Is there a release date for chapter 3 yet? [yes :) ]

Hey guys,

Any idea when TMI3 is releasing?And dont you think the puzzles are getting easier

    According to IGN, it's the 9th of September! But that may or may not be true... They also said that episode 4 would be released on October the 14th! I hope this is true because this would mean "Lair of the Leviathan" is only 17 days away!

    I reckon that date is out of date. It must have changed when ch2 got delayed.

    Cue Jake come in here and assure us there is no date yet but he'll keep us posted.

    though can you edit out the "getting easier" part, we don't need this thread to devolve in that direction.

    wow, a sticky speculation thread on a release date?

    This isn't a syndicated animated TV show where there's two hundred under-paid animators working 24/7.

    Anytime they are ready to release a quality product is good enough response for me. When they're ready, they're ready.

    It should come out on the 18th... we can all play it and then spend the next day repeating the lines to everyone we meet.

    I think it's doable for the 18th but could end up with a smaller episode. I'd rather they wait until the 30th and give us an extra puzzle and a solid episode. Mostly because I want to replay it all the way through once it's all done and by then many people who buy the complete set won't care that episode three was done in a shorter time. They'll just notice a poorer product for episode 3.

    However - they should release either a treasure map or SOMETHING cool and piratey for the 18th (maybe a mini-video clip of one of his random adventures with some awesome piratey lines in it?) Preferably in 3D too... We know you got the models!

    One other small request - based on comments about character models - It would be nice to have one more generic pirate character model for this next episode. We got tall and skinny and short and squat. Maybe a medium-ish character? or a big brute sized character?

    seriously though, as long as there was no official release-date release on the blog and/or newsletter from telltale...well then there is none. the dates on ign are mostly assumptions, so you shouldn't rely on them to much.

    Just waiting to get my hands on TMI:3,God save me i am addicted to this game.Hope they make the puzzles even more challenging in the next episode.Any idea whether lucas arts / tell tale is coming out with MI:5

    IGN probably says 9th of September based on the fact that the episodes are released monthly, starting from the first which was released July 9th.

    Jeez, is it already nearly talk like a pirate day? I gotta finish episode two and get some god pirate lines! But, I have WAY too much homework.. Gotta wait until the weekend, I guess... Or the next time my mum leaves he house; my dad will let me play it!

    TLAP day is on a Saturday this year - I presume TTG doesn't release on weekends?

    I wonder if there will be a reference to it in Leviathan...

    Guessing will not bring the date any closer. ( I think no one really knows the date of the release apart from telltale and people they trust)

    Well, my birthday is the 28th of April... so, I guess they shouldn't release it on my birthday, hehe! I am so lookin' forward to Leviathan though! Maybe Coronado de Cava is... Murray! Nah, just kidding :).

    If you've subscribed to the Telltale Interloper, it says that they will be attending PAX(Penny Arcade eXpo) this year again. PAX is September 4th-6th, so hopefully we'll here something around then.

    That'd be a bit soon. Personally, I see September 30th being it's release with November and December releases for Episodes 4 and 5.

    Nah, I've seen nothing that suggest that TTG has to skip a month with TMI.

    Don't forget that all the extra time that went into chapter 2 because of the 2 week delay ALSO went into chapter 3 (because they are in development simultaneously.) So unless they're falling way behind, there's no need to delay again, chapter 3 has hopefully already had all the extra time it needs (if any)
