I'm kind of annoyed at Wimbledon. Sure it might be fun to vote in a tennis player "hot or not" contest, but you'd think the offical Wimbledon site would be above that.
I feel pretty bad about the lack of respect female athletes get sometimes, especially when I hear guys at work discussing things how "ugly" Serena Williams' body is. SHE'S A FRIGGIN' TENNIS PLAYER. I don't care if you find her sexually attractive or not, her body has been honed in such a way that it makes her one of the best tennis players in the world. Just stop thinking about your pants for a minute and appreciate that she's a great sportsperson.
Okay, yeah. I know nothing about most sports. I was vaguely aware that she was a tennis player. I agree, nothing should be based on how attractive a person is. That's something that pisses me off about music as well.
Everything is based on looks now, especially with women. It's stupid and I hate it.
Eh...I stopped caring about how I look a long time ago and am not likely to start caring until it stops being so damn important. Seriously. Can't go a day without my parents telling me I should wear cuter clothes or do my hair more nicely or wear makeup. And since they pester me so much, it's become a matter of pride that I not give in, because I know that if I look good they might...compliment me. And somehow, that would be even worse.

I can still complain about that grunting shit that you get in womens tennis though right?
Also, i'm putting my money on Roddick or Murray to win this year as the Fed has fallen to the Gillette curse. Which is a shame because I like Federer even though he just wins everything, he just seems like a nice guy.

I wouldn't mind so much if my parents told me to wear makeup.
Though it probably would be a bit awkward considering I'm a dude. XD
But yeah, I hate it when parents pester.
They want to do whats best for you, but its hard for them to understand that your completely fine the way you are.
They occasionally pester me about my weight, and yes I am a fat man.
But its mainly due to me being lazy.
I just don't like sport.
My best friends don't live in the same town and they are busy with uni and work so meetups are pretty rare.
Plus I don't live in a great neighbourhood either.
People heckle each other all the time and its kind off off-putting.
I'd rather play videogames than go to the gym.
Unsuprisingly I never had a girlfriend, so my parents are probably a little worried there, but I don't actively seek out women, because I'm perfectly fine being by myself.
(Don't think I don't find women attractive at all, because I do. I fancy a lot of women I see, but I just repress it. Its better to you know, to establish a good relationship first... )
In the end, it would be nice, but its not exactly the end of the world if I never find love.
Unless my esteem takes a hit, then I'm normally alright with self-image.
(wouldn't mind some more video-game T-shirts and a new pair of jeans. Maybe I'll look on Jacamo after next months payment)
EDIT: I think I've also found pretty much the main reason why I've done so crap at uni, its a lack of workspace.
I've literally taken the kitchen hostage (since the computer desk is the only place where I can seem to work comfortably and have focus).
Not that its going to make much of a difference now, I pretty much screwed this year up.
Though while I was researching my employability assigment, (since I had to do it as a referral), I have found actual physical data that employers don't care that much about education.
Its all about skills and experience, and who you know.
If only younger me knew that. He probably wouldn't have bothered with Uni.
(The problem with Degrees is that too many people have them. Before it was more of an elite thing. But now its looking more like a peice of paper, just like GCSEs, and A-levels are)

