I'm also drippy and coughing and achy and in need of hugs. I'd like my head to stop feeling like it's about to explode, and my voice to stop sounding like it belongs to barry white.
I had a dream about my ex-FWB. I miss him. I've been having dreams about him every so often and every time I wake up missing him like you wouldn't believe.
I wonder how he's doing and all that. Haven't heard from him in years.
Oooo, I like Pendulo studios. Well, I liked the first Runaway, at least.
Yeah, I'm yet to play the third and final Runaway installment. I can see myself heading into a bit of an adventure game kick, so I'm planning to order it very soon.
I did. Last year (October 2009) he turned 30 and I wrote a letter to his parents' address wishing him a happy birthday, with news from me, some pics, and saying I'd love to hang out when I happen to be in France. I added my number (in Canada, though, so I knew he wouldn't call), email address (which wasn't very likely to get more of a response, he's kind of a computerophobe, never had a computer... It was very impractical, him without a computer when it's my main means of communication, and me without a cellphone when it's his.) and physical address (I don't expect him to ever write a letter to anyone...>.>).
You probably realise from "his parents' address" that I don't know where he lives. And I don't have his phone number either (I do have his parents').
Anyways, he logged on MSN from his phone a few months later (no doubt it's how long it took him to figure out how he could do that) and said that he got my letter and would love to hang out and he had to go.
And I haven't heard from him since. And honestly, it was more than I expected. He never uses the Internet (heck, it might have been the first time he did), and he's not about planning or anything, more about running into each other or giving each other a call and deciding to see each other right away.
So I'll probably contact him when I'm in France, I guess. I'll have to call his parents and ask for his cell phone number, it's going to be embarrassing >.> (I hate being on the phone with people I don't know).
Well, it's not like I don't love. It's just not as conventional.
There was a girl from work last semester. We worked together, she was graduating. She was going her separate ways, had big plans, and even though I admit I didn't have the courage to ask her out, I decided that she deserved to discover herself in life and deserved to go in the direction that she worked so hard at in college. So, I decided that she deserved to grow into a independent, strong woman that she was and should continue to be. I found value and worth in her, I decided I would choose to let her go.
Another example my grandfather was bed ridden for 5 long years, he was crtically ill and suffered every day but he wouldn't let go of life, he had bed sores the size of my face, and blood soaked sheets underneath him. He's face was deformed from a stroke and he couldn't speak, he began to starve and when he was dead he was straved down to his bones. He lived in our family room and he could still make incoherent noises, he'd scream constantly in pain for hours on end, all day long...
His leg was sawed off and he was sewn back together and he had a bag attached to his body for his bodily waste. He laid in a bed all day long, couldn't move any longer, in pain. He wouldn't let go, and so I walked into his room one day and leveled with him. I bascially told him to let go, to die...the days that followed he starved himself to death and he died...
It was listening to him scream all day long, it's what I came home to, a feeling of death in my family room. I couldn't talk to him about it, I just finally went in there and told him it was over and he let go. He loved me and went through hell to stay with us all and I told him to give up.
I live with that. Before he got sick he told me that he would die one day, we talked about it, BIG man that he was to little man, me a punk ass kid...He told me he'd die one day and we leveled. Then later in life I welcomed him through that door. I opened it and walked away like a little piece of garbage floating past in the wind...The nurses in and out, in and out, my mother exhausted, stressed out, her health declining! She waited over him like she was a nurse. It was like every one avoided that room, no one liked to admit what was happening, it was horrible.
I was screwed up before this, went through other events prior to that. I'll always be screwed up.
I respected, admired him, he was like a father to me.
So, there's this girl that works at a local super market, with glasses and long dark hair and stuff. Thing is, for the past couple of days she's in my head, even though I barely know her. So yeah. Doubt anything will come from it.
In other news.
My way of coping with the withdrawal effects the lack of Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated has on me.
Ok they really are starting to milk in a bit on KH.
So far it seemed they were adding backstory for KH 3 followed by a nice break, but now KHBBS2 was announced.
How can they even do that?
Ventus is trapped in Castle Oblivion
Aqua is in the realm of darkness
and Terra is dead. Sort of.
Dude, where do you even get your Kingdom Hearts news? I seem to recall you also had completely inaccurate KH3D information until I corrected you. The only mention I've even been able to find of a BBS2 is that someone thought the BBS:FM secret ending hinted at it, and even then it suggested that it would bridge the nine year gap between BBS and KH, which I assume would have something to do with the formation of the Organization and the fall of Radiant Garden. But other than that, none of the gaming news or Kingdom Hearts sites I've looked at have so much as mentioned the possibility of a BBS2.
Make of it what you will. The best I can figure based on the movie is that it would fill in the gaps mentioned by Nomura in the Director's Secret Report XIII (question III) that weren't answered by Birth by Sleep and 358/2 Days, specifically Mickey and Riku's absences during the first and second games, and maybe a little about what DiZ was up to, specifically the research data hidden in Sora's memories, which he mentioned in the BBS secret ending.
Hey, guys, look what I found on Jay is Games after I went to a friend's house to snag their interwebs (even Jay is Games is blocked on my school's server!):
Also, look at the mailbox. The newspaper's headline? "Freelance Police"!
Has anyone played Agatha Christie Evil Under The Sun? for Wii/Pc I wanna know if its any good.
Oh wow, I was just looking at this game yesterday. Reviews generally say it has nice graphics and voice acting, and a great storyline (I'd hope so, coming from an Agatha Christie novel). Apparently though the puzzles are not great - lots of fetch quests, random inventory combinations and boring backtracking (simple to figure out what you need to do, takes a long time to actually do it). And Poirot is a kleptomaniac who breaks into people's hotel rooms to nick stuff without cause.

