The Walking Dead was the first game that made me cry. And it also made me cry of joy for the first time in my life! Crying over games because it's sad is okay, but crying because you're happy... Seems kinda odd for me. Well, I dunno.
Whenever I play episode 5 No Going Back of Season 1, even if I just read the script or watch it on YouTube I always end up crying. When do you guys always cry? What video game moment? Why?
I've never cried for any video game or even teared up. I mean, the feels are there, I can feel them, and some things can be pretty sad, but not enough to the point where tears will be shed.

When i run out of Jamison and singles.
I don't cry much. I've been through a lot since I was young. But I still have a heart and deaths in games still make me sad sometimes. It really depends on how the game handles the character and how close I was to a character.
The only time I've ever came close to crying was at the end of Season One.
Other games with forced "sad moments" don't do it for me, games like The Walking Dead make it feel genuine.
Oh Lord, The Gate. That was messed up. The three little words "We were helping," get to me every time. And that's still BEFORE the "Big Reveal" as it were.
Besides Lee's death in the Walking Dead.
I shed a tear on Spec Ops when the big thing happens on The Gate (you know what I'm talking abou… moret if you've played it.) Probably the most uncomfortable and unsettling moment in a video game I've played.
For some reason, when I was like 12 and beat Ratchet and Clank 1 I cried a bit at the end. When Clank says "my arm is broken" and Ratchet says" you'll be alright." Then Clank starts walking with his head down and his broken arm hung on his other arm. Don't ask why that made me sad though.
I'm sorry, but if someone gets emotional enough to cry at video games then they need help. Emotions are meant for real experiences, not for contrived stories. You can't traumatize yourself like that...
I'm the type who never cries and keeps all the sad feelings inside which makes me feel low for days after. I wish I was able to cry and let go my sadness like that and be done with it.

I get emotional at Lee's death, and the end of Mass Effect 3 (even though the ending was awful, the death scene of a certain character hits me really hard), but I haven't really cried at a video game before. I think I might have gotten teary eyed in those scenes, but that's pretty much it.
I hardly ever cry, usually just get feels. But moments that tend to make me tear up are the ending of season 1/Lee's death, Mordin's death in Mass Effect 3 and the ending of Final Fantasy X.

It's not that odd, it's good to know that some people cry because of positive emotions and not just negative ones.
I have never cried because of a video game.
Lee and Duck/Katjaa's deaths made me cry. They were so sad![:( :(](https://community.telltale.com/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
Ok I'm sorry
End of S1E5.
EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
I cry at almost everything, even the parts that aren't sad. I seriously think there's something wrong with me XD
Games that made me cry
1. Walking Dead Season 1 and 2
2. Silent Hill Shattered Memories
Get....Out....
i never cried over a video game but i did feel fucked up when lee died like dying on the inside![:( :(](https://community.telltale.com/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
Never. Hard but true.
Not even in the end of Season 1.
A tribute made me tear up, though, but while playing I almost never cry.
I have never cried over a video game. Though Ep5 made me tear up a bit. One of the saddest things I have seen.
Did anyone else cry/get teary when Kenny returned?
I cried for Nick T^T
When i run out of Jamison and singles.

The three endings guaranteed to make me cry no matter how many times I play them:
TWDG S01E05
Mass Effect 3
The Last Of Us
Edit: and the ending to AC Blackflag
Carley and Nick's Death in "The Walking Dead"
Dom's Death in "Gears of War 3"
Bloody Mary's Death (Presumbly) in "The Wolf Among Us"
The Walking Dead was the only game that managed to make me cry. Hope this one does the same!
"Jamison", huh? Mmmhmmm... suuuure

I haven't cried yet but I got very terry eyed Season 1 Episode 5 the final dialog between Lee and Clem

YOU GOT ME ON A TYPO! Congratulations.
Here have a cookie on me.
No i rarely cry. Its more like get depressed and look up cat videos to make me feel better now.
Someone's a bit touchy...![:) :)](https://community.telltale.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
i have a hang over.
I've really only cried to this game. When you have been so emotionally attached to these characters, it makes you cry when they are gone.
I didn't really cry in my first playthrough, but I got really sad in multiple parts when I played it again.
Like when Lee finds out where his parents where hiding out.
When you start to think about it + The music = Manly tears.
The ending of Ghost Trick, Majora's Mask and Ace Attorney.
Also a recent game I played called the Cat Lady. It's pretty great stuff.

I have never actually cried from a video game.

Sure thing mister machine, enjoy your lack of empathy.
Then do it, I always feel great afterwards.

Answer me this: if this is true then why the fuck do you even think fiction exists?
Entertainment...?
It's not like that... I just feel more empathy for things that really matter.
