    International orders are only given a customs number. Customs will only track them for me by request after six weeks. Since we are past that time I can start the trace with customs and reship it.

    Great. That's all I wanted.
    Could have been nice if this answer had been given to me two weeks ago when I sent the mail to support. Would have saved me some aggravation and would have knowen to just talk to you again after the appropriate time has passed.

    basically i placed an order in november but something is still backordered? so i'd rather just drop that from my order so i actually get my stuff

    With the rest of SBCGFAP (Episodes 2-5) not working for me also, I submitted the support issue emails Friday the 28th. I got back two replies that have not been resolved, these being

    issue-43164
    issue-43171
    Both contained within Order #600102396291364

    As far as the other two episodes, I did not even get the auto-reply in order to receive an issue number. I can re-send the request for the other two numbers, but I need to resolve these two issues before doing so because I don't know which two requests didn't get filed.

    It seems this may have gotten buried. I just wanted to make sure the issue gets resolved.

    I'll Pm you the unlock codes I sent. I have a feeling our emails are blocked judging by your email domain.

    Yes, the game works fine when I download it, it's the DVD version that gives the error message when I try to play any of the episodes. That's why I think it could be the DVD that is defective. Could it be replaced?

    It may have been the case, although I did receive a notice telling me there was a PM waiting for me here on the forums. Regardless of whether it was blocked or not, all five episodes are working now. Thank you very much!

    I never got the word that the Season 3 Bonus disc was available in November, 2010... So, I see that it IS available, but there is no option for it that I can find to purchase it. I sent a request on February 9 asking about it and that's been over a week.
    You guys used to be much better at emailing us about new games, etc. Did you delete my email address, because I don't receive the newsletter anymore.
    SO, can I still get the bonus disc or not?

    Sent my mail on the 27th of January and recived a reply to it only two weeks later here, also saying that you will check with customs. Since then it's been over a week.

    I'm not sure if it's to early to post this, but
    I sent a message on the 14th. My issue was 'issue-43894' and it was about getting a refund for the OUTATIME plates. I received a instant automatic reply, but I never got an actual reply (I've checked my spam as well).

    Hi! I purchased all sam & max complete collection and I want to get the 3 seasons bonus discs. I'm supposed to enter my order number before adding them to cart so that the price would be $0. However, it keeps saying Invalid order number. Can you help? :) Thanx in advance!

    I can't log in using my usual username/email address and password. They keep being rejected. My usual username is "Lawton". Every time I try to reset my password by entering my email address, the field just clears itself and I don't get my reset email (and I'm pretty sure I was using the right password to start with). Oddly, the email reset accepted my username instead of an email address, but still failed to send me anything. I also haven't been able to activate any games. (specifically Get Tannen!)

    I emailed the support address and got this as a reply:

    It doesn't look like you have bought any games. What game did you get?

    Which made me worried all of my games are lost as well. :( I have replied to this email on Wednesday and got no response. My issue number is 44615.

    Edit: I've got a reply. It told me that my account is associated with someone else's email address, which doesn't work with my password. I'm not pleased.
