I'm in Israel, so I didn't expect an over night shipment, but neither did I expect it to take this long. Last order I made took about three weeks.
I also only got the information, that my order shipped at all, on the forums from Amy. No mail with a tracking number or any other sort of confirmation that the order was sent. That's why I suppose I appear as concerned as I do.
As I said, I don't have any problem with a package being lost, shit happens and I'm sure TellTale know what to do in such a case. I just want to know that I'm not being hung out to dry.

International orders are only given a customs number. Customs will only track them for me by request after six weeks. Since we are past that time I can start the trace with customs and reship it.

With the rest of SBCGFAP (Episodes 2-5) not working for me also, I submitted the support issue emails Friday the 28th. I got back two replies that have not been resolved, these being

As far as the other two episodes, I did not even get the auto-reply in order to receive an issue number. I can re-send the request for the other two numbers, but I need to resolve these two issues before doing so because I don't know which two requests didn't get filed.

My friends both want to upgrade to the Deluxe Edition of Monkey Island, so the shipping would be 2 Tales of Monkey Island Deluxe and Devil's Playhouse DVD. I can't log in using my usual username/email address and password. They keep being rejected. My usual username is "Lawton". Every time I try to reset my password by entering my email address, the field just clears itself and I don't get my reset email (and I'm pretty sure I was using the right password to start with). Oddly, the email reset accepted my username instead of an email address, but still failed to send me anything. I also haven't been able to activate any games. (specifically Get Tannen!)
