I placed this order February 20., your website say the order was shipped February 23.
I am unable to track the order and I have yet to receive the order.
I have sent a mail about the issue (Issue-44832) one time before (February 28.), but I have yet to receive an answer, and I have also checked my spam folder.
I now send this second mail, and post it on the forum (once its up again) so I know you will get the issue,
please reply asap, I fear that my shipment is lost or will not arrive.
If it counts for anything, I am a recurring customer.
Also, I have already paid in advance
EDIT:
My shipment did arrive just two hours ago, arguably a bit late. What is alarming is that as a recurring customer this is the first time I wanted assistance, and I have after multiple emails, and a forum post not yet received an answer still. I dont know where the error was, if it was a computer fault in the tracking number given to me, if it was a human fault of UPS or if it was a human fault of Telltale Games.
I intend to shop more at your online store, but the lack of customer service is especially alarming when browsing the physical (none-downloadable) goods.
I like Telltales click and point engine, I just hope that if I have any more trouble with shopping that I am assisted more than this.

Thank you Amy, though my order did arrive anyhow (so I dont need any further assistans on this subject). Do you know of any problems with Gmail and your mailing system in general, cause I cannot find anything in any spam folder or anything. Nothing in either Gmail's Web interface, nor OS X's Mail.app
Im only asking hoping for you to become better at answering customers in need
I still haven't received any reply to issue-44967, regarding a copy of the Telltale Holiday Pack, given as a gift, and no games of said pack being available for download in the account of the user that redeemed the gift card.
I'm not sure if it's to early to post this, but
I sent a message on the 14th. My issue was 'issue-43894' and it was about getting a refund for the OUTATIME plates. I received a instant automatic reply, but I never got an actual reply (I've checked my spam as well).
Just wanted to say that I already received one of the two reshipped packages (wonder why the other one didn't arrive with it though?) buuuuuuuut, it's missing the symbiotes and the ToMI Deluxe edition, did you pack them together with the SnM DVDs?
Edit: Nevermind that last part, I misremembered what was in which package.
I haven't received the answer for issue-44684 for two weeks and due to that the gaming play experience really sucks. Can you give me a straight answer how to run the game in the offline mode and display the request code? I hope it's not too difficult to answer. Note, I paid for the game and I often can't play it.
I've been sick so I'm running a few days behind, you'll get an answer this afternoon.
Thanks Amy - not sure if it's because I keep getting a new support ID on every reply (I blame rubbish Hotmail), or if there's problems identifying the problem/rectifying it, but not heard anything since 7th March - I got a new id with the last e-mail I sent - 45127.

Another week has gone by, and still no reply.
I'm starting to feel sorry for my cousin, who still can't enjoy his birthday present ...
I'm either patient, or forgetfull or both, because I just now remembered, while writing a mail to support, that I had similar issues earlier, back in December to be precise, none of which I have seen an answer to. issue-41458, and issue-40462 to be precise. (Both of which I refer to in issue-45518).
I guessed at some technical issues back then, when I didn't hear back, as I usually have gotten an answer quite promptly from support@telltale.

Hi,
You only get the disc if you purchased the PC version from telltalegames.com. Sorry about confusion.
Thanks,
Amy
Did you buy the disc from us? I can set up an RMA.
Maybe bounced off by our firm protection.
Could you publish the answer here or just PM me?
My bad - Sorry
Edit: I received a new issue # this morning.

Yes, I bought it off the Telltale website.
I've shipped you out another one. They'll test it before shipping it.
Amy, I'm not able to get that E-Mail anymore.
Could you please send me a PM or just publish it without mail adress & names?
Or give me a short résumé?
