Don't jump to conlclusions. Usually Telltale doesn't make highlights very reliable. I don't even think there'll be a shootout
If that happen thou, this is my bet:
Mike dies immediately
Bonnie is wounded (dies shortly after)
Kenny is fine
Clem is fine
Luke is hurt.
All russians die, except maybe for Arvo who will either be executed by kenny in a fit of rage, or will be left to die there
Later, Luke will die for the wounds and turn while nobody's looking, biting kenny. Kenny will then ask Clementine to kill him or go away before he turns, depending on wheter or not Lee asks clem to shoot him or not at the end of Season 1
Mike does have a "Remember" Message..
when Luke says "Let's drop the Deck!"
And then Mike says "Drop The-!? Are you fucking Crazy?!"
And then it will have a "Mike will remember that."
There's no way they all could've gotten out of that alive. I'm hoping Bonnie makes it but I'm sort of worried that the whole section with th… moree museum with her and Mike was set up as a little 'sending off' where we get to spend time with them both because we won't ever get the chance again.

And poor Mike, doesn't even get a 'remember' message and for that I think it's possible he's a total goner, which really makes me sad because I really liked him this episode so much T_T him and Bonnie are rather cute.
But back to the shoot out, if anybody goes down, I got no doubts on it being them. Maybe Mike is killed straight away and Bonnie gets badly injured and bleeds out not long after. Kenny and Luke meanwhile, I'm pretty sure both or at least one of them will get shot but still be alive, and maybe even poor Clem too might get hit by a bullet.
I do hope the group gets in a good few shots though :S because Arvo's group seemed ready to kill.

Now when you Get to choose to shoot Rebecca or let Kenny do it.
Luke yells "NO!" And then the AK-47 guy start's shooting.
Now the chances of the Whole group to survive is 90%
Now, we hear multiple Gunshots left and right.
Notice how you don't hear a Gunshot of a Shotgun? That mean's in the Black-out gunfires, Mike must've shot first.
And the AK-47 guy is pointing at Kenny, he might Miss multiple Fires and Kenny shot him in the Head, because its very Cold. Anyone could be shaking his hands when firing. So he must've shot, but maybe shot Kenny and left him Wounded.
Now bonny, there isn't much chance. Since Arvo's Sister and Bonny are pointing Glocks at eachother's faces. So Bonny might get killed first, and Mike or Clementine will shoot the Woman.
Now Luke, we don't know since the AK-47 Guy was pointing at Luke or Kenny. But i'm pretty sure its Kenny. And last time we saw Luke, he yelled "NO!!" so he might've just dropped into the ground and waited for the Gunfight to finish.
And finally Clementine, we hear Her Pistol shots, we don't know who was pointing the Gun at her, or who she shot. My Guess is she shot that Woman that is probably going to kill Bonny..but you never know. Clem might get shot too by Arvo's revolver. Because we don't see Arvo Armed or anything, so he might be hiding a Weapon he'll fire at the Group.
I think everyone dies. Clem ends up taking the baby to the otherside of the town and finds christa who recently lost her baby. Considering race Christa and Rebecca are both Africa American with a baby fitting perfectly for both.
My guess for the opening scene is Mike dies, Bonnie flips the fuck out and shoots the girl. Bonnie then gets executed. Kenny gets shot and doesn't die (he dies from his wounds later). Then they all get captured.
Mike got himself quite a bit of character development in episode four, we can find out his motive of wanting acceptance, even gave us some funny lines, about eating the raccoon. Reminds me of Omid....

my thoughts are that depending on your choice (if choose to kill rebecca yourself or if you call kenny's help) if you choose to kill bec , mike get badly injuried by vitaly (shotgun guy ) and survived . but if kenny kill bec i think that mike will get killed by burriko after shoting vitaly , i think bonnie will get injuried too but not as badly as mike . I think kenny and luke will be alright (for the beginning at least ) and then you have to choose what to do with arvo .
P.S: maybe one of the russian don't have ammo (maybe vitaly ,think about it , he says that he can kill them with his bear hands and we don't hear shotgun fire but we can't be sure about that ).Maybe that nailfile will help getting a bullet of someone's body .

Arvo I hope they don't waste any rounds on him, as much as I detest the little weasel, he was screaming for his life at the end, so he's probably not a threat.
Maude She was holding her gun at an angle, and Bonnie is a good shot.
Vitali Mike seemed ready to shoot him, he told him something like "Don't make me shoot you!". Vitali is a psych however, so I wouldn't underestimate him.
Buricko This fat imbecile seemed to be aiming at Luke, he may have hit him in the shoulder, but I think Kenny, and Clem have got him.
One thing for sure we have 4 adults from Clem's group who have an extra person armed.

We also have the Russians who have 4 people but only three are armed.. although they are better armed and Buricko fires first.. and at that close round someone is about to get hit..

Telltale knows their Weapon sound effects, so he is confirmed in Episode 5.
Because last time in the First season and episode in the Walking dead, when Lee shot the Cop when his Leg was broken, they would've added the Shotgun sound effect by now?

I think The Russians might become your allies in the Next episode, because in the Banner of episode 4. Eddie was in it. We didn't even see him appear in EP.4, so i'm guessing Eddie might be in that Group. Because Telltale doesn't just throw shit in the Banner and do nothing about it.
And depending on your Console or PC. You either see Kenny's shadow or Vince's. And the other Shadows might be the Russians if you think about it. That woman in the left of Clementine when she's rubbing blood on her face, might be Arvo's sister..because people thought it was Carley ._.
I guess it's a game of.....Russian Roulette...... (i hope nobody has made that joke yet haha)
But in all seriousness i think the only one who's safe (apart from Clem) is Kenny, but only because of his spiel about wanting to have died when Carver was beating on him. And since its The Walking Dead i feel like the likelihood of each character dying is proportionate to how much we like them.
Because he was surprised that an eleven year old just point blank told him to shoot a guy. And he does say in episode four that he would have done whatever they had to, just not what Kenny did.
I hope so, if they do he will probably be like a cat that no one really likes, but it catches mice and the occasional rat and ends up being useful and if it lives okay, fine whatever, and if he dies your kind of sad but kind of like meh.
I love Mike, and I hope he doesn't die.. But he's up against shot gun man, who is right in his face... I hope they don't kill him off and he… more shoots first.
I want everyone to live, but that's very unlikely.
