somewhere peaceful.
