Am I the only one who thinks snow storms are the perfect excuse for Penumbra LARPing?

    Me or Giant Tope?
Considering you're the only person not only parroting a minor web celebrity, but actively invoking them as though they are some sort of opinion-justifying protective deity, I'm pretty sure it's fairly obvious that I'm referring to you.

I could watch that all day.

I'm attracted towards that content but not enough to watch it all day long...soon or later I'd end up getting hungry or something, or I'd piss my pants just sitting there and tears would wallow up in my eyes and I'd be screaming to myself WHY WHY can't I stop watching this!? WHYYYY!?

I'm hungry and I just shit my pants!!!!

    ....:(

    Hey...HEY!

HEY, for your own safety, I recommend you stay out of this thread for a while...

    GOT IT?

    HEY! Hey!

I'M A MAN! *punches Rather Dashing*

Cable and Deadpool are both awesome things that Liefeld has drawn, Although I am not a big fan of Cable. Deadpool is allowed to suffer from Rob-itis, as he is horribly disfigured as a result of his gifted healing factor and cancer duking it out.

    Just stop! OK!? OK!?

The world has enough problems, let alone lately animal cruelity reports popping up then again! KEEP THAT YAPPER OF YOURS SHUT!

Your evidence is confusing to me. Was the car actually burried?

Yes. What you see behind the car is how deep the snow was on the ground. I took that picture after we had shoveled far enough to clear away the side of the car. Call it a cross-section.
  • edited February 2011
    Uhm.. doodo, you okay there?

Amazing...It's still snowing here but we don't have that much snow. Is it that bad all around you or was it a drift that caused the snow to build up in that area?

No idea how to respond to this whatsoever.

I agree. But that still doesn't justify half of his work at Image comics. What is with all of the characters suffering from Youngblood's disease? Is he just too lazy to draw in eyes, or does he just think that's how a face is drawn?

On a side note, I'm beginning to miss Secret Fawful.
  • edited February 2011
Secret Fawful will be back. He's got a temp bann. Icedhope cleared that up but couldn't give the reasons of his temp bann.

I just got my toe cut open. It was infected after 12 grocery carts ran over it. It sucked. Bad.

Doing what? Nothing substantial was accomplished, from my viewpoint.

Yes, yes, we get it. You watched some videos on the internet. And hey, if you intend to grow up to be a parrot, well, you're well on your way! An impressive show, down to not only repeating someone else's terminology, but actively repeating that terminology several times. We get it, "Youngbloods' Disease" is a thing you saw on the internet. Just saying it doesn't hold value.

That photo was taken four years ago, but yes, that was one hell of a day. Here's another from the same day (for the third time in this thread).

This is what it looked like before I shoveled today.
Damn, late to the comparison of snow amounts. Here's a picture.

    DSC00041.jpg

That doesn't look like an hour's worth of work, but that's exactly how long it took to clean up after I took that. Oh, and don't let the sun fool you, it's 5 degrees F out there.

You used hacks, cheater...4 years ago? What's this, four years?

I've posted that picture before (recently, even!) and didn't post it again until after I'd already showed what it looked like today. You just weren't paying attention.

Besides, I was only asking if anyone had managed to get snow that bad or worse yet. I never said "this is what we got, can you beat it?".

I don't know...but I'm not wading in three feet of snow...to shovel my driveway.

I did it with my finger once. No numbing was done to help the surgery at all. And it was surgery. And it was misery. And suicide was considered during it.

Who said anything about wading? It was more like excavation. We dug our way from the garage out, if I remember.

Speaking of, I got to excavate our Christmas decorations from the front lawn by myself later on. It was like digging for fossils or something. For a long time, there was actually a place where I'd dug a step up into the yard at the sidewalk and had dug a pit of sorts in the middle of the yard to get down to them. I wish I'd taken a picture of the damn thing, it was awesome.

We had worse, but the weather has been better and it has started to melt.
At some point, my balcony was almost completely full of snow to the top (it was on the left, close to on the right, not in the middle. Probably a wind thing). Also, when going out, I had snow to my knee-to-mid-thigh while walking in the cleared-off path and in previous people's tracks and all that.
Walking between walls of snow with my groceries, I was so freaked out I'd slip and fall to the side and be buried there together, and worse, end up with wet bread.

Yeah, but you live in Canada. It's practically expected for you guys.

I am so far past the point of exhaustion. I actually just woke up after passing out on my bed for about an hour or so. Probably going to be going to bed soon, but it's still early yet and I don't want to set my sleep pattern so early.

I don't like it when people just copy their opinion from internet reviewers either, but to be fair, Liefeld is a terrible artist. He seems like a cool dude to hang out with, though.

Also, Linkara don't know nothin' about art. He doesn't like Ashley Wood. :(:(:(

That makes two of us, but first I should write down some important things for my math exam tomorrow. I also have programming, I'm not sure if that'll be easy or hard, it can go either way =/
