  • edited October 2009
Heaven (and Telltale) only knows. We can only hope it's not too late, or I'll have to wait till tomorrow.

Go to the upper right corner of your screen and click on that little joystick you see.
(Next to the shopping cart and the...uhm...gear?)

I have. And the Special edition of MI 1.
  • edited October 2009
    cool whats it like?
  • edited October 2009
lets get some 16 bit screenshots up in here
  • edited October 2009
Cool. Except for Guybrush's hair. I don't really dig those.
  • edited October 2009
Pretty cool. It looks and sounds much better then the original. Unfortunatly they deleted the stump joke and gave Guybrush horrible hair (though I have found a "hair patch" on the internet that improves it).

Game. Release. Now. I have only got an hour of internet left!
  • edited October 2009
Yeah, right. The stump joke. Thay could've put that in the SE, considering it's one of the most known jokes in all the franchise. Oh well, one can not have everything.

I understand your pain, son, believe me, I do.

I do, except for Escape (sold it).
  • edited October 2009
I don't usually sell my video games. As for Escape, I'm just comfortable never ever looking at it again.

It is very likely the Hair patch I did the initial art for... then someone else took what I did and copy and pasted to complete it.

Telltale Games, you are charged of releasing a game late and keeping your whorshippul fans waiting. How do you declare yourself?
  • edited October 2009
they said it was going to be later in the day today.

im just wondering where the reviews are. 9 huors is more than enough time for at least ONE to pop up
  • edited October 2009
    Define late?

TTG to the best of my knowledge has not given a specific time that the game would be released... just the day based on a specific timezone.

If you mean all the games as in MI games yes

I have the CD with MI 1 and MI 2 on it as well as the omega MI1 and MI2 games in orig boxes

also have Curse and Escape with boxes and of course all the tales games with soon to be shipped collectors art :D

I have some other clasic adventure games too in boxes

    And I was just joking.

It had flaws but it was still a great game that I did enjoy thoroughly. Minus that monkey Kombat bit however kinda funny. Dont get me wrong it is in dead last place as far as MI games go though

Escape, took singularly as a stand-alone game, is not bad at all. Some jokes are funny, the story is almost clever, the graphics for the time were average. It's the comparison with the other three games that just makes my blood boil.
  • edited October 2009
I think that the Escape hate is greatly exaggerated... I think it has just become "cool" to bash it so that is what people do.

It may not be the prettiest or the funnest of the games but damn it its ours... and I think most real MI fans found plenty in it to enjoy... and where able to overcome its downsides so they could enjoy what we all believed was our last outing with Guybrush and the gang.
