I don't ship it and I really couldn't give a shit about a romantic subplot, but since I love Catwoman as well as having my favorite voice actress play as her, I'd no doubt end up romancing her (if the choice is there) if I ever get the chance to get this game on my hands. So yeah, I support Batcat.
