I recently purchased the English version of A New Beginning.

Pretty fancy looking goodies inside. Soundtrack (yet to hear), a poster (pretty sweet), oh yeah, and the game (yet to play).

    Metroid: Other M

£3.60 (£4 pre-owned in Tesco and I got staff discount (but I suspect its a new copy they couldn't shift because the disc is perfect and it has all of its inserts (including Nintendo points! XD)))

Yeah, I know it isn't exactly a great game, but I do lack Wii games, and its has to at least be playable right? XD

I think I paid around £4 for it too, but it was pre-owned and didn't have the manual. Then again, I only bought it so I could justify downloading the Japanese version and playing it through an emulator so I can avoid the atrocious English voice acting, so...

    Heh.
I'm still going to play it in English. It will be great popcorn fun! (Like Resident Evil 1. I just love stupid and cheesy dialogue in games! XD)

It's not cheesy. It's painful. Unskippable did a two-parter on it. Even THEY struggled to make it funny.

    Anyway. Last bought:

Just like Rifftrax failed to make Transformers 2 watchable.

Pretty much. Well, I did buy a Blu-Ray optical drive for my desktop, but I'll have to wait for it to get moved to my current housing.

    Final Fantasy III (PSP) £12

Now, I already have this on the DS, but I haven't played it much.
And getting it for PSP now means I have FF1-9 on my PSP now, so I can finally have my complete run through, (though for the purposes of space, I'll play the SNES version of V and VI on an emulator, but I DO have the PS1 versions).
(Plus the PSP version is prettier :D)

Me too. From the developer site for less than Steam askes for it.
And it gave me 3 copies: DRM free, Steam-Key & Desura-Key.

(Not that I didn't own Anachronox twice - the unrunable CD version from 2002 and the gog one as a first day purchase...)

Same boat as you, though I did get the old CD version working quite nicely. But it was like £1.50! I couldn't say no!

What do you get with the game of the year edition?

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LittleBigPlanet_%28PlayStation_3%29#Game_of_the_Year_Edition
A Game of the Year Edition of LittleBigPlanet was released in North America on 8 September 2009. This version included all of the content from the original game, as well as exclusive levels from 18 members of the LittleBigPlanet community (along with short videos of each of them explaining the levels). The re-release also includes the "Metal Gear Solid", "Monsters", and "History" costume and level packs and the "Animals" costume pack. A limited number of copies of the game also included a code, giving the player access to a beta of ModNation Racers.[4] Initially there were no plans to release the Game of the Year Edition in Europe,[104] however a European version was eventually announced for release on 16 April 2010.[5] The Korean language version of the Game of the Year Edition is available in South Korea.

A Bluetooth/IR remote. Can control my PS3 and my TV.
Most other remotes for PS3 can't turn it on, because they use IR with a USB-based sensor. PS3's USB ports don't work when the system isn't powered, so only a Bluetooth-capable remote will work.

    Excellent choice sir.

Do you have Turtleneck and Chain?

I highly recommend that too! :)

EDIT: Also I just pre-ordered Dishonoured on PC for about £23.

(Its for my lappy. Once I get it in the mail (I picked it up, it had a dodgy harddrive, then I returned it, and I'm getting a new one delivered to me tomorrow (My dad had an issue with his ipad 3 as well (it had a wifi problem) so he's getting another one as well! XD)))
