    Hey Telltale support,

    issue-42782, order #600102396291364.

    I sent an e-mail on January 20th about the unlock codes for Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People (e-mail was specifically about episode 1, but none of the games work). I haven't gotten a reply, and I've checked my spam folder repeatedly to no avail.

    Hey again,

    With the rest of SBCGFAP (Episodes 2-5) not working for me also, I submitted the support issue emails Friday the 28th. I got back two replies that have not been resolved, these being

    issue-43164
    issue-43171
    Both contained within Order #600102396291364

    As far as the other two episodes, I did not even get the auto-reply in order to receive an issue number. I can re-send the request for the other two numbers, but I need to resolve these two issues before doing so because I don't know which two requests didn't get filed.

    Hi,

    I sent an e-mail to Support on the 28th of January regarding Order #600092888989831. The automated reply from support[at]telltalegames[dot]com informing me that the code for my case is 'issue-43147' has been the only e-mail I've received from Telltale Games.

    I never received a response to my issue-42671. The issue is that I cannot order any of the discs for Sam & Max through your site even though I ordered the complete collection during the holidays.

    "I just downloaded "Strongbad's Cool Game For Attractive People" off of your site. When I run it it gives me a space to fill in my login information, but when I click on the text box there's no cursor and nothing I type shows up in the box.

    I'm a Mac user working with OS 10.6.6."

    I emailed this complaint on January 21st, but received no reply beyond the automated confirmation assigning me the above number. I've resent the complaint on separate email accounts with no reply, and my spam and trash folders are both empty.

    The issue 43003 from January 25th has not been answered yet. So far I have only received the automatic response.

    I have not gotten a reply and I believe it has been about a week. Since you are selling the t-shirts as of this writing, I can only assume Sam and Max season 3 is the holdup. If that is the case, please just ship the shirts and charge me for shipping or something because it's been since December and I really want them. Thanks.

    Sent a mail to support over two weeks ago and still haven't recived a reply even after posting on this thread twice (and now a third time).

    After being told on the forums that my order has shipped out over a month ago (between the 17th and the 25th of December) I have still not recived it. I don't mind being told that the order has been lost or something of the sort but I would like to recive some sort of response to this, anything to indicate that my mail has been read and the matter is being looked into/being taken care of.

    hmm are you overseas? odd country? did it even have tracking? most countries dont (just customs check in) which only says yes it got to that country not the buyer.

    as for reply no clue..pr is a bit... sigh, well you know from experience..
    Ill bite my tongue but say i want what I paid for.. and its odd not getting the email or forum reply, and seeing how someone else isnt getting help for weeks now, makes me a bit concerned.

    I'm in Israel, so I didn't expect an over night shipment, but neither did I expect it to take this long. Last order I made took about three weeks.
    I also only got the information, that my order shipped at all, on the forums from Amy. No mail with a tracking number or any other sort of confirmation that the order was sent. That's why I suppose I appear as concerned as I do.
    As I said, I don't have any problem with a package being lost, shit happens and I'm sure TellTale know what to do in such a case. I just want to know that I'm not being hung out to dry.

    hey verdas are you sure tracking is available where you live?

    again sorry about being a broken record but after mailing tons over many countries, most just have a customs check and its not even given a number for tracking per say

    ant292 where do you live? sometimes silence is better than flames back n forth esp when they have little to no control over the mail

    I can't calculate the difference in shipping cost for you without an exact address but if you add the items into your cart on the store you can remove items to see the difference.     Thank you for getting back to me. My software is up to date, and I tried it with all other applications. The same problem persists. I still can't type anything in the text boxes.

    Oh yeah, I don't know if this helps, but sometimes when I run the game, It gives me one text box, and sometimes two.
