It's April 4th and I still can't find Episode 2 of the game to download. I contacted TellTale but they didn't answer. I am starting to get mad... It seems like TellTale does not want us to buy their products anymore.
Does anybody know how to solve the problem or should we say "Goodbye" to the money already spent?

I just got off the phone with PlayStation Support here in Australia with the most useless of staffers named "Joe"... He got me so fired up that I will be lodging formal complaints against him to SCEE, ACCC and DOFT.
According to him, they have no control over what goes in the store. I asked him why Episode 2 wasn't available for the PS3 (as it is on the PS4), he said "there's no listing or mention of an Episode 2 on the store". I told him, if I log into my account and search for "Michonne", it shows Episode 2 for the PS4 but not the PS3 to which he says "I guess that means the developer hasn't released the 2nd episode on the PS3 yet". When I pointed out the fact the PS3 and PS4 versions are the same price but PS3 version says it's only Episode 1 as opposed to a Bundle (as it's stated for the PS4 version), his response was "That's up to the developer", "The bundle obviously hasn't been released for the PS3", and when I asked "So, it's the same price for 1 episode as it is for all 3"? He said "Yes, as it's on a different platform, that's the correct prices". I then ask him to read the descriptions for both and he actually has the audacity to say "so what".
After 5 minutes of getting nowhere with this guy, I asked to speak to a manager or someone higher up, and his response was even ruder, "if I did that, the manager wouldn't even speak to you".
I have never been so infuriated by PlayStation Support before. They've been useless in the past, but this takes the cake!
I'm assuming it'll get fixed eventually despite what the rude tools they have working at PlayStation Support say.

I corresponded with one of Telltale's devs shortly after episode 1 came out and told them to look into this issue (which they promised they would), but the episode came out a few days later and nothing was ever changed on the PlayStation Store. PS4 Bundle version $22.95. PS3 Episode 1 $22.95... does that seem correct to you? Evidently it's correct according to PlayStation Support!
If the misleading description remains, i'll bet anything that we'll encounter the exact same issue if/when Episode 3 is released.
Whether it's Telltale's fault and/or SCEE's fault, it's not good enough. When we buy a "Season Pass", we expect access to each episode as soon as it's released, not have to wait a week or more to get it.
This one's for any Telltale reps reading this thread... give me one good reason why I should support future products and buy season passes if this is what we get?
I may as well wait for any future titles to be completely released and go on sale before I even consider purchasing them.

That's one shitty way to treat your customers. I can understand any delay, I would have been pissed, but I would have understood. But they actually don't give a shit. Even if you ignore the price issue, whilst the title for the PS3 product is "THE WALKING DEAD: MICHONNE - EPISODE 1" (as opposed to "The Walking Dead: Michonne - A Telltale Miniseries"), the PSN store description for the PS3 Michonne clearly states "Includes access to all three episodes." You can't explicitly state that the purchase grants access to all three episodes, and then later claim it doesn't.

I'm seriously frustrated. I still havent played episode 2 of Michonne as its still not available in the Australian PS Store!! Its in Itunes, but my saved game data wouldnt carry over and who the hell pays twice for the same game!! Is it just me who is having this issue?!

It was Ashley from Telltale that responded to my support ticket after the Episode 1 delay, and that was when I told them about the misleading description of the PS3 version on the store. Ashley said they would look into it. Evidently, it wasn't passed on/nothing was done about it, and now there's a delay with Episode 2.
It's up on the US PSN Store. It's always SCEE that screws up, but it would be nice for someone from Telltale to keep us updated, officially acknowledge there is a problem and act promptly to resolve it.
It doesn't look like we'll get Episode 2 this week

I have also updated the title and release dates and i will update them again when i get more information.