What 3d part did I screw up?
And Birth By Sleep Volume 2.
Call me crazy, but that usually means Birth By Sleep 2.
Ach, NCR arern't bad sorts, they're just kinda useless. For some reason i'm convinced that the Brotherhood's made up of homosexuals. Maybe it's cos they're all burley man with long flowing hair who live cut off from human contact in a vault, I don't really know how my mind works. Needless to say i'm recruiting them and the Boomers
Also Scribe Ibsen can go fart, there's no way to catch that bloody computer virus

I can't remember, it's been a while. I just remember linking you to the Kingdom Hearts wiki to correct you. As for the "Birth by Sleep Volume 2" thing, that was just a line of text at the end of the video. With the exception of Birth by Sleep, when has a secret ending ever directly referenced the title of the next game? And while the older secret endings have been concept videos teasing future games (and even then, the Kingdom Hearts one actually had to be worked into Kingdom Hearts II), the newer ones have just been extended endings for the games they're attached to, teasing vague events in future games. Right now, all we really have to go on for sure is that Sora has to undertake the Mark of Mastery, delve into the parts of the backstory he doesn't know about yet, and end the suffering of Terra, Ventus, Aqua, Axel, Roxas, Xion, and Naminé.
Anyway, for all we know, it's teasing a spiritual successor to Birth by Sleep, which may be Kingdom Hearts III. It's not like the video ever said "THE NEXT GAME WILL BE CALLED BIRTH BY SLEEP VOLUME 2".

True, but since there is no other name to call it by, until then I am calling it BBS 2.
And yeah I do know about all the endings, Heaven knows The only one I have gotten is BBS ending that sortof referenced Coded and MAYBE 3d depending on the plot.
Wasnt 358 days the only one that didnt get a secret ending.
Days, Chain of Memories, Re:Chain of Memories, and coded didn't have secret endings. The secret endings for Kingdom Hearts 1 and its final mix (Another Side, Another Story/ASAS Deep Dive) were just concept videos that didn't have much to do with anything concrete about the next game and then proved to be a challenge to work into the next game (though now it's become a major plot point). The secret endings for Kingdom Hearts II and its final mix (The Gathering and Birth by Sleep) were duplicated almost exactly in Birth by Sleep's story, but the Keyblade War they discussed was barely touched upon, and we'll never know why the Kingdom Key, Kingdom Key D, and Way to the Dawn were in the Keyblade Graveyard or why the armored trio wanted them. And Birth by Sleep (Blank Points/A fragmentary passage) and Re:coded (Signs of What's Next) both seem to be pointing to the final leg of Sora's journey and the preparation leading up to it.
If Kingdom Hearts III is released on the PS3, I could easily see it having multiple storylines, maybe with Sora and Riku's stories playable from the beginning of the game's timeline and the other characters' stories picking up at whatever point Sora "saves" them.
Dammit, I was just going to go to bed, and now I'm probably going to be kept awake contemplating the Kingdom Hearts storyline.

1.I would so love that, minus it being on the PS3, but that most likely will happen.
2.I dont think this is the "Final" leg in the KH series.
The creator has said the more fans love the series, the more games he will make.
Although I am sure sora's story is just one of the many storys in this world.
While you're all addicted to Minecraft, I'm addicted to something old.
Does the image below ring a bell? If so, tell me what's the name of the game depicted below...
If it does, You'll win ... 1 internet cookie? Yeah. that's it. One internets.
While this is a sentiment I don't entirely oppose, it sounds more like something the Legion would say. Say, you wouldn't happen to know lingua latina, eh?
So... they're a typical western government? Oh, that biting satire!

I despise the legion about the same as I do the NCR, I'm more interested in technology of the old world...you wouldn't happen to be a legionare would you? hmmm...

Much as I'm a fan of the Roman Empire, I usually end up pissing off the Legion far too much to work for them. Somehow, I always get the wildcard or House endings.

No, as long as the series keeps selling, they'll keep making games. But I do think that the next few games will serve to tie up the loose ends we've got so far and bring closure to the storyline so far. I seem to recall some point in the last six games where Sora realized that as long as he has the Keyblade, the fighting's never really going to be over for him, but if they choose to continue beyond Kingdom Hearts III, then I imagine that the first eight or nine games will comprise the complete "Xehanort Arc".

Speaking of accents, Christopher Lee speaks a perfect French with - from my Parisian point of view - absolutely no accent at all.
This was amussing.

I guess it's the story of Aqua in the Realm of Darkness before meeting Ansem.
And where do the worlds that get consumed by darkness go to? Exactly.
And they announced it already? Must've missed it, I only knew about the secret movie in BBS FM.
