    VAT isn't that the three or four digits on the back of your card in the signing area

    I think VAT is either 3 numbers on the back of the card or at least for visa card it's the last 4 digits of credit card number

    Gabelstapler, try the support forum for your VAT question. Telltale is probably reading that more than this right now.

    Perhaps on purchase you forgot to choose "Austria" as country? VAT is the value added tax i think ...

    Same for me here (ARM1014). It seems that the individual episodes are added to our purchase history as they come out (pre-orders). Then it's probably possible to activate it with order number and pass.

    The best part is that Jake said to download the demo and then one can unlock (I am unsure how) the full game. Course the download demo button does not 'work' at present on the Sam & Max site...