Women are already beautiful, and don't need all those extra things. If it makes them happy, makes them smile then it's served its purpose. But everyone is what they are because of what's under neath. And every one should be loved because of who they are, not because of what they wear.
*sighs* I might be wrong but my brain is developing intuition. What I think this might be a case of is that they think you need to have more confidence, and dress like a lady and feel special, and try to attract a male. If not, just feel better about yourself.
I've know lots of beautiful women and when they dressed "sexy", wore make up, and shook everything in my face, I was never turned on more. Usually it turned me off. Especially that old boob trick you girls do when you press those breasts out at us without trying to be too obvious...
Know what's attractive ? It's what's sincere, real, honest. It's when you love the person for who she / he is. It's who they are as a individual, as a person that matters. We all have delusions of reality and superficiality of humanity.
None of us are prefect, but what we're attractive to in some one we generally hold to our selves,as the truth, hold to our hearts, souls. We want it to stay the same, we love those people for those things. Even if they aren't perfect.
I never answered any girl's booty call, and I have had a view, some in my face...
I always wanted to get to know some one for who they are, but BS games and social conflicts never let me do that successfully.
If you're truly in love you care about that person, his or her feelings, you want to protect that person. You won't hurt that person , don't want that person to be hurt. If that person isn't wearing make up you aren't going to hurt her feelings, because you want nothing more in the world than for her to be protected and feel special, loved.
You build a relationship, true relationship off feelings, love, and respect, and trust. I don't respect women shoving a booty call in my face...
Also, i'm putting my money on Roddick or Murray to win this year as the Fed has fallen to the Gillette curse. Which is a shame because I like Federer even though he just wins everything, he just seems like a nice guy.
Aw, the Fed does seem lovely. For me it's because he cries (at both winning and losing)... he's obviously so emotionally invested in his game. Good stuff to watch, a nice heartfelt man-cry makes compelling television.
But yeah, I hate it when parents pester.
They want to do whats best for you, but its hard for them to understand that your completely fine the way you are.
My Mum pretty much pesters when I actually need a bit of a boot up the bum. She's like an external version of my conscience saying "You need to do this already". Totally gets annoying sometimes (especially when she's right), but my parents both just want the best for me. I know they'll never stop loving and taking care of me, and the occasional nag is just a part of that.
My parents are terrible people, which should be common knowledge by now, and their pestering is pretty much what you would expect.
I stopped talking to them when the first guy I introduced to them became the victim of their annoying pestering (about leaving him, if you're wondering, and insulting him in any way possible) which shouldn't have been a surprise since they've also done it with all my closest friends (that they've met).
They never pestered me about what I wore though. My mom would complain every so often about it but they never tried to make me change that I can remember. They did complain about my weight, but were always terrible about it. I probably have quoted them before about that ("You know, if you keep eating, you're going to die") I wasn't even medically overweight. I don't want to know what they'd say about Seamus.
My advice would be to ignore them and not let it get to you. However, doing the opposite of what they want as a matter of pride is kind of stupid, and might end up biting you in the ass. Do whatever YOU choose, and whether they blame you or take credit isn't really relevant. My parents seemed to think everything I did was about them (things they disapproved of was to annoy them, things they approved of were because they gave me good advice) but truth be told, I could never tell beforehand if they were going to approve or disapprove. You learn to disregard these things.
And once you move out, you can stop talking to them completely and the problem is over!
I've just spent the last 6 and a bit hours listening to the Nerdist podcasts, going from episode 10 to 15 (just 85 more to catch up too, currently anyway). There's other stuff that I should be doing like this letter that I've been meaning to write since Saturday, plus applying for this job that I saw advertised but I get distracted easily. And now I'm on here. But not for long as I'm going to make myself something to eat as I've not eaten anything today yet and so I'm starving.

Don't get me wrong, I still like my parents a lot, I just get annoyed when they keep pestering me about things that, in my opinion, are just not worth it. I mean, when I'm working in a lab, it's not necessary, or even a good idea, to wear a skirt and open toed shoes. I've explained this, but it doesn't seem to get through, since neither of them has worked in a lab before.
But the point is, I really don't think I could stand all the attention I would get if I did doll myself up every once and awhile. Not just from my parents, but from my other relatives and friends as well. Attention that I don't really think is deserved. It's not right that I should get attention from looking nice rather than from being clever or witty. For being me.
So I played the Sonic Generations demo today and...
It was actually very, very good.
Sure the physics are just a tad off, but it is SOOOOOO much better than Sonic 4's.
The level is excellently designed, and though the visuals are a bit overwheling and oversaturated, once you adjust a bit its tolerable.
(Tone down the color a bit Sega, and make a bit less going on in the background and it would be splendid!)
OMG OMG OMG my sister talks about weird shit over the phone...Like if her V is wringly after the babies come out. OMG, they are gross. Chicks have nasty phone call convos!
\Need somerthing to block it out!

MY BTTF episode 5 is not working. It works till Marty holds the thing and flies into the expo tent. It stops working near the end of loading. Any help would be nice.
Ugh. I couldnt sleep anyway, and then when I finally and ready to fall asleep, I hear my cat outdoor cat screaming and it scared the crap out of me. I jump out and search for him, and I do find him, but he just stares at me and leaves.
So now I can't sleep, and Im worried that my cat may run away from what attacked him.
A copy of my e-mail sent to the BBFC (British Board of Film Classification)...
Dear people at the BBFC,
a great many thanks for banning "The Human Centipede 2". Prior to hearing of your decision regarding said film, I had been kept awake at night; worrying that I would have no choice but to watch Tom Six's film though eyes of disgust. I mean, it's not as though I could have made the choice not to have watched it as a grown adult could I?
I now rest easy with the knowledge that due to the banning, there won't be anarchy on the streets of Britain, following us fragile minded members of the public having watched a horror film. Thank you so very much for dictating what I'm capable of experiencing.
Just for the record, I will be purchasing a region 1 copy of "The Human Centipede 2" on DVD, as will countless others across the UK (especially now you've effectively made the film a must see for any self respecting horror fan). It's good to know that the BBFC is still the same forward-thinking, liberal organisation that banned the tasteless garbage that is "The Exorcist".

Ugh, movies these days! I saw a "kid's" movie called "Rango" the other day, and oh my god, I can't believe they actually allow movies like that to be released! Talking animals?! Is this the kind of sick thing we want to teach our children?! That animals can talk?! ANIMALS CAN'T TALK, JOHNNY DEPP! GOD SPECIFICALLY MADE THEM THAT WAY.

This band is probably mainstream, don't know if it is but you should know it.
How does that happen?
EDIT:And now steam won't work. Perfect.
Younger. By one year. Can you post pictures of this table and in detail describe what you saw happen?

The cheap-as-free-to-play version of TF2. I am such a leech. By the way, does anybody have any pointers about TF2?
