TIL: Cats can be just as annoying outside too... :/

EDIT: And then when I let him back in...

EDIT 2: He's has been like this for hours... :/

EDIT 3: Also I find it fairly amusing when people see my arcade machine and go all like "WOAAAAAHH!! You have a arcade machine!".

I mean sure its unusual, but there nothing particularily special to it.
After all I didn't make the thing, or the software.

I just put it together thats all.

Its interesting how many people say I should get into PCs/Games ect.
If only it were that easy....

Why are Power Rangers Samurai now? Isnt being a Power Ranger impressive enough? Do they need to be ninjas as well to get our attention?

    Lack of original ideas.
Isnt being a Power Ranger impressive enough?
No, Power Rangers are a rip-off of such as Voltron.
Do they need to be ninjas as well to get our attention?
Only because we here support pirates regarding pirates vs. ninjas.

I just found out the college I will be attending has a Anime Club, and a Table Top Gamers Club.

But not a Video Gamers Club.jackie-chan-confused.png

again, I would watch My Little Pony over Power Rangers any day of the week, even if I had never seen an MLP episode before.

Not that I love MLP that much, but that Power Rangers are stupid, campy and annoying.
  • edited May 2012
I think I would take the first season or two of the original series over any MLP. I could stomach it enough due to the nostalgia(I haven't seen a single episode of anything power rangers since the second season of the original run way back when).

I like corny shows. Just a thing about me. I love the original power rangers because of how corny it is. Same with Adam West's Batman and Land of the Lost

Also my mother made me watch Power Rangers so I wouldn't watch Blues Clues all the time. She liked Power Rangers before I did.

I am hungry. I have not eaten anything for almost 3 days now and I mean literally nothing.

I have gotten drunk for the past 3 nights though. I travelled down to London last night with a few friends, to see a friend's Brother play a gig. I now have a hangover and no food in the house.

My stomach hates me right now but I don't know if I can brave going to the shops.

    blech.

I loved the old The New Adventures of Batman cartoons, which were voiced by Adam West and Burt Ward, but those were cartoons and they had their charm as such. However, I can't stand camp in live-action. For this reason, I couldn't stand to watch more than a couple episodes of the live-action Batman TV show.

I went to see the 1989 Batman movie in the theatre (which means I was 11 at the time) and I loved it. Beats the pants off the old Adam West TV show.

... why, when I say "beats the pants off [it]" do I envision Micheal Keaton's Batman swinging an unsuspecting Comrade Pants at Adam West and Burt Ward?

    Not necessarily.

"Rabies might be passed from mother to offspring in the womb. However, when people encounter very young animals that are rabid, it's more likely that they were infected after they were born, either from contact with their mother or another rabid animal."

This is not a rare occurrence. There isn't a video gamers club at Berkeley either. What you need to do is make friends with some computer science majors and get them to tell you where they host the LAN parties.

I do wish institutions would take Video Games more seriously!

(I had the same problem at uni. No gamers. At least no-one to hook up with on my campus)

Might have converted/scared-off some of those posers who thought they were "gamers".

(I'm sorry, you might have an Xbox/PS3, but playing Call of Duty or FIFA does NOT make you a gamer of any sense. Just a tool. >:/)

This is why I stress the term "Gaming Enthusiasts" when I describe myself. Because that is what we are. People that actually give a damn about the art, the theory, and the industry behind the games. Not a bunch of douchebags that get pissed and slur sexist and racist rants over the headset, and get angry when some 8 year old knifes them in the back.

No honour. No sportsmanship. No finesse.

Sorry. Sorry. It gets me mad.

Okay, I'm NOT going to edit this into THAT post, so tough.

Okay okay, I'll apologize for Tom Green but we did give the world James LaBrie... and the sometimes cool/sometimes assholes Shatner and Sebastian Bach.

So, I'm on the final level of Legend of Grimrock (fun game, though totally terrifying). Going up to fight the big bad boss and happen upon this strategy:

    >see boss
    >panic
    >fall into hole
    >repeat

I think it needs some refinement.

Netflix has had a massive anime boost as of late (in the UK at least).

I think they realise how hard it can be to get certain shows, and are trying to solidify a nice niche for themselves.

    The clever bastards!

If I am elected as President, I shall enable the Stupid Tax. It's a win-win situation. Either people will become smarter and reason their arguments better, or we'll get rid of the deficit with all the revenue from the tax.

Just a random outburst: I really hate when you make plans with people and just because you don't touch base with them shortly before said plans, they assume they're cancelled. Fucking people.

I always just assume that anyone I make plans with will forget the whole thing, so I always call them multiple times right beforehand to ensure they don't plan something else.

Yeah, we didn't have each other's numbers. I didn't really think anything of it until I was sitting, waiting, and thinking to myself, "boy, we probably should've exchanged numbers first". It wasn't anything important though.
