I dunno, IGN is a reliable source for Telltale news and they sometimes get exclusive news from Telltale. I mean, I certainly agree it's weird that they got news before anyone else, but it's not impossible.
Yeah, I was kind of surprised it was from IGN, but knowing they probably wouldn't just make stuff up, and this is really the only possible date for the episode to come out, I think we could take it.

I am so happy and sad it is getting dea later. The sad part is that s3 is not coming out until it is over, and the happy thing is that we do not have to watch this crap fest of a game come out
That LOOKS like it's a legit timeline, but we both know they're are still big holes in telltales version of that year that transpired.
It's just a way to create drama where there was none. A way to add characters that don't exist. A way to create a conflict that was never there (the external conflict, not the internal one).
This mini-series takes place before Siddiq goes up the coast and finds Alexandria, and establishes communication/trade between the communiti… morees and Oceanside. Ergo, it's before Rick and the rest ever meet Pete in the first place.
So going off the general timeline, the miniseries takes place not too long after the conclusion of AOW, but before trade is established between Oceanside. Given Michonne's appearance, the boat they're on, and the conversations Pete has with Rick, Michonne returns to Alexandria after the events of the miniseries. There's still a chunk of time between the end of the miniseries, and issue 139. I'm going to assume Pete's crew in 139 is a different crew than the one we see in the miniseries. Furthermore, I'm all but certain their boat isn't the same, either. Although this one can easily be a (understandable) retcon. Nothing seems to suggest Michonne's the captain in issue 139, but I suppose there's the possibly that she… [view original content]
What?? I expected to see Michonne & co escaping from Monroe or even beat them... but this? Norma, Randall, Jonas, Zach (determinant) and the other people of the community will just die/lose their home? I wonder what will happen, but as we saw in episode 2 preview, it won't be very important, they'll just move forward.
PD: Monroe gives Michonne a shelter, and they end up losing their home
And the Episode 2 is named "Give No Shelter" xDDDDDDD
Other websites are confirming this too, and even have new/unique key art. This is weird, but I guess March 29th is confirmed.
Man, I'm loving the return of monthly releases!
Telltale just updated the blog to say that episode 2 will release March 29th on all platforms.
Today we can announce that ‘Give No Shelter,’ the second episode in ‘The Walking Dead: Michonne’ miniseries, will be available starting Tuesday, March 29th on ALL platforms!
We don’t want to spoil too much, but here’s a little primer for what’s to come. In this tense second chapter, a daring escape from the floating colony of Monroe sees Michonne, Pete, and Sam running for their lives. An all too brief reprieve is soon shattered; the leaders of Monroe don't forgive and don't forget. With memories of her daughters bleeding ever further into Michonne's blurred reality, her world is becoming increasingly fractured... just at the point when she'll need all of her skills to survive.
Once this nail-biting chapter unfolds, you won’t have to wait long to see how your story concludes. The third and final episode, 'What We Deserve', arrives in April.
The flames kind of remind me of the Battle of Alexandria in All-Out War Part 1. That was pretty brutal. It be kind of neat to have a vague reference to that.
TFW I make a comment saying I have a gut feeling that I don't think it will come out this month, go to sleep and come back the next day to see key art and release date like wot.
OMG, this is so BADASS. I think the second episode is gonna be the best one so far. Who doesn't like destructions in video games? First time happening in this game.
I just remembered - on top of Michonne on the 29th (and Minecraft all-but-confirmed for the 22nd through process of elimination), we also have the Batman Panel this Friday where Telltale gives info on the game. Man, the second half of March is gonna be awesome for Telltale fans.

I don't think Telltale has said anything about it releasing on that date. Article is probably click-bait.

29th of March? Man, I was hoping for an earlier release.
Weird, but I'm ok with it.
I'm also seeing like five or six other reliable news sources confirm this. Yeah, it's really weird, but hey - early news, right?

Hmm, guess the game wasn't delayed after all.
This actually is a pretty good release schedule in my opinion.
I like these monthly releases.
Looks like the Boat Community is going to be burned. A bit of a bummer, it was a really interesting looking place in my opinion.
Also Kenny would be so sad.
Holy shit!!!
Well, that was fast. Well, I am hyped. I'm so hyped I could hug y'all and squeeze you in my arms.

I'm sorry.

SOON
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
Then one can imagine epsiode 3 will be 29/30th of April!
Platofrms?
Hm? All of them on the same day.
MARCH 29TH! HYPE
Pretty awesome key art they got there.
Looks like the community has fallen apart not long after the heroes arrived.
Michonne must have got the same curse that Clementine has when she entered Carver's community in Season 2.
Finally a date! It felt like forever since the.... oh wait no it didn't. : )

Or any vague reference to Alexandria at this point. :P
Woo! I knew Telltale wouldn't bail on monthly releases for Michonne! Can't wait for Story Mode's finale next week and then Michonne!
I was pointing out how it used to be misspelled.
Ohh. Okay. Well I didn't see it.
Platofrms sounds way cooler.
So the last tuesday of every month pretty much. April 26th episode 3?

Michonnes face looks weird in that picture, like its pasted on

Way too awesome.
Definitely a lot of awesome stuff in the near future, can't wait to share it with you all! : )
You are a legend, mate.
My god, an actual Telltale staff member... O_o
