I'm beginning to think you have some sort of calling that the universe is pulling you into. Every one does, but these incidents are incredible, a flying lap top, no explanation. I think you're being pulled towards something. But, meh, I'm a artist.

Where did I say that it is flying?
Its certainly gets hot though, almost at boiling temperature if I try anything intense on it.
Though a flying laptop would be pretty cool!
Would program it to follow me everywhere.
Need to note something? Just turn around and type on it.
Send a message to someone, get it to fly to my face then record a message, and send it via skype.
Would totally need a badass glove to control it with.
Tell me about it, he's a bloody awful actor (which makes his tantrum on the set of Terminator Salvation all the worse). He even talks in that stupid voice to Alfred, who already knows his true identity, so what's the fucking point of speaking in a way that makes Solid Snake's acting seem subtle when around Alfred?!
I thought your lap top flipped off a table with no visible explanation?
No that was my arcade PC.
And it was already half-out of its cabinet, since thats how my dad left it.
The cat managed to push it out and it rolled a little, to the point that the cabinet was completely upside down! XD
(any further and the cables would have come out!)

You could have said so, before. XD
Well, that sounds natural rather than super natural.
Doodo, maybe you're thinking of Gman rather than Retro?
Right you are, thank you!
On other news I could end up paralyzed for life. And I'm in discomfront and pain right now. Love you guys, girls. No matter what happens, please open yourselves to our own potentials. Be decent human beings, I love you all, I have a large disc, you can rwead about it in my thread of injiury.
I love oyu all, please please inspire to be better than any one suggests you have to be, you are so muxh more, you are all so special, unique. You are the potential of our future, remember that.
You matter.Remember who you are, kings of your promised land.

No! Oh dear God Doodo, please don't let this be true! I shall pray for you tonight my friend.
Some people never learn, they want me to go on vacation! My sister is the only one with any sense to her, perhaps my brothers. These people need to step back and see things in a proper light, I wish I could inspire them to do that but that bond starts with people who are willing to do so and then grows , shifts to masses.
I'm beginning to feel that this thread has reached its twilight and it's about time to put 'er down. Maybe in another 2381 posts.
Nah, it's passed 10,000 already so the next true benchmark will be when it reaches either 50,000 or 100,000. Then there can be a celebration and much pomp and circumstance to be had by all.
If I'm tiring of the thread now, I'm not sitting around for another 32378 posts.
Well, the thing is that I think a lot of people would probably be upset at its removal. And removing it soon would decrease the humor value of removing it sometime next spring at a judicious time of great importance. Just saying.
My eyes feel weird. Well to be more precise, I think it's my eye lids that feel weird. Probably just because I'm tired. Hope it stops being annoying soon, cos it's annoying.
And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?
And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.
But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour?
And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.
And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side.
But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,
And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.
Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?
And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.
Now, you know, we use our imagination a great deal to try to determine why the priest and the Levite didn't stop. At times we say they were busy going to a church meeting, an ecclesiastical gathering, and they had to get on down to Jerusalem so they wouldn't be late for their meeting. (Yeah) At other times we would speculate that there was a religious law that one who was engaged in religious ceremonials was not to touch a human body twenty-four hours before the ceremony. (All right) And every now and then we begin to wonder whether maybe they were not going down to Jerusalem, or down to Jericho, rather, to organize a Jericho Road Improvement Association. [Laughter] That's a possibility. Maybe they felt it was better to deal with the problem from the causal root, rather than to get bogged down with an individual effect. [Laughter]
But I'm going to tell you what my imagination tells me. It's possible that those men were afraid. You see, the Jericho Road is a dangerous road. (That's right) I remember when Mrs. King and I were first in Jerusalem. We rented a car and drove from Jerusalem down to Jericho. (Yeah) And as soon as we got on that road I said to my wife, "I can see why Jesus used this as the setting for his parable." It's a winding, meandering road. (Yes) It's really conducive for ambushing. You start out in Jerusalem, which is about twelve hundred miles, or rather, twelve hundred feet above sea level. And by the time you get down to Jericho fifteen or twenty minutes later, you're about twenty-two feet below sea level. That's a dangerous road. (Yes) In the days of Jesus it came to be known as the "Bloody Pass." And you know, it's possible that the priest and the Levite looked over that man on the ground and wondered if the robbers were still around. (Go ahead) Or it's possible that they felt that the man on the ground was merely faking (Yeah), and he was acting like he had been robbed and hurt in order to seize them over there, lure them there for quick and easy seizure. (Oh yeah) And so the first question that the priest asked, the first question that the Levite asked was, "If I stop to help this man, what will happen to me?" (All right)
But then the Good Samaritan came by, and he reversed the question: "If I do not stop to help this man, what will happen to him?" That's the question before you tonight.
This parable and its later analysis by King speak to something inherently human. It teaches a moral lesson that should not be forgotten, that it is immoral, or at least less right, to see human beings suffering without providing aid that you are capable of giving. King's analysis provides a layer to the story that you should help your fellow man even if it comes to great consequence to yourself.
So, we've established through the Bible and one of the greatest preachers in American history that if you are able to help those in need, you should. That if you can see a person in trouble, and you can help them, that it is wrong to simply see trouble and ignore it. If you see a man wounded on the road, you should help him. If you see a woman with signs of domestic abuse, you should show concern and try to help. If you see apparent suffering and can mitigate it in any small way, it's your duty as a good, loving human being to do so.
Where does that put God, then?
An omnipotent, omnipresent, all-powerful being. Would he face consequences for feeding millions of starving children in Africa? Would he be inconvenienced by preventing rape and murder? Should he be condemned, by this standard, for looking at a world drowning in its own ills and, rather than reaching out and showing them enlightenment, simply deciding that the whole thing needs to be flooded, animals, women and children all?

Absolutely brilliant. Which is why I think the promise of saviors, prophets coming to earth, or from our soil is nonsensical to hold out for. I see ways in which humanity is hindered believing in some god and that all sins may be forgiven. I see this problem in many areas of life, but start speaking out against religions and the same, you can end up missing.
I thought about that, I respect every one's right to religion, and all religions and that all religions have something good about them. Something that can be used into philosophies. Such as, treat others as you would want to be treated. That sort of thing.
I some what agree with you, but one opinion can't make a difference. So, I try to be open minded. But, I understand what you're saying.
Watching Dragonball and Kami has got to be the biggest coward douchebag in history. He decides he wants to be god so splits him self into good and evil and his evil side gets onto Earth. And as the new guardian he does absolutely nothing while King Piccolo destroys millions because he will die if Piccolo dies.
So Master Mutieto does what Kami is to chicken to do and gives his life to trap King Piccolo. Years later King Piccolo is free and Roshi and Chatsu give there lives in an attempt to stop him and Tien almost gives his life too and was willing. Then Goku beats him and climes to the top of the tower and Kami says he didnt want to revive Shenron cos humans are dicks with the dragonball and he thought ALL humans where evil till he met Goku.
WTH Humans have been doing something he was too much of a chicken shit to do give up there lives to save the people of Earth while he was up in his tower safe with Mr Popo smoking weed and talking about the pecking order.

I got faith to believe, I can do anything. LOL, this is a good theme, don't care what no body says.

I beg to differ. Also, the best theme is the Firefly theme. As for Star Trek? TNG's theme prevails.

YEAH!
Oh wow, I haven't heard that second track in ages. It's dripping with 80's cheese. I love it!
Dirk Diggler "sings" 'You've Got The Touch'.
The songs are cheesy, yet very fun, and the instrumentals are just perfect!
