A week ago I email a question regarding my order from about a month ago that still hasn't been sent out and still didn't recive an anwer apart from the automated response.
Would appreciate some sort of response
I recieved an email from support on the 8th of December (issue 38228), containing manual unlock codes for Sam & Max seasons 2 & 3, as I'd been unable to unlock them using my email and password. I sent you an email the following day, regarding the fact that two of the unlock codes I recieved don't work (episodes 203 and 204), and I provided alternate request codes for the episodes in question. Presumably, that email has been overlooked, please let me know if I need to resend request codes...
Now you have shipped this order. What's the game you are trying to play with me? GENUINE FRAUD?!
Recall the shipment and refund the money!
I extend the deadline until Monday.
Kind regards,
drngoc
This is pretty standard practice but you will have to wait until your items are received before your order cancellation can be processed. At that point, you can send the items back to us and receive a refund.
Normally I'd wait a little longer before posting, but the BTTF preorder insider exclusive coupon code ends tonight and I really wanted to capitalize on it.
My ticket number is issue-40305.
I'm wondering if the Monkey Island Deluxe Edition won't add to my cart since I already have episode 1 and the daily discount conflicts with the upgrade discount.

What browser are you using? It works here so it's not a site issue. Can you try clearing your cookies?
I tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer on two different computers. I also tried cleaning out the cookies as you've mentioned.
I think the issue has something to do with the fact that I've already downloaded Episode 1. I can add the deluxe version of the game to my cart for $50 when I'm logged out of my account on the website. But when I log into my account, the price becomes $40 because I've downloaded Episode 1, but this also prevents me from adding it to my cart.
Oddly though, there's no problem adding the other version of the game either way.

If you finish placing your order I'll add if after, just make sure to send another email to support@telltalegames.com after.
I sent in an e-mail around 9:30AM Eastern this morning and didn't even get a confirmation or ticket number back regarding my problem (BTTF doesn't show up in the list of My Games) - do I need to e-mail again? (I posted in another thread about this, too…
Hi I sent an email roughly a week ago: Fri, Dec 17, 2010 at 6:56 PM.(EST)
Received pre-generated email with code: issue-40119.
Hope this is the right place to ask for more help.
Thank you
Hello.
I bought your Back to the Future Episode 1 of 5, but did not receive a confirmation by email. Why?
Address to which you must come the same, from which a message is sent.
I have not received any response to my ticket other than the auto-response. I don't really understand how this company works. Apparently I'm supposed to get a free episode of the BTTF game, but people are saying we don't get the free episode until February. And nobody seems to know which episode is the free one. How do I buy just the first episode so I can get the second episode for free in February?
I'm totally confused as to what's going on here, and it's been three days since I emailed the company. I am not particularly happy.

The free episode is the first episode of Back to the Future. There is no way of buying a single episode at this time and, while the free episode might be available for download at this time, you will only be able to activate it in February.
Additionally, three days ago was Christmas weekend (as was two days ago ), so, you shouldn't really have expected an answer from Telltale at that time. They probably have quite a huge backlog af Back to the Future-related tickets, so you're going to have to be have to be a little bit more patient.
I don't get it, though. What is the point of offering die-hard BTTF fans a free episode if we have to wait until February to use it? Doesn't that basically turn it into a pointless offer? "You get it for free, but only if you wait two months." Who really wants to wait until February to play the game? Isn't everyone just going to go ahead and pay for the game now rather than wait two months to get it for free?
You're right, it is a little odd.
I guess Telltale wanted to reward the people who purchased the season over the ones who didn't (and maybe incite a few more season sales in the process).
A little over a month might be a bit long to wait, but after all, it's free, right?
I don't know, doesn't make any sense to me. The point of a free episode is to entice people into buying the whole game. They're missing out on two months of sales by not letting people have a free taste of the game until February.
I actually believe that the reason that Telltale is not going to make the free episode available before February is that they want the people who might decide to give up after one episode because it's too easy, to check out the forums (maybe to post negative comments about the lack of difficulty of the game ) and see comments made by people who played the second episode and might have found the difficulty nicely increased.
I have placed an order with a wrong address, so I wrote an e-mail one day after. I got the code issue-40366, but no answer until today.
The order has not shipped yet, so there is still time, but I would feel better with an answer...
I received the holiday pack as a gift on 12/23, was able to enter my gift code from the email and the pack shows in the stuff I've bought section on my purchases page, but there are no links to download the games.
I submitted a ticket 'issue-40972' on 12/24 but have not gotten a response yet Haven't seen a response in my spam folder either...
On December 23rd, I sent an email saying that I wanted to purchase all 3 seasons of the Sam & Max Collector DVDs with the free price instead of shipping since I own all 3 seasons on my Telltale account.
The store won't take my order number, which I assume is because I bought the Sam & Max: Complete Collection.
I got an automated response with 'issue-40852' in it, but that is all the response I've received.
Guess I still have to wait a bit longer for my Christmas present then. My son bought me Monkey Island as a Christmas present but, although we have downloaded it onto my computer, the gift code sent to me when he bought it does not work. It does not show up in my account so wrote to ask for help on 25th December and got issue number 'issue-41089' back but guess no-one has got round to looking at it yet.

Bought the Sam and Max complete pack two weeks ago and sent an email asking for the end of season DVDs to be added to my cart. Still haven't received an email back.

Hi,
I have received your mail and already answered it. What are you now planning to do?
Best regards,

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Just want the three S&M DVDs added to my cart, please.
Your domain gets emails from us and I replied on the 16th, can you check your spam?

Will do. Thanks for the help Amy!
Nothing in my spam folder...
No DVDs in my cart either BTW.
I just sent a second email to the support email. Hopefully this gets noticed
Thanks!
I was on your ticket when I saw this. Haha!
Thanks so much Amy!

Issue Ticket made 27.12.10 two days ago (today 29.12), and responding here as as told since two days gone without any response.

Thanks,
I must learn to be more patient.
Could we gift these games away so that we only own one serial number for each game again ?
