Steam says it will unlock in 3 hours. Unfortunately, I bought it through the Telltale Store. I wonder if they will be so precise?

You know who you are. You're... that dude in Australia who keeps a clock set to Standard Pacific over their Devil's Playhouse poster set.

    Hello!

Not completely the same thing but I like that song so I don't care.

I bought this today, so now I'm ready to F5 all day tomorrow...or I would be if I wasn't so freaking busy tomorrow x___x

I'm going to bed, but, three hours remain. For those of you going to get it right from the opening of the gates, have fun!

Me, hoping to get in at least a decent amount of sleep (like, six hours maybe) so the excitement carries through the rest of the day.

I'll need to wear two shirts though.

    Hello!

That bit was written specifically for you. Two guesses as to the other one?

If you link the game to your Steam account (for the TF2 items), you should have it on Steam too. At least, other players have found this.

    ...ABSOLUTELY NUTHIN'! Ungh!

So what's Steam say now? I didn't preorder it from there and I don't have TF2, so I can't check myself.

I'm heading to school in just a few minutes, so I have school today, come home, walk my dog, do any homework, have dinner and then play the waiting game. Then thinking moments later, the waiting game sucks and do something else. If I don't get it today (DAMN TIMEZONES!) then tommorow shall be the same, but with added Poker Night! It should be released round about when they start work right? Not much to finish off I think. Oh well, can't wait! :D

Oh and Shwoo, Steam doesn't say anything for me right now...

No install sign yet and the store page still says pre-purchase.

*is camping in front of computer waiting*

    6pm Monday here in Australia, so it's, what, just past midnight Monday Pacific time? Not expecting it for another 17 hours or so I suppose. ;_;

Real. Sorry guys, not sure why Steam had that information. Go to bed!
  • edited November 2010
Okay just so you guys know TTG usually makes the game available during TTG Business hours this is how it has been and this is always how it will be.
  • edited November 2010
You insult me with your PST. Good day, sir! I said good day!
  • edited November 2010
...Well, right now it is 5AM on Sunday morning Pacific Time, or exactly 28 hours until Telltale opens its doors on Monday....What are you going to do in the next 28~36 or so hours until Poker Night's release?

Who else is jumping out of their seats?

So, we're looking at around 8~12 hours now. Who's excited?
  • edited November 2010
Can't Wait! Can't Wait! Maybe I should spend the time between now and then learning how to play poker! :^)

I dunno, releasing it now just makes more sense to me. Not only because I'm a day ahead, but also because Americans would WAKE UP to the game. So essentially we'd both getting the game on the 22nd.

    Kinda disappointed

Steam shouldn't have scheduled a midnight release of a game without any confirmation, but you guys should have ensured that the release date was accurate.

    Shoulda-woulda-coulda.
  • edited November 2010
why do we have to go through the: "it'll come out at noon pst" thing every single time ever?

The Midnight release date is a default, thing for steam.

I remember that happened Aliens Vs Predator. The game is coming out today, how is that in accurate?

Yep we are used to that already. Steam never makes their release time and you wouldn't release a game while no one is in the office to take care of possible problems. So I went to the lab today knowing that it might be released when I get home.

Edit: and I am not going to sleep right now there are hundreds of toxic chemicals around me right now.
