I don't think he was all that close to Matthew and Walter, since he never mentions them again after Episode 2, and only remembers Walter when Carlos brings him up.
NO ... Kenny could kill someone if Clementine and AJ hurt from that one. For example: if Nick was hurting and killing Clementine, Kenny could kill him. But for Matthew? no way. He was nervous and swearing, but do not kill ... that Matthew was not important enough for him.
I agree with the rest of the posts here. Walter says that Kenny and Sarita had been staying with them for several weeks. Of course, weeks is still quite some time, but that doesn't mean anything about their relationship. Kenny was with Lilly and Larry for months at the Motor Inn, and they argued on a day-to-day basis nonetheless, so I wouldn't consider time as a factor on predicting how Kenny's and Matthew's relationship was. He did ask "Walt, where's Matthew," at some point, showing concern for him to some degree, but he is never seen reacting to Matthew not coming back—which should've been addressed to Sarita, too—so I'm simply taking it as a plot hole.
To the actual question of the thread, I believe the answer is a no.
The problem I believe is that he ignored it but when it comes to his character he would have some sort of reaction. Like if nick told them instead of trying to hide it, he would've at least got punched in the face.

I don't think Kenny would have killed Nick or anything like that. But I'm sure he'd be super pissed and demand him to leave, especially if he sees Nick's remorse and regret for his actions. I would consider that mercy in the lawless ZA.
I don't think he'd kill him but he'd certainly get angry at Nick and maybe attempt to punch him. Not much else beyond that though I doubt he'd trust Nick after that.
No, he'd just be standing behind Walter and Kenny calls Walter's name and so Walter turns back to see him. Kenny would make a smug face and Walter will decide whether to shoot Nick or spare him.

Nah Kenny wasn't "Too Far Gone" at that point. I don't think he would have killed Nick. It's not that he didn't care about Walt, i think he did care but the worst he probably would have done is shout at Nick/get angry.

it's hard to predict Kenny's actions.
On the contrary.

Ben didn't say anything mean. If you're considering standing up to Kenny for treating him like shit as being mean, then… uh… yeah… no. I personally wouldn't.

Woah... That's Ben!

I believe it's because Kenny hadn't stopped for a minute to think about how he was making Ben feel, i.e. worthless, which could've been how Kenny was feeling at the time. This parallel made him want to help Ben instead.
I agree, Ben had every right to say that to Kenny, but in Kenny's POV it was probably intrepreted as something mean.
It's funny that after Ben did all of that Kenny actually... kind of... forgave him?

He said "fuck you Lee" if you try to stop him telling Kenny the truth haha oh and he says "screw you man" if Lee tells Ben to shut up when he's trying to cut David free from the bear trap lol

No I don't think so because Walter was actually close to Matthew because they were in a relationship together. Kenny I don't think would really care as he did not know Nick really. But if Nick had done something to Clementine then you bet Kenny would do something regardless because he was close to Clementine and she was just a kid.

No.
I doubt it. Kenny had his issues but at that point and time he didn't just murder people.

Does a bear shit in the woods?
