The girl from Nashville is awesome. Too bad she's back in Nashville. But I'll be visiting. That said, the first night out we hit up The Palm, Howl at the Moon and then Pat O'Bryans. Awesome times. The second night we went out we went to Sherlock's Pub, had a small meal at California Pizza Kitchen, went to Broadway 50/50s to see a Blues band then ended the night at Karaoke Kantina. Fantastic few days.
With her leaving town Monday, I was a little bummed. Where to divert my energies? Last night, problem solved. My friend Donny, a non drinker, brought his friend Michelle. Fantastic girl, awesome silver hair. Started the night slow over a cheap meal and beers at Tycoon Flats, then made our way downtown to the bar strip near the Majestic Theater. Went to Syrius, then to Pat O'Bryans. Had Hurricanes, listened to a cover band, went to the dueling piano room then upstairs for dancing. Girl is a great dancer. Two in the morning the bar lets out so we head over to the Bonham Exchange to get some more dancing on, which we did until four in the morning.
All said, a faaaantastic night. Thursday is trivia night and I think she's coming to that, so hoping for good things.

Why is everyone doing interesting things!!!!?!!?!?
You know what I've been doing the past few weeks?
Sitting at home all day, and going to work on the weekend.
Why is September taking so damn long to get here!!!
(I wanna go on holiday dammit! >:/)
I finally can use the Internet again on my computer! Woohoo! Typing on an iPhone when finally not being blind is hard as all get out.
On a different note, I got Final Fantasy Tactics for my iPhone (despite the 16$ price tag), so I'm getting better at reading fine print real quick. It's insane what phones can do nowadays. A full Playstation game! On my phone! Ten years ago all we had was Playstations. And multi disc games. Now I have Phoenix Wright, Katamari, Cooking Mama, and Tactics. ON MY PHONE.
Get off my lawn, you younguns. You don't know how hard it was when I was a kid.

And one of his best.

M'kay!
watch dragonbox
You're just saying that because you want to be extra special bed friends with Dashing.
Don't listen to these neophytes. Do what I tell you to do. Watch Dennou Coil.
Get away from him, all of you! He's mine! You want him! Well, you can't have him! I have him trapped in a lamp! A lamp only I know how to rub!
I'mma do what you say, because you have an honest face.
Gooood. UH-GOOOOOOD!
no u
Get back in there, you!
See? HONEST.
Nice comeback, Mrs. Dashing.
Be careful of Mama Dashing, Pantsy. She knows crazy Asian ways of giving pleasure and pain with just her pinky.
ur mrs dashing
The Tope? Doubtful. The pain I can believe, though.
Not properly equipped, toots.
ur mr dashing
Yes, the truth is out.
You're admiring Pant's equipment?
Please. We all know she is. No woman can resist their allure~
You use yours as a lure? That has to hurt, especially with a hook attached.
Oh, Pantsy, you should know you'll never win with me around.
DON'T MAKE ME DO IT!!
DON'T MAKE ME SEVER THE FINAL STRAND KEEPING MY SANITY TOGETHER!
IF I GO DOWN I'M TAKING YOU ALL WITH ME!!!
After all I have the button:
Oh, Fawful. I have never had a more worthwhile foe. I swear I shall prevail one of these days. I swear it on Rather Dashing's grave!
ew ur gros
As gross as your spelling. And that's why I'm such a hit with the ladies.
Are you stuck on a cell phone? I know you can type wordier posts than you have been.
(Or maybe just using your pinky for some reason.)
To prove Fawful right.
